We got married and had our reception in the north ballroom and it was PERFECT. Christine was so helpful in the months leading up to the wedding and answered all of our questions. Rocky was there during rehearsal and for our event and did an amazing job communicating with my other vendors and making sure the night ran smoothly. It was decorated beautifully, they truly made my entire vision come to life!! We got sooo many compliments from our guests on the food, bar and service. Would recommend Guy’s a million times over. Thank you!!

Got nothing but compliments and praise from all of our guests about the space! We had our reception of about 100 people in the central ballroom. Ahead of the event, working with them was almost perfect. They sometimes didn't have answers for things that I thought they should have and they over charge for decor rentals imo, 2.50 per charger so I just bought them on fbmp for less than $1 per and will sell them again. I would have liked to have been shown picture examples of things we were ordering but their instagram has some pretty decent examples! These are SO minor though. Overall they were super easy to work with, very accommodating and energetic. They set up my decor in the space (of which there was a lot) and they did an AMAZING job, down to the last detail. Even things I didn't think of, they used leftover decor to match mine perfectly! The food was INCREDIBLE. And almost all of it is gluten-free!! I had several people with celiac attending and they all had plenty of delicious food to eat. It's been about 3 weeks and people are still raving about the food. The size of the space was perfect for my party, it wasn't cramped and it wasn't empty. The bartender was awesome, people loved him! We had signature drinks and he made them perfectly. The dance floor is so fun with the wisteria and fairy lights hanging down. I can't recommend them enough. They've been around so long for a reason, they know what they're doing!

An extra special shoutout to Dave who was there during the whole event, he went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of! My dad who is a diabetic had his sugar drop right before we were going to walk down the aisle and Dave brought him orange juice and made sure he was looking and feeling good before our big entrance! I can’t thank him enough for helping us out in that moment! ❤️❤️

As the reviews stated, top notch food, service and ambiance! I would not change a single thing about our wedding day at Guys Party Center! Our guests were impressed with every aspect of this place! They LOOOVED the food and still raving over it! We had the Chicken Francoise, Cheesy Potato Hash, Jumbo Fried Shrimp, and all the other trimmings! You wouldn't believe but ppl even said how GREAT THE SALAD WAS! They loved the bartending services provided as well! We had a Harlem Nights/Roaring 20's themed wedding located in the South Ballroom. Everything was A-PLUS! Food was "CHEF-KISS". We're from a small our town where no one has every attended a wedding outside of the same venues.....I am certain they all now know why we drove 45 mins to Guys instead of the local halls. 15/10 stars given!

I must admit, the aesthetic that I had always imagined for my wedding wasn’t a ballroom like Guy’s is (I had always pictured super high ceilings, lots of natural light, maybe some exposed brick lol), but with our limited options due to guest count, it was the best choice for us. And to say the room was transformed with our decor and our loved ones within is an understatement! I absolutely became the venue of my dreams on our wedding day! Guy’s really is a beautiful blank slate that accommodates a lot of different color palettes and looks. The Staff is also amazing! We were so happy with Christine’s responsiveness and her help throughout the whole process. Wedding planning can be emotional, and I am a crier, and at our final venue walkthrough, when I started to cry because I didn’t know how I wanted to set up the head tables (talk about decision fatigue), she was so empathetic to the stress. She suggested we get up and take a look around the room instead of just sitting in the office and talking. Getting on our feet and in the space really helped, and it made the last few decisions so much easier!! The food on our wedding day was also incredible, and we got so many compliments on it! Guy’s really is a well-oiled machine, and I know some people have strong opinions about a buffet at a wedding, but I loved the buffet! It was quick and efficient, and it got people up and mingling the whole evening! We just had compliment after compliment on everything the whole night! Even the outside, which is pretty innocuous (and maybe a little mehh), made for a really cool moment when we took the backdrop that I painted and had a little photo shoot moment in the parking lot! It was cute and we had lots of fun with it! Overall, I give Guys a 10/10 and I would do my wedding over in a heartbeat because it was an absolute BLAST!

Every outside vendor commented that they "love the guys at Guy's", which put a smile on my face every time I heard it. We of course had a ton of questions, which Guy's answered all of. Always such helpful staff with whatever we needed. They made the process so easy and streamlined, which was important with us being 45 minutes away. We were able to set up the day before (our wedding was on a Friday) and they were incredible. They helped us set up, went and got extra sign stands from their own storage, and cleaned the foyer counters before we set everything up. I brought a picture of my late uncle as well as a boutonniere to put on one table in place of a place setting. The manager assured me that he would take care of it, and he did. I was very comfortable leaving it with him, and he did not disappoint. The wedding was INCREDIBLE. All staff, from the ones clearing plates, to the ones coordinating, were amazing. Some staff even jumped into our photo booth, which I LOVED!!! It was awesome to see that they had fun. One staff member commented that she loved our personalized bridal party introductions, which meant a lot to me. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to the BARTENDER!!!! Amazing man, had conversations with multiple guests who commented about how charismatic he was. The day as a whole could not have been any better. THANK YOU GUY'S PARTY CENTER!!!!!! 11/10 stars, THEY WILL NOT DISSAPOINT!!!

eption. First - The team was AMAZING to work with. They were super responsive, so helpful and they do exactly what you ask with no hesitation. The team working the wedding evening was so friendly and caring and the bartenders were so funny and we loved every single one of them!
Second -- the food!!! Holy Cow! We have received compliments from pretty much every single guest that this was the BEST wedding food they had - and they are so right. We were so impressed with the quality and variety offered.
Overall - if you are even slightly thinking about using Guy's for your event -- DO IT! It was the best decision we made and we are so incredibly happy with how our night turned out. There was not a single issue or a single thing we would change - it was so perfect!
We highly recommend using Guy's for your wedding or event -- they are simply the BEST!

