Our 4200 square foot Air-Conditioned Cypress Barn is truly a one-of-a-kind Florida Treasure. We are located on five manicured acres in the Redlands, a beautiful and agriculturally rich land within a short drive of Miami, FL. Hacienda Los Robles, B & B is a beautiful and rustic hacienda-style property that hosts a state-licensed bed & breakfast and is also a licensed Wedding Venue. Our grove has over 400 mature lychee and Longan trees. Our events are exclusive to one per day. Our brides have their own private cabin & we have several vintage prize-winning vehicles to transport them to our private orchard for their ceremony. wedding. A year and a half in the making preparations emails pictures all you can think of to prepare a wedding. Belkis Alvarez and Diasly are amazing coordinators and I would’ve not been able to do it without them. thank you all for your wonderful staff from the entering to the exit. It was amazing all the decorations all the details. All the vendors we had were amazing. My kids are super happy and and beyond thankful for the best day of their lives. Belkis offers package options that truly stand out from other venues. She includes a variety of items and services that most places simply don’t provide, making the planning process so much easier. She was always available to answer any questions, took the time to get to know us, and ensured that every detail was handled flawlessly. Her professionalism and warmth made us feel completely supported throughout the entire journey.
Diasly, the event planner, worked diligently and with so much creativity. Her attention to detail and dedication to bringing our vision to life were incredible. She truly made the event feel unique and personal.
Chef Ceylin exceeded all expectations—the appetizers and dinner were absolutely scrumptious. The food was served hot, beautifully presented, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was.
Abel’s customer service during the event was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly.
Belkis also recommended Jenny for the cake, and she did an amazing job. The cake was stunning, beautifully decorated, and incredibly moist and flavorful.
DJ Charlie kept the energy high all night long. He took all our music requests, read the crowd perfectly, and kept everyone dancing nonstop. The extras he offered—like the monogram, cold sparks, and lighting—created an ambience that everyone could feel and truly elevated the entire celebration.
All of our guests raved about how beautiful and well-organized everything was. The entire team worked seamlessly together, and the level of professionalism and care truly showed. Our experience from beginning to end was beyond our expectations, and we are so grateful for the unforgettable celebration they helped create for our daughter.
This party will be very memorable for our daughter, family, and friends forever.

double booked my wedding date and I would have to change it… this was 6 months after we signed the contract!
We scheduled our initial tour at the Hacienda, but just a few hours before, they canceled saying Belkis was sick and at the hospital. We rescheduled—understanding things happen. When we finally toured in Oct 2024, Belkis said everything runs smoothly, yet the pricing in the printed packet didn’t match her email. She honored the lower price, which worked for us, but didn’t seem organized. Still, we signed in October and paid the deposit, drawn in by the many “inclusive” items (catering, bartenders, DOC, DJ, etc).
In Jan 2025, we attended a tasting. It was chaotic—vendors upselling everywhere, no catering staff spoke English (including Abel, the coordinator), and every hors d’oeuvre was cold. Menus didn’t match the packet again. The music was so loud, my fiancé and I left overwhelmed. No one followed up afterward, and months later Belkis even texted asking if we had attended—a detail you’d think would be noted.
In March 2025, a payment was due. Belkis had our card on file, but it was never charged until I reminded her. She confirmed, eventually processed it, but I had to ask three times for a receipt before she sent it.
The “day-of coordinator” Martha was another disappointment. I met her at the tasting—her English was passable, but she was unhelpful. After multiple unanswered emails, she finally scheduled a call, then no-showed, later texting that she had a family emergency. She didn’t apologize or reschedule.
By April 2025, Belkis admitted Martha was on bed rest and said she’d take over herself. We scheduled a call. Then, the morning before, I received THE TEXT: our wedding date had been double booked. Another couple signed first but “wasn’t showing on the calendar.” Only after 15 minutes did I get a call, full of excuses—blaming an assistant, her father’s illness, distractions. After so many mistakes, there was no way we could trust them to host our wedding.
We did receive a full refund, but I strongly warn you: BEWARE of this venue. Belkis is a good salesperson but makes false promises. What was supposed to be an inclusive, “easier” choice cost us time, stress, and money

