Lulu called two days before my wedding to inform me she would not be able to complete makeup on the agreed upon number of bridesmaids, because her assistant was no longer availabl...e to help and she also had another application booked. Overall, Lulu is friendly and her portfolio is beautiful, but after years in the business professionals should know if their assistants are reliable and how much work they can handle/ their limitations.
