Hacienda Los Robles Wedding Venue

We were so fortunate to have our wedding at Hacienda Los Robles. This is an all inclusive wedding venue and it’s beyond gorgeous. The staff including Belkis (owner), Martha (coordinator), Abel (Bar manager) were the reason why our day went very smooth. They all went above and beyond and the rest of the staff as well. All of our guests said how beautiful the venue is (you need minimal decor) and how amazing the food was. For appetizers we chose- candied dates, ceviche, tequeno, and coconut shrimp. For the entree we chose seafood paella and bacon wrapped chicken with deluxe potatoes and asparagus. I cannot recommend this venue enough- whether for a wedding, or another party.

AMAZING location, absolutely beautiful. The staff were welcoming and SO friendly it was really nice. From the outdoor ambiance to the indoor set up, it was truly a beautiful venue, if you are looking to get married here DO IT! The Uber access was also nice and convenient as it wasn't too far from the local town/city which was helpful. This place is truly beautiful!!

Best testing day !! Belkis manages to make a great experience of this testing for future couples; it is not just trying the food; it is a little party where you can even meet the staff and vendors and talk to them directly.

My fiancé and I toured this venue! I could not be more pleased with the beautiful scenery. Belkis is an amazing, detail oriented, very professional hostess! It is a dream come true to be able to get married at the venue of my dreams. The tour is a 10/10 recommend, standing in the middle of the venue you can picture and feel the perfect wedding day. This venue exceeded our expectations in every way. Again a huge thank you to Belkis for being apart of our journey that has just begun!

Late post but the sentiment does not change. We planned the perfect wedding for our daughter at Hacienda los Robles. Just as the ceremony was about to start, the skies opened up. Quick change of plans. I can’t thank Belkys and team enough for making this happen on the spur of the moment. The guests were immediately escorted into the barn. The beautiful outdoor flower arrangements were brought in, and the stage was set. The wedding went on without missing a beat. Everyone had a wonderful time! I had my wedding at HLR last month and words cannot express how magical my day was! Working with this venue was so easy! Belkis & her husband were always there to answer every question and make sure our day was perfect! We decided on one of their all inclusive packages and my guest cannot stop talking about how amazing my wedding was! The food was excelent! The music was perfect! The staff super attentive and professional. The venue is beyond beautiful! We also had the pleasure of working with HLR's wedding planner, Martha, who made sure to support us every step of the way and make sure our day was magical. This venue is not only beautiful the service was wonderful. The staff and owner are exceptional. The venue makes for the most incredible photography and video and although it is a large space it felt intimate for our wedding of 50 people and romantic. We loved our wedding day so much and are so happy.

Hacienda Los Robles absolutely deserves to be the #1 venue! The amount of services we obtained within their package was incredible, especially considering how expensive weddings can be! We absolutely got the best and most for what we paid for. Belkis is incredible at organizing and making sure everything runs smooth for the couple leading up to the wedding. She is very quick to answer messages and e-mails as well, which is extremely appreciated considering how sometimes last minute changes happen and you need quick replies. The venue worked so well with us to make it the most special day. Martha, the Day-Of-Coordinator was also an outstanding help and extremely prepared and experienced. Very respectful and kind as well. The rest of the staff was also a pleasure to work with! While other couples may miss out on appetizers because they have to take photos after ceremony, the venue made sure we had our own private person that served us and made sure we had what we wanted during both cocktail hour and reception dinner. Everyone is just so special! They all work with you to give you the most special day! I will recommend this venue to others always. Our families, friends, and guests in general were amazed at the venue’s beauty, organization, and how amazing the staff was. Several guests came up to us and told us how “This was a perfect wedding.” Thank you, Hacienda Los Robles! You all have a special place in our hearts!