uld not express the sadness, embarrassment and regret for the oversight of having double booked your original Wedding Date. In nine years, this is the first time something like this has ever occurred and I was devastated when I learned of the situation. My self and my Team are 100% dedicated to our Couples and we take pride in closely sharing in each step of their Wedding Journey process with transparency and professionalism. You were treated with the utmost respect, kindness and honesty. I personally offered you many options to resolve the issue, even offering you the original date which you were interested in and that was available at that time and you declined. For the record, know that we invite multiple preferred Vendors to our Tastings and they offer amazing value for services that are not included in our All-Inclusive Package and without any type of obligation to our Couples to have to purchase their services. During your Tasting there was not one complaint from you or any of the invited couples. Furthermore, in all fairness the fact that a person has an accent when speaking the English idiom does not justify that they “don’t speak English” I find that very distasteful, demeaning and unjust on how you refer to our Staff and Vendors which all have communicated without issue or incident, with all of our Couples during the past nine years, and clearly my ability to communicate in English cannot be questioned. I always explain to all our English only speaking Couples that if there are any communication issues to immediately reach out to me at any time. Your lack of EMPATHY towards the time I had to dedicate to my Father when he was between life and death is something that upsets me so much that I will not even address you. It simply says a lot about you. The Same goes for Martha who is not only a wonderful person, and a seasoned and successful Master Certified Wedding Planner for over twenty-five years and who also faced a very serious health matter. Regardless of our personal difficulties while dealing with these serious health matters, you were provided with individual direct contact information for all included Vendors in your package for you to have immediate access and assistance during the time in which Martha and I dealt with our personal and urgent situations. Your calls and emails were always addressed. We warmly welcomed you to take beautiful engagement photos in addition to visiting us as often as necessary in your planning process. Not once in any of this time did you ever mention ONE COMPLAINT of any nature. I even offered to still move forward and officiate your Ceremony at any other Place where you got married. I personally called several similar Venues to see if they had your desired date available. Ultimately if I and my Vendors were so disorganized and terribles as you so unfairly describe us to be, then, we would not have the amount of SUPERB REVIEWS AND OPINIONS FROM ALL OUR OTHER COUPLES DURING THE PAST NINE YEARS. I continue to wish you only the Best and hope that you focus on enjoying this special time leading up -to your upcoming Wedding. I will not tolerate any slander with the intent to harm my un-teachable character, integrity or honesty. he authentic barn setting—after touring multiple venues that called themselves "barns" but weren’t, we finally found the real deal here. Coming from South Florida, I didn’t want a typical Florida wedding, and Hacienda Los Robles made it feel like we were somewhere completely different. It perfectly complemented our wedding theme and gave us the dreamy, rustic elegance we were looking for.
From the start, working with Belkis and her husband, Jose, was an absolute pleasure. Unlike other venues where communication felt robotic, we spoke directly with the owners, and it made all the difference. Belkis has the most calming presence, and every conversation with her eased my wedding planning stress. Jose went above and beyond as well—he was the driver for our party bus and my entrance and exit transportation, and just before I walked down the aisle, he was incredibly kind in helping me calm my nerves. The two of them truly care about every couple getting married here, and their love and dedication show in every interaction.
One of the biggest perks was the all-inclusive package, which included catering, rentals, and a day-of coordinator. It took so much weight off our shoulders, allowing us to focus on enjoying the day rather than worrying about logistics. And our guests? They were blown away! We received so many compliments, with multiple people saying they had been to other weddings but had never seen a venue as unique and beautiful as this one.
A personal highlight for me was how the staff handled a last-minute delay—I was running late and rushed, worried they’d be upset about the timeline. Instead, they were incredibly kind and reassuring, prioritizing my experience and making sure I got every photo and moment I wanted. Their patience and professionalism truly meant the world to me.
I highly, highly recommend Hacienda Los Robles to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free, and genuinely caring venue team. Our wedding day was a dream come true, and it wouldn’t have been possible without them!

Usually there’s always a complaint but I have none. Our guest expressed to us how gorgeous everything was from the flowers, decor , service and even the food!! Btw the cake was delicious not the regular cake you always get at weddings.
I can’t express myself enough to encourage anyone who is engaged and are looking for a venue , to take a look at this one because you will not be disappointed. Thank you again to Belkis, Diasly and the rest of the team for making my daughter’s wedding unforgettable!!

When we first started researching for venues, we knew a rustic wedding was exactly what we wanted. We went to see Hacienda los Robles and there was no doubt in my mind this is where my dream wedding would come true, from the coordination, to having Belkis and Marcial be part of our special day, but also because all of our guests left our wedding in AWE. nator), Abel (Bar manager) were the reason why our day went very smooth. They all went above and beyond and the rest of the staff as well. All of our guests said how beautiful the venue is (you need minimal decor) and how amazing the food was. For appetizers we chose- candied dates, ceviche, tequeno, and coconut shrimp. For the entree we chose seafood paella and bacon wrapped chicken with deluxe potatoes and asparagus. I cannot recommend this venue enough- whether for a wedding, or another party.

