We were lucky enough to have Gypsy Floral handle the flowers for our wedding, and what a treat. They were professional and friendly from day one, made life very easy on our planner and the flowers were STUNNING. I was not expecting to be blown away by flowers- and while we went all out on the arch, we were more minimal in other areas, but let me tell you, they knocked it out of the park. Gypsy created the most stunning florals for my wedding - from the incredible garden of flowers lining the aisle to the gorgeous centerpieces at the reception and everything in between. We were in love with every arrangement, and Gypsy provided unique and thoughtful ideas as well as good attitudes and professionalism. Gypsy floral was amazing to work with and provided the most gorgeous floral arrangements for our big day! We chose the "fly by flowers" option for our intimate wedding in Wimberley, Texas, and it worked out perfect for us. Our wonderful wedding planner, Nicolet LaVeau, with Westcott Weddings put us in touch with the fabulous superwomen at Gypsy Floral, and we haven't looked back since. I'm a medical resident working long hours and was planning the wedding from Houston, TX, and it meant the world to have Gypsy Floral on our team because not only are they organized, detail-oriented, and timely with their communication but also... so talented at what they do! Their florals are magic and beyond anything you (or Pinterest) can dream up! They intently listen to what you have to say and understand your aesthetic better than you even can! You can tell they love what they do, and it's so beautiful to hear them talk about their work and their love for florals. They want your day to be as special as you are, and as a bride, I could not ask for more. Everyone remarked how beautiful our flowers were, and we owe it to this badass team of women. Gypsy Floral is the real deal. The people you want beside you on your very special day! I'm so thankful I did.

Gypsy Floral was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process (outside of marrying my cute husband, of course). They were easy to communicate with throughout the process, generated a beautiful design board that blew my sad pinterest board out of the water, and executed flawlessly. I still have guests texting me about how stunning the flowers were at our wedding, and it's been over a month. In short, I recommend everyone to work with them not only because their work is stunning, but also because they're delightful people and great to have on your side during the planning process. I cannot imagine using any other florist for my wedding other than Emily at Gypsy Floral! I fell in love with Gypsy Floral's style while browsing through their Instagram in 2019. I couldn't wait to work with them and found Leigh so helpful and accomodating! She was so happy to work with our different style inspirations and color palette even though it was a little unusual for standard wedding flowers. We were definitely looking for something different and Gypsy Floral delivered in spades! All the centerpieces were gorgeous- our guests couldn't stop raving about them. The bouquets were absolutely breathtaking and everyone loved the boutonnieres and corsages. Most of all, the bridal bouquet was the most perfect thing I have ever seen. Leigh did an amazing job with flower choice, construction, color, and movement in the bouquet! We had non-stop compliments from all the guests and many of the vendors about the work that Gypsy Floral did. Our wedding absolutely wouldn't have been the same without them. To top it all off, Leigh is an absolute delight to work with and a lovely person all-around. I can't recommend Gypsy Floral enough!

I cannot say enough how INCREDIBLE Emily and her team are at Gyspy Floral. I've been working with them for my wedding over the course of 2.5 years and 2 postponed wedding dates. They have been so accommodating and gracious through it all. Emily and her team even surprised my husband and I on our original wedding day with a gorgeous picnic and florals so we could still honor that day and make it special. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. Emily and her team are amazingly talented and creative with their ideas. We had a few brainstorming meetings on floral design and I left every meeting so excited for our wedding day. Come our wedding day, walking around the venue I was in tears with how gorgeous everything turned out. I am a designer, so I probably wasn't the easiest client to work with in terms of being picky with what I wanted, but Emily absolutely made the vision come to life! I cannot say enough good things about Gypsy Floral - I cannot wait to use them again for something in the future. I now have my go-to florists turned friends :)

