H I M was wonderful. They were very easy to work with. They had a menu for you to have choices, but had so many more ideas and suggestions that they were willing to try. They listened to any suggestions I had as well. They were professional... and willing to help in any way. They were also extremely reasonable. When we got our final bill from them, we were pleasantly surprised by the low amount. The guests are still talking about how fabulous the stuffed chicken was. Even the salad got rave reviews! I couldn't have asked for a better caterer!