My parents had their wedding reception here 15 years ago and had a wonderful experience & my husband and I just had our August 28th reception in the South ballroom and loved everything about our experience. The venue is updated, photographs beautifully and has the most incredible staff. The entire wedding planning process was perfect with Guys Party Center, we received responses from Christine and Dave within minutes to hours of reaching out every time, and Rocky and the rest of the staff were incredible the day of the wedding and made the wedding planning process & day of event so simple and stress-free! Guys Party Center's wedding packages are genuinely all-inclusive with no hidden fees, and they have such affordable pricing for events that you cannot find anywhere else! The food was AMAZING with such a great variety - all of our guests raved over the food and went up for 2nds and 3rds and we still had leftovers for a week after the wedding! The bartenders were also amazing and all of our guests were beyond happy with the service provided. Christine and Dave genuinely thought of every last detail and special touches and helped my husband and I make sure our day would be perfect - and it was truly perfect! All of our vendors had also previously worked with Guys Party Center & had nothing but amazing things to say about how easy they are to work with! We had around 140ish people in the North Ballroom and it worked perfectly. The staff was very attentive and nothing went wrong. We had a buffet and the food was great! Guy's did set up and tear down and that went smoothly. Dropping off and picking up decor went perfectly - perhaps less than 10 minutes each time. I would highly recommend!

We hardly had to do any of our own decorating because the room was beautiful all on its own. That way, we were able to focus on just the personal touches that made our day our own. The staff was nothing but helpful during our planning process. We worked mainly with Christine and with Lori. Both were super nice and responsive. I emailed questions often and I always received quick replies. All of our guests said the service was great and the food too. Compared to other venues we looked at, Guys is also reasonably priced. We planned all this from 1400 miles away, and they were great and understanding with the every week calls when the date got close. The price is perfect for what you get, friendly staff and so much more.

positive things about Christine - the event coordinator. She was approachable, professional, detail oriented, calm and reassuring, and had a lot to do with the overall success of our wedding. Guys took care of everything for us - I took all of our decorations (it was a NYE wedding so there were a TON) the days before the wedding. Christine set up the entire reception EXACTLY how I asked her to. It was beautiful. Not having to trek down there on my wedding day made the day so much more enjoyable and intimate for me and my family. The staff was unbelievable. We never had to ask for water or a plate to be picked up - they were right there when we needed them. They were courteous and professional to our guests and truly helped everything go smoothly. We also had our ceremony there - something brides should consider! Was awesome not having to worry about guests driving between two locations. I truly believe Guys Party Center offers the best packages price-wise and quality wise. We continue to get compliments on how beautiful the ballroom was and how delicious the food was (wishing I ate more that night!) I highly recommend this facility. ce. We decided to have our reception on a Friday night which saved us a ton of money. We used the North ballroom, so beautiful! We did bring in our own centerpieces. They will provide you with some but they are very outdated. The food was amazing! I think every one one of my guests told me how great it was. Bartenders were extremely friendly. The staff was awesome, so thoughtful. They packed up cookies for us before they were all gone so we had some to take home. They even put together a little to go box of sandwiches incase we went to a hotel after the reception. There was no hidden costs like a cake cutting fee and they are very accommodating of anything you want. Overall great service and great value!

We did have a few issues though. We had 3 different flavors of cake, but when it was served each table was only presented with one flavor for the whole table. Many of our guests did not know they had a different choice of flavors to choose from. I provided glass containers for a candy table packaged in boxes with paper to protect them, when they were boxed up for us to take home, they were thrown into smaller boxes without anything to protect them, luckily nothing got broken. The biggest issue was that they broke my cake topper. They glued it back together so that you couldn't tell it was broken, but they didn't even tell us that they broke it. I know they were responsible because my florist informed me that one of the employees asked her if she could cover it up with a flower or if she had any glue. The service was great though. And it was really nice that they set up everything and they took care of the clean up. At the end of the night everything was boxed up and ready for us to load into the car, including the extra food. Overall, we were happy with our choice of Guy's Party Center.

event to go over what things we needed to bring and even gave us a checklist so we wouldn't forget anything. The food and service was amazing! I know many of our guests went up for seconds and thirds at the buffet.
When we ended up having far fewer than the minimum required, they threw in chair covers and chair ribbons for free to make up the difference which was very nice.
Overall, we had a great experience with Guy's. Afterwards my husband and I were both impressed with the smoothness of the night and that everything played out just perfectly. We would recommend them to anyone having a wedding or other special occasion!

time to honor our requests and set things up the way we wanted, including our centerpieces. The food was excellent and we received many compliments about the entire reception.
My only complaints were that in order to sample the food, we had to pick up the lukewarm food in to-go containers. The food was not great when we sampled it (we almost second guessed the venue because of it), but excellent at our reception. Also, at our reception we felt that they took part of the buffet away too soon. There were two food carts and they removed one immediately after the last plate was filled, even though there was plenty left and people could have wanted seconds.
