When we first started shopping for engagement rings, I knew that I wanted something unique, timeless, and no traditional. Little did I know that what I had in mind existed more on Pinterest than it did in actual jewelry stores! Gwen’s has a fantastic selection of rose gold and morganite rings, unlike anyplace else I’ve seen! Their staff is so helpful and not at all pushy like many chain stores we went to. I love my engagement ring and custom wedding band from Gwen’s! I’m constantly getting compliments on how beautiful it is thanks to their free ring cleaning which keeps it always looking brand new!

I had an awesome experience at Gwen's! All the staff was very helpful, knowledgable and professional! They not only helped me find what I was looking for, but went above and beyond what I thought a jeweler would do. They were able to help my husband find the perfect gift for me without ruining the surprise, even while I was in the store! All of their collections they have is simply amazing! Very unique styles! I will definitely be going back for every occasion! Gwen and her staff treat you like family, even if you've never stepped in the store before! The store is very homey, they even ask you if you'd like something to drink. And they have the cutest dog ever, Maria! Amazing!

I went in there for a wedding band - my husband-then-fiance had already proposed with a ring - and it was a terrible experience. I knew what I wanted, and they kept pushing me toward exactly what I didn't want. My hubby-to-be wanted a tungsten ring, so they showed him one. That was it. They had a display full of them and only showed him one. I'd actually gone back to that counter and requested to see a different one specifically. The girl I was working with clearly wasn't the owner, so maybe Gwen herself is much nicer, but after they FINALLY gave us the bands we wanted, I had to get mine sized. They put his in a ring box and a little bag and said I'd get the same when my ring came back from being sized. They called, I went to pick it up, and they handed it to me. I stood there waiting for a bag or at least some tissue paper to put it in and the same girl I had issues with before just said '... have a good day?' and went back to the computer. Their selection isn't bad, and I'm sure if you're going for other jewelry that isn't band-related they've probably got a lot more going for them. But the customer service was awful. I'm never going back to them again and neither is my husband.