We worked with Gypsy Floral for our rehearsal dinner at the Allan House after seeing their beautiful work on Instagram and hearing rave reviews from others in the wedding industry. Leading up to the event, I felt completely comfortable that they understood my vision and let them run with it. In short, they created a whimsical dinner ambiance that exceeded my very high expectations. I also think the floral packages are a great value and felt our budget was well utilized. The flowers for our wedding were absolutely breathtaking! My bouquet was everything I wanted and more-the colors, the blooms, the smell were dreamy! Also had the cutest terrariums with succulents! Emily is an incredible artist! We planned the flowers 3 times with her because of COVID changes. Each time we built more confidence in her ability to read & understand the vibe we were creating. The final installation was EPIC!!! No one had ever seen anything like it. It created a gorgeous, fantastic, unique backdrop for our vows & photos using every single flower & branch & moss I dreamed of. She amended the palette when the landscaping died due to the freeze. I have been friends with and worked with Emily as a free-lance designer for a few years, so when it came time to choose my florist it was a no-brainer. I have personally seen how hard Emily works to make every single wedding and event exactly what the client has in mind and how creative and CRAZY talented she is at creating beauty. She is so easy and fun to work with and it was such a special experience to get to talk through my ideas with her and then see it all come together in the most amazing way. I had some really specific things that I wanted, like using my mom and I's collection of milk glass vases, bright blooms and a few specific flower types, but I completely trusted Emily and her team to develop the overall plan and execute a beautiful design. They came through 1000%. Tears came to my eyes when I saw what I had imagined actually brought to life and it was so much more special that my dear friends had been the ones to do it. A huge thank-you to Emily and her team at Gypsy Floral for helping us create a fairytale wedding day and evening with exquisite blooms, lush greenery and the most creative, diverse seasonal touches. Emily has the eye of a Dutch painter (possibly from her time living in Holland), and she creates stunning, unique and personalized event experiences with flowers and greenery. She brought our wedding ceremony site to life with a gorgeous backdrop installation that looked like it was growing from the ground up, the loveliest bouquets and boutonnieres, tabletop arrangements with candles and decor pieces, an incredible wrought-iron spiral staircase greenery installation, bar and dessert table arrangements, and just so many little details - she even threw in extra thoughtful additions on the day-of such as arranging greenery over a big fireplace and mantle that was noticed and appreciated by so many. Our wedding guests couldn't stop raving about the floral and greenery, and it was so delightful for me to see our vision and Emily's work take form on my wedding day. For example, I wanted some "wildness" to our ceremony site installation and throughout our floral arrangements, and Emily balanced our elegant garden roses, tulips and greenery with the most interesting variety of seasonal wildflower-type blooms, buds, and even berry-type plants. I highly recommend Emily as your florist and event designer, she is a straight shooter and will be real with you when it comes to visioning, making decisions and translating your style and vision into an unforgettable experience. She is especially helpful when she holds firm about how realistic certain ideas and opinions (everyone will have one, and likely to be different!) are to carry out through floral. I can’t even explain how magical Gypsy Floral is! I decided to start with the BEST when interviewing florists and Emily took one look at my overwhelming pinterest and narrowed it down to a vision board that made me cry because it was exactly what I wanted! Her personality is amazing and she is all about making your dreams come true! Let’s be honest, besides the love you have for your partner, flowers set the whole vibe of your wedding. Our wedding vibe was moody wild autumn florals and her whole team delivered above and beyond what was expected! We had this HUGE longhorn skull we wanted to incorporate into our ceremony alter from the beginning and at the last minute I decided it may be too complicated to get to the venue, but Emily knew how sentimental it was to us and organized a way to get it there because she is AMAZING! She was always available to communicate about new ideas, updates to the layout and changes to our contract. I never had to worry about them as a vendor because they are so trustworthy and on top of their game. On the day of, my bridesmaids were mesmerized watching her team set up the ceremony and reception sites because they were so focused on every detail! I really could go on and on about how they made my wedding dreams come true but within minutes of meeting with Gypsy Floral (or by following their instagram account) you will find out for yourself why they are the best of the best! Hiring them for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made!

