When Hailey says bestie coordinator she truly means it. Her, Heather and Makalia were an absolute dream team. Hire them, they were the best. I can’t put it more simply. From the pl...
anning, to the support, to the execution and problem mitigation. 500 stars. We adore you all so much.
Hailey was the best decision I made about my wedding. After interviewing several day-of wedding coordinators, I left our intro call sooooo confident. During our initial conversatio...
n she asked some excellent questions that no one else had asked. I knew she was on her game. She was super flexible with our requests, really took the reigns over immediately. She was excellent at handling our vendors, communicating with our very large wedding party and decorated the venue perfectly. Her assistant Kirby was so sweet and kind. I truly enjoyed getting to know them and have them both be apart of our special memories. Thank you Hailey and Kirby for everything! I recommend them to all brides out there who enjoy laughing, chatting and enjoying every moment of their weddings with the best planner in the biz!
When I tell ya'll she will be the best go-to person on your big day I'm not exaggerating! Hailey took care of absolutely everything the day of and I truly worried about nothing. Ab...
out a month out of my day she talked to my vendors on my behalf so all I had to do was tie up some loose ends in terms of decor and logistics on my end. To say I am type A is truly an understatement but Hailey was able to deal with that crazy and she is sooooo organized. I couldn't have done this wedding without her and can't recommend her enough! I kinda wish I could do it all over again just so I get to work with her again!
There are truly not enough words in the English language to describe how amazing Hailey Beard is!
Hiring Hailey was the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning proce...
ss. Her cool head under pressure, her ability to anticipate needs from our wedding party, her detail orientation, and her overwhelming kindness all combine into an amazing person who goes above and beyond for her clients. By the end of our wedding, Hailey was not just a vendor - she was part of our family.
As an avowed control freak, Hailey maintained my sanity and let me have the space and time to truly enjoy our wedding day. From our first call together, we trusted her implicitly, and felt completely understood and cared for as a couple. No matter what the world threw our way in the weeks leading up to the wedding (including major family injuries, a tropical storm, and a minor dress catastrophe) Hailey was there for us.
We love her so much and are so grateful she was involved in our wedding - the true MVP of the day!!
Hailey played a huge role in making sure my wedding day ran smoothly, and she executed everything perfectly! We had clarified logistics for the day-of timeline through a couple of ...
phone call check ins the weeks leading up to the wedding, and had a successful venue walk through that made sure myself, Hailey, and the venue event manager were all on the same page for everything from big picture concepts to the smallest details. Hailey provided so much support when we had to make a last minute switch to an indoor ceremony due to a hurricane, but she was able to pivot quickly and efficiently to make sure each part of the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception was set up in the best way possible while also making sure vendors, like our catering team, were comfortable in the new set-up. Hailey was great to work with the weeks leading up to the wedding and is just an overall friendly and genuine person who loves what she does. I definitely couldn't have pulled off our big day without her support!
Hailey was beyond amazing as our wedding planner. Our wedding was postponed three times due to the pandemic and tragically only a couple weeks before our reception my husband and I...
experienced an unthinkable tragedy. Despite all the challenges surrounding our event, Hailey handled everything for us with compassion, grace, organization, and kindness. She took so much time to understand every moving piece of the wedding; every vendor's contractual details, timeline organization, decoration visions, and so much more. She makes it clear that her mission is to put your wedding wants and needs first and allow you to relax on your big day and, honeyyyy, she delivers! She will feel like so much more than your wedding planner. She genuinely makes you feel like she's your most trusted confidant and friend and you can really feel how passionate she is about her business.
My husband and I, as well as all our other vendors, are all raving fans of Hailey and would confidently recommend her to anyone. Our videographers loved her so much they even booked her to help with their wedding only 2 weeks after ours.
I honestly can't say enough about Hailey. We absolutely love her and she runs an excellent business. If you or anyone you know are looking for the perfect wedding planner, stop searching right now and book with Hailey!