We decided to go with Hacienda Los Robles for our Wedding celebration the second we saw it. Specifically because it gave us the feeling like we were not in Florida. Belkis runs a tight ship with fantastic vendors for every aspect of your wedding. We are so glad we decided to go with the ones Belkis recommended because they were all exceptional. Belkis, her husband and her team all helped make our special day, extra magical! Martha (HLR recommended planner) and Gabriela (her day of assistant) made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the ceremony and reception. (Gabriela especially was super attentive and made sure my husband and I were always taken care of during our reception.) Amadeus Enterprises violinist was super flexible when it came to planning and playing the songs we wanted during our ceremony. Charly the DJ was accommodating and worked with us to make sure he played our favorite playlists. Veronica’s Party rentals helped us make our reception room feel super cozy with their bistro lights. The cake made by Jenny was exactly what we wanted it and it was delicious and gorgeous! Abel the manager, was accessible, friendly and kept all the service team on point at all times. The food by Chef Fernando was fantastic and received multiple compliments from our guests. Last but not least, the hair and makeup by Laura was awesome. I was in shock standing in front of the mirror at the end of the night because my face was still intact after almost 12 hours of excitement, nerves and dancing. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Haciendo los Robles. We loved this venue and how simple they made planning everything. My wedding felt like a fairy tale and Belkis and her wonderful team made it possible! This was the only venue that we visited and we immediately fell in love! This venue makes wedding planning a breeze with its many services and package options (catering, DJ, rentals, day of coordinator, cake, and definitely more.) For services that they don’t offer, they have wonderful relationships with vendors that frequently work with them. Every staff member that I worked with made my husband and I feel like family and shared as much excitement as we had about tying the knot. The site has so many details that make the day more special and unique. Our guests raved about the site’s beauty and charm, the incredible food, and the love that is simply in the air at the Hacienda. I loved my wedding day experience with their team as well! This venue is an absolute dream. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Belkis, Martha (day of coordinator) and all of their staff. If you’re looking for a venue that is inclusive of several services and has a rustic/romantic feel this is the perfect choice for you. From the moment we stepped foot on the property for our tour of the venue we fell in love. Even seeing the venue in its complete raw state without any decorations is a natural beauty meant to be admired by all. We received so many compliments throughout our wedding night on how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food/beverages were and how kind all of the on site staff was. Selecting this venue allowed for us to have a more laid back approach to wedding planning process because it truly includes a wide variety of services and package options to select from leaving very few details for you to take care of afterward. I would hands down recommend this venue to anyone looking to celebrate a special event. Belkis was always on top of her game answering any and all questions thrown her way and was very flexible in making accommodations to ensure our special day went exactly as we dreamed it would be.

Beautiful Venue!! Took advantage of the all-inclusive package and we were extremely happy with how everything turned out. They were super attentive of us and helped make our wedding exactly what we wanted even though it rained that day. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

This venue was absolute perfection - it is stunning and the people involved in helping run it are also amazing. Belkis is the owner and she was always very receptive to any questions we may have. Martha was the day of coordinator provided by the venue, and she was also amazing. Everything ran smoothly and on time. The DJ (also provided by the venue) was absolute FIRE. He kept everyone on the dance floor all night. There were moments where you would look around and no one was at their tables. The food - also incredible. We did pay extra for the premium meals, but it was so worth it. This venue gives you everything and more that you may need - vintage cars for entry and exit, cottages on site for getting ready, chairs, tables, plan B, a choice of saxophone or violin for cocktail hour or ceremony (we did sax for cocktail and he was a HUGE hit). 10/10 recommend

We did our wedding at Hacienda los Robles on 9/25/21. The moment we went to visit the venue we were sold! The barn is a beautiful combination of rustic and elegance. Belkis (owner) was great to work with. She was very understanding and willing to accommodate throughout the planning with all the uncertainty from COVID-19. On our wedding day, she decorated the bridal suite with balloons and chocolates. All of her vendors were great to work with as well and made a great team (the chef, bartenders, DJ, etc.)! The food and music were great! We had plenty of friends and family approach us about how much they loved the venue! I would highly recommend it!

If there were words to express how special I felt as a bride I would write them but nothing compares to walking down the aisle of Hacienda Los Robles. If you're looking for rustic meets simple and elegant you've got it here. There is no need for extra, this venue provides it all. The food was terrific. The music was fantastic the set up was impeccable and there is a reason as to why they have picked their in house caterer, dj and more. Belkis is someone who when I met was a stranger and now will be an aunt I always needed. Her and her husband were so thoughtful and everything came from the heart. This place is a GEM. Where do I begin, AMAZING! I cannot brag enough about this beautiful venue. Our wedding was absolutely perfect! We received compliment after compliment about this venue. The grounds are breath taking. There aren't enough words to describe the barn, where the reception takes place. The beauty of the wood, the rustic atmosphere and a touch of elegance all wrapped into one. It is so beautiful! Now let me start with the owner, Belkis. I have never met such a caring individual. She really listens to what you want and makes sure she delivers. Belkis is very detail oriented and offers so many little extras, you are definitely getting the most for your money. Belkis will always take your phone calls, no matter how many times you call her. She is always willing to help and is awesome about making suggestions. This venue has amazing vendors, Vanessa with Jireh Floral Design, Jorge with Veronica's Party Events, Natalie with Suo Entertainment (photo booth), Amadeus Enterprises, Jenni Music, Jenny with Sweet OB Cakes and let's not forget about the DJ. My bridal party and I stayed here the night before my wedding. The experience was UNREAL. We were greeted with champagne, given a tour of the entire house and property (which is GORGEOUS and very spacious), got a tour of the vineyard on the multi-row golf cart and the homeowners made us home cooked lasagna! We ate on the beautiful back patio, with string lights and music softly playing in the background at all times. When we woke up the next morning, we were greeted with a buffet style breakfast with meditation style music playing in the background. It was a dream come true!!!!
