As the officiant behind Guy in the Wild, he starts by getting to know each couple—their story, their values, their sense of humor, and the promises they want to carry forward. Whether the setting is a quiet elopement on a mountain overlook, an intimate gathering close to town, or a larger celebration surrounded by family and friends, Guy brings a calm, easy-going presence to the day. His approach is personal, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that a ceremony should not feel borrowed or generic; it should sound like the couple standing at the center of it.
Through a thoughtful discovery process, Guy works directly with couples to shape a custom ceremony script that can be traditional or contemporary, religious, spiritual, interfaith, or secular. The result is a celebration that is professionally written, meaningful, inspiring, and light-hearted in all the right places—so when the moment arrives, the words feel natural, the story feels true, and the ceremony feels like home.

After a fulfilling tech career spanning many years, I am embracing retirement as an opportunity to focus on the things that have always brought purpose, fulfillment, and joy to my life: the mountains, photography, and helping people celebrate life's most meaningful moments.
Since moving to the beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado, I have spent much of my life immersed in the world of snow sports. One of my greatest passions is teaching skiing and snowboarding; helping beginners build confidence and experienced riders develop new skills. There is nothing quite like seeing someone make their first turns, conquer a challenging run, or discover a lifelong love for the mountains. Sharing that excitement and helping others enjoy the snow has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
My love for the outdoors naturally led me to photography. Whether capturing stunning mountain landscapes, fresh powder mornings, or special moments shared by family and friends, I enjoy preserving memories and telling stories through my camera lens. Photography allows me to combine creativity with my appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounds us.
Another passion that has become an important part of my life is serving as a wedding officiant. I performed my first wedding in 2005, and what began as a special opportunity quickly became a calling. Since then, I have had the privilege of standing alongside countless couples as they begin their journey together. I enjoy creating personalized ceremonies that reflect each couple's unique story, values, and dreams for the future. Being trusted to play a small role in such an important day is an honor that I never take for granted.
