I admit, I did not know much about florals and installations, or what was possible and what everything costs. They were so great to work with, bringing our vision to life while also understanding that we did not want to go over our allotted budget. On the day of the wedding, the setup was seamless despite the extreme wind they had to deal with throughout the day. I can't even begin to express how absolutely thrilled we were with ALL of the floral arrangements for our wedding day. We were definitely looking for something different and Gypsy Floral delivered in spades! All the centerpieces were gorgeous- our guests couldn't stop raving about them. The bouquets were absolutely breathtaking and everyone loved the boutonnieres and corsages. Most of all, the bridal bouquet was the most perfect thing I have ever seen. Leigh did an amazing job with flower choice, construction, color, and movement in the bouquet! We had non-stop compliments from all the guests and many of the vendors about the work that Gypsy Floral did. Our wedding absolutely wouldn't have been the same without them. To top it all off, Leigh is an absolute delight to work with and a lovely person all-around. I can't recommend Gypsy Floral enough!

Come our wedding day, walking around the venue I was in tears with how gorgeous everything turned out. I am a designer, so I probably wasn't the easiest client to work with in terms of being picky with what I wanted, but Emily absolutely made the vision come to life! I cannot say enough good things about Gypsy Floral - I cannot wait to use them again for something in the future. I now have my go-to florists turned friends :)

was obviously very nervous about finding the right vendor and getting the best possible flower arrangements for our wedding. My nerves melted away after speaking with Emily and Leigh from Gypsy. They are very knowledgeable professionals and their past work shows that they consistently create stunning pieces of floral art. I am confident that I could have given them no guidance whatsoever and they would have made something amazing for my wedding. Working with Leigh to specify our personal floral preferences gave us a final product which combined Gypsy's creative abilities with our own personal touches. It turned out to be nothing short of perfect. We received so many compliments about the florals during our wedding. The bridal bouquet, the boutonnieres, the growing arrangements, table vases, all of it was so unique, personalized, and beautiful. Working with Gypsy could not have been easier: they were communicative, responsive to changes, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough!

She is so easy and fun to work with and it was such a special experience to get to talk through my ideas with her and then see it all come together in the most amazing way. I had some really specific things that I wanted, like using my mom and I's collection of milk glass vases, bright blooms and a few specific flower types, but I completely trusted Emily and her team to develop the overall plan and execute a beautiful design. They came through 1000%. Tears came to my eyes when I saw what I had imagined actually brought to life and it was so much more special that my dear friends had been the ones to do it. Gypsy Floral is the best in Austin and I cannot recommend them highly enough!! It’s been a few months since my wedding and people still tell me they cannot get over how beautiful the flowers were.

seasonal touches. Emily has the eye of a Dutch painter (possibly from her time living in Holland), and she creates stunning, unique and personalized event experiences with flowers and greenery. Just take a peek at her Instagram (gypsyfloral), and you will know exactly what I mean. She brought our wedding ceremony site to life with a gorgeous backdrop installation that looked like it was growing from the ground up, the loveliest bouquets and boutonnieres, tabletop arrangements with candles and decor pieces, an incredible wrought-iron spiral staircase greenery installation, bar and dessert table arrangements, and just so many little details - she even threw in extra thoughtful additions on the day-of such as arranging greenery over a big fireplace and mantle that was noticed and appreciated by so many. Our wedding guests couldn't stop raving about the floral and greenery, and it was so delightful for me to see our vision and Emily's work take form on my wedding day. For example, I wanted some "wildness" to our ceremony site installation and throughout our floral arrangements, and Emily balanced our elegant garden roses, tulips and greenery with the most interesting variety of seasonal wildflower-type blooms, buds, and even berry-type plants. I highly recommend Emily as your florist and event designer, she is a straight shooter and will be real with you when it comes to visioning, making decisions and translating your style and vision into an unforgettable experience. She is especially helpful when she holds firm about how realistic certain ideas and opinions (everyone will have one, and likely to be different!) are to carry out through floral. I won't hesitate to hire Emily for a future event, whether it's for work, a baby shower, a special celebration or beyond. Thanks so much for knocking this out of the park, Emily and Gypsy Floral. For those of you unfamiliar with the word "gezellig" - it's Dutch for a cozy and inviting social situation, and Emily has a great neon sign of this word up in her studio. Let’s be honest, besides the love you have for your partner, flowers set the whole vibe of your wedding. Our wedding vibe was moody wild autumn florals and her whole team delivered above and beyond what was expected! We had this HUGE longhorn skull we wanted to incorporate into our ceremony alter from the beginning and at the last minute I decided it may be too complicated to get to the venue, but Emily knew how sentimental it was to us and organized a way to get it there because she is AMAZING! She was always available to communicate about new ideas, updates to the layout and changes to our contract. I never had to worry about them as a vendor because they are so trustworthy and on top of their game. On the day of, my bridesmaids were mesmerized watching her team set up the ceremony and reception sites because they were so focused on every detail! I really could go on and on about how they made my wedding dreams come true but within minutes of meeting with Gypsy Floral (or by following their instagram account) you will find out for yourself why they are the best of the best! Hiring them for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made!