I can’t thank Belkys and team enough for making this happen on the spur of the moment. The guests were immediately escorted into the barn. The beautiful outdoor flower arrangements were brought in, and the stage was set. The wedding went on without missing a beat. Everyone had a wonderful time! n be! We absolutely got the best and most for what we paid for. Belkis is incredible at organizing and making sure everything runs smooth for the couple leading up to the wedding. She is very quick to answer messages and e-mails as well, which is extremely appreciated considering how sometimes last minute changes happen and you need quick replies. The venue worked so well with us to make it the most special day. Martha, the Day-Of-Coordinator was also an outstanding help and extremely prepared and experienced. Very respectful and kind as well. The rest of the staff was also a pleasure to work with! While other couples may miss out on appetizers because they have to take photos after ceremony, the venue made sure we had our own private person that served us and made sure we had what we wanted during both cocktail hour and reception dinner. Everyone is just so special! They all work with you to give you the most special day! I will recommend this venue to others always. Our families, friends, and guests in general were amazed at the venue’s beauty, organization, and how amazing the staff was. Several guests came up to us and told us how “This was a perfect wedding.” Thank you, Hacienda Los Robles! You all have a special place in our hearts!

ight ship with fantastic vendors for every aspect of your wedding. We are so glad we decided to go with the ones Belkis recommended because they were all exceptional. Belkis, her husband and her team all helped make our special day, extra magical!
Martha (HLR recommended planner) and Gabriela (her day of assistant) made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the ceremony and reception. (Gabriela especially was super attentive and made sure my husband and I were always taken care of during our reception.)
Amadeus Enterprises violinist was super flexible when it came to planning and playing the songs we wanted during our ceremony. Charly the DJ was accommodating and worked with us to make sure he played our favorite playlists. Veronica’s Party rentals helped us make our reception room feel super cozy with their bistro lights. The cake made by Jenny was exactly what we wanted it and it was delicious and gorgeous!
Abel the manager, was accessible, friendly and kept all the service team on point at all times. The food by Chef Fernando was fantastic and received multiple compliments from our guests. Last but not least, the hair and makeup by Laura was awesome. I was in shock standing in front of the mirror at the end of the night because my face was still intact after almost 12 hours of excitement, nerves and dancing.
If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Haciendo los Robles. We loved this venue and how simple they made planning everything.

For services that they don’t offer, they have wonderful relationships with vendors that frequently work with them. Every staff member that I worked with made my husband and I feel like family and shared as much excitement as we had about tying the knot. The site has so many details that make the day more special and unique. Our guests raved about the site’s beauty and charm, the incredible food, and the love that is simply in the air at the Hacienda.
I loved my wedding day experience with their team as well! Martha (day of coordinator) ensured that the day was flowing smoothly, Gaby (lead server) was an absolute treat, Jenny (cake artist) made the most delicious and beautiful cake we’ve ever had, and Charlie (DJ) kept the party flowing all night at the reception!

inclusive of several services and has a rustic/romantic feel this is the perfect choice for you. From the moment we stepped foot on the property for our tour of the venue we fell in love. Even seeing the venue in its complete raw state without any decorations is a natural beauty meant to be admired by all. We received so many compliments throughout our wedding night on how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food/beverages were and how kind all of the on site staff was. Selecting this venue allowed for us to have a more laid back approach to wedding planning process because it truly includes a wide variety of services and package options to select from leaving very few details for you to take care of afterward. I would hands down recommend this venue to anyone looking to celebrate a special event. Belkis was always on top of her game answering any and all questions thrown her way and was very flexible in making accommodations to ensure our special day went exactly as we dreamed it would be.

ns we may have. Martha was the day of coordinator provided by the venue, and she was also amazing. Everything ran smoothly and on time.
The DJ (also provided by the venue) was absolute FIRE. He kept everyone on the dance floor all night. There were moments where you would look around and no one was at their tables.
The food - also incredible. We did pay extra for the premium meals, but it was so worth it.
This venue gives you everything and more that you may need - vintage cars for entry and exit, cottages on site for getting ready, chairs, tables, plan B, a choice of saxophone or violin for cocktail hour or ceremony (we did sax for cocktail and he was a HUGE hit).
10/10 recommend

On our wedding day, she decorated the bridal suite with balloons and chocolates. All of her vendors were great to work with as well and made a great team (the chef, bartenders, DJ, etc.)! The food and music were great! We had plenty of friends and family approach us about how much they loved the venue! I would highly recommend it!

Now let me start with the owner, Belkis. I have never met such a caring individual. She really listens to what you want and makes sure she delivers. Belkis is very detail oriented and offers so many little extras, you are definitely getting the most for your money. Belkis will always take your phone calls, no matter how many times you call her. She is always willing to help and is awesome about making suggestions.
This venue has amazing vendors, Vanessa with Jireh Floral Design, Jorge with Veronica's Party Events, Natalie with Suo Entertainment (photo booth), Amadeus Enterprises, Jenni Music, Jenny with Sweet OB Cakes and let's not forget about the DJ. What ever you want, Belkis can make it happen.
