idn’t want to plan anything when I came home at night. I had my vendors all booked but absolutely no direction or plans in place and all 10 bridesmaids and mother 1300 miles away. Bethany & Carolynn seriously saved me from losing my mind! They handled all my logistics, permits, floorplans, vendor communication, last minute ordering we forgot to do or didn’t think of, rehearsal (and I mean ran it), set-up, and even delivered us a basket of all the food we didn’t get to eat at our reception to our hotel room after! They truly made me feel like I wasn’t a burden or crazy with my million emails and questions, even though I swear I was, and and were patient and kind and gracious when my then fiancé went rouge adding last minute (day before) things, throwing off the final floor plan and look, and they handled it (and him) like pros. Also, Carolynn thoughtfully captured two of my favorite photos from the day of just me with my dad, while we were lined up and hidden before the ceremony and my photographers were capturing the procession. She texted me them that night, so I had them when I woke up the next day, it was the sweetest gesture! Overall, Gwendolyn Entertainment is the reason my wedding is still being talked about 9 months later by all our attendees, they rocked!

any and Carolynn. Her team did not disappoint! I wanted to surprise my wedding with a drumline as a finale for our departure. Bethany recommended Black Magic Drumline and it was by far one of the highlights. I just want to say thank you sooo much for organizing the drumline! It was absolutely amazing and exceeded all my expectations! I think our guests were definitely surprised and impressed. I almost couldn’t believe it was happening when they were there. I was honestly in awe. I’ll never forget the look on Matt’s face when he heard the first drum sound. As always I appreciate all your help – thank you!

decided we wanted dancers and a second line parade. Bethany brainstormed the ideas with us for dancers and helped us get exactly what we wanted within out budget (two fan dancers and a person dressed up as a huge alligator... yes we asked for an alligator and she somehow made it happen!!). She also took care of all the details with the second line parade, coordinated with the band, figured out our route, filed the permit, got us the police escorts and even got the dancers to join us in the parade. She stayed with us throughout the wedding and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Everything went off exactly according to the schedule we provided - basically to the minute. Considering everything she put together for us and the incredible performances she presented us with, she was well worth the money and probably deserves more. DO NOT HESITATE to work with the folks at Gwendolyn Entertainment, they are consummate professionals and will make your event amazing.
