Miss Gwen is honest to the point of costing herself money. I’ve seen her talk people out of buying the more expensive option even they’ll be happier with the less expensive option....
I’ve seen her work tirelessly and sometimes without even billing people for all of her work. She absolutely knows what she’s doing and makes certain everything looks perfect.
This experience was HORRIBLE. I live in one state the bride lived in one state I convinced her to use this location because of one of my sister wedding attire. Once she recieved my...
money the need to get my stuff finished in a timely manner went out the door. Everything and everyone in the new Orleans area was more important. She was worried about new money verses obligations. Very unprofessional. Now if you live in new Orleans this is the spot for you because you can just pop up. She claimed it wasnt ready because my neice gained weight. Not denying that but if the dress would have been recieved on the promised date then that would have been on us. She kept putting off the fitting time for weather, bedding, etc. Original date was 1 April we didnt recieve the completed dress and pants until 26 April and the wedding was on 27 April. Then wanted to catch an attitude because I said I was gonna call her the entire last week. The funny thing is I'm getting remarried and really wanted to use her for my entire wedding party but I think not. You will not get my money and treat me like my event dont matter. I will take my money to someone that truly cares. If you stay out of state dont waste your time. Then in a reply to my review you wanna by name bash my neice. Own your mistakes and move on.
Love Gwen
I have been going to this shop for years and I have never had 1 problem. This is a great place to go if you want a unique Bridal experience. The owner will not disappoint!
I used this bridal boutique. It was very disorgarnized. I ordered my dress 9 months prior to my wedding date and it did not arrive until the month before my wedding. The owner will...
lie to you about dress shipment dates. Check this place on the Better Business Bureau.
