Joanna at the Gypsy Rose is a kind, creative, and talented florist. When I first came into the Gypsy Rose with my mom and sister, we had a general idea of the color themes for my wedding, but other than a few sample pictures from Pinterest, we didn’t know what kinds of flowers we were looking for. Joanna ran with what little information we provided and threw together a sample centerpiece during that first meeting. In five minutes, she had created a beautiful centerpiece that we ultimately used as the inspiration for the rest of the bouquets too. Given my wedding was in November and we were going with a burgundy theme, Joanna recommended that I consider dahlias or peonies as the main flower. When she got in the peonies, she recommended that I consider just using the dahlias given the peonies were a bit more red than I was initially going for. Her communication, judgement, and flexibility during this was much appreciated – I was confident she would put together beautiful arrangements. She personally delivered the flowers and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. I cannot thank Joanna enough for the work she put into my wedding day flowers!

So helpful in choosing the right flowers and colors. They had to punt on the day since I neglected to let them know we’d grown from 10 to 14 tables but they managed with what they had and it all still looked beautiful. Joanna was wonderful!

We hired Gypsy Rose for our October 13th and we couldnt have been happier with them! Joanna was extremely sweet, responsive and flexible and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. I sent her some inspiration pictures of what I wanted, and the outcome could not have been more spot on. I felt like I was inside of my pintrest board- my sweetheart table and the hoop we used during the ceremony were gorgeous and above and beyond anything I could have expected. I cant thank Joanna and her team enough for helping to make our day so amazing!

Joanna and The Gypsy Rose did an incredible job with the flowers at our wedding at the Rockport Art Association (Rockport, MA) in July. We were looking for a colorful wildflower theme, which the team delivered perfectly.
They were very organized and communicative, and accommodating to our needs. We asked them the week of the wedding if another bouquet could be added for a flower girl, and they were able to do this without a problem. Also, they helped bring flowers from the venue (where they were delivered) to the hotel where we were taking photos. The prices were very reasonable. We would recommend The Gypsy Rose to anyone having an event with flowers!! We couldn’t be happier with their work.

So happy our venue pointed us to The Gypsy Rose! We had a specific vision in mind, and Joanna worked with us to create pieces that were even better that we had envisioned. She even went the extra mile - our centerpieces included some wooden lanterns with faux candles, and she had us drop them off with her so she could put everything together. She arranged my bouquet, flowers for our wedding party, some bud vases for our cocktail hour, our reception centerpieces, a floral box for our sweetheart table, and the flowers for our cake. Everything was delivered to and set up at the venue perfectly, and through the whole process she was very communicative and helpful. We live a few states away, and after meeting with Joanna in person I knew we would be in good hands. Highly recommend if you are in central MA looking for a talented, detail oriented and creative florist for your big day!

We were in a floral emergency. I contacted this florist 3 days before the event. What did we get? Perfect centerpieces, exactly how I described them, and magnificent cake florals. The cost was reasonable, the service professional and excellent, but mostly the arrangements were fabulous.

Joanna did our large wedding this past October and her flowers and floral design were out of this world. We had meetings before the event to discuss the flowers and decorations, but the day of the wedding, when I saw our bouquets and the amazing table runner, arbor decor and mantle greenery, I was just blown away. In fact, the only photos I have from my wedding, are of the floral runner that she created for our head table. My husband and I knew Joanna would do amazing work, but we were truly blown away by her design skills, sweet personality, high professionalism and easy communication. I would highly recommend for your wedding, she is outstanding!

She is such a nice person, and truly listened to what I wanted out of my flowers, My bridal bouquet came out exactly - if not better - than what I had imagined. Joanna was great to work with the arrangements she created were exactly how I wanted everything to look. She kept in touch with us through the whole process and was accommodating to every last minute request we had, she delivered the arrangements to the venue and set everything up and it was all beautiful.