Where do I even begin proclaiming my love for the team over at Gypsy Floral.. We booked them pretty early on and from the first meeting, we knew we had made the right choice. We had so much fun every time we spoke with Emily (either on the phone or in person), which took a lot of stress off the whole planning process! We were indecisive about what exactly we wanted and we changed our minds a good bit throughout the whole process, but even with a lack of clarity from us, the Gypsy team NAILED our vision. Emily and Sunni provided the flowers for my recent wedding, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. I was nervous because I wasn’t able to meet with them in person, so we had to do all our planning via phone and email, but the arrangements they created (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and flowers for my hair and wedding cake) were gorgeous—they far surpassed my wildest expectations. And Emily was so lovely to work with, and so generous with her time. The flowers were one of my favorite parts of my wedding—very grateful to the Gypsy Floral team for making it happen.

Gypsy flowers did a phenomenal job on my wedding! My husband and I had a very short engagement and because of that I had to trust my parents and friends to make plans with some of my vendors without me. Flowers were one of those instances. My mom took the vision that I wrote down for my wedding to Gypsy Floral, and even off of that one paragraph, they knocked it out of the park. They knew exactly what I was looking for and understood me and my taste without even meeting me. Truly an art. They care about their brides and care about getting it right, knowing that this is the most important day of our lives (so far!) and one that flowers play a giant role in. The reason I gave them 4 stars and the reason we decided to only have them make the bridal party arrangements and not the reception centerpieces is because they are slightly on the pricier side. But for the amazing works of art they give you... it's worth the money!

From the first phone call I felt like I was in great hands -- they took my crazy list of totally dissimilar sources of aesthetic inspiration (Great Expectations overgrown feeling + 70s disco palm vibes + modern architectural elements) and built a stunningly beautiful floral masterpiece around it. They are thoughtful, professional and an absolute delight to work with. They brought awesome ideas to the table and worked so well with our wedding planner. They will make your wedding dreams come true. Hire them.

We interviewed at least six florists for our winter wedding at the Driskill. So many of them were trying to push their ideas on us and do what they've always done at the Driskill. I didn't want a cookie-cutter wedding. Not being a creative person myself, I wanted to find someone who I trust to take over. Leaving our interview with Emily & Sunni, my mother-in-law and I knew we could trust them implicitly. (The moment they suggested emerald green VELVET linens we were hooked!) Hiring Gypsy Floral for event design was the best decision we made. Watching Emily's creative juices flow is inspiring. With very little guidance from me, Emily was able to make all of our dreams come true. The final product was a thousand times better than I ever dreamed it could be. She was able to work with the bold background of the Driskill (not against it) and somehow transform it like you've never seen. We received more compliments on the décor than anything else. And they are so wonderful to work with. The role of the florist is KEY. I can't imagine hiring someone I didn't trust to execute the event. You will have a thousand other details that will distract you. It was so nice being able to let Emily take the reigns. And she was so kind and responsive throughout the planning process. She paid such close attention to every last detail and really transformed our wedding into a memorable, stunning event. And she didn't break our budget! She knew I was trying to be frugal and respected my budget. You would never believe that she was able to do everything she did on a budget. And we loved the fact that Sunni & Emily only do one wedding per day. Many of the other vendors do 5 or 6 a day, so you will never know if the person you've been planning with the last few months will be the one to show up that day to execute your plan. To me, the slightly higher price tag is worth it for that reassurance. The week of my wedding I was the most stressed out I have ever been. I cannot imagine how much worse it would have been if I didn't have Sunni & Emily on my team. I didn't have to worry a thing about them. I KNEW they would create a beautiful product. And they are so organized and professional too! I love these girls!!! I truly believe they are the best in Austin.

Gypsy Floral made our already gorgeous venue into a magical, whimsical, modern garden party complete with rich and colorful blooms of varied texture and lush, sweeping greenery. Sometimes when you look at photos of wedding florals online, you think "it's unrealistic to expect flowers that beautiful and perfect". With Gypsy Floral, it's not. Emily and Sunni are super talented women with amazing eyes for design who put together the most gorgeous wedding florals I ever could have asked for.
