Hair On The Run

I am so lucky to have Amanda and Jeri do mine and my entourage’s hair and make up! We pretty much know how to do make up ourselves, but Hair on The Run exceeded our expectations. We felt like we were transformed and it made us feel prettier, my bridesmaids can’t stop taking pictures. Will 10/10 recommend to everyone these lovely ladies, thank you Jeri & Amanda!

Hair on the Run was so fantastic! Their pricing is fair and they are upfront about additional options or add ons as possibilities as well. Their team is so kind and helpful! My bridesmaids and I aren’t super knowledgeable on makeup and they made sure to show options and explain the process to make us as beautiful as possible! Our hair and makeup lasted all day as well. They were efficient and finished with plenty of time to spare! We would definitely recommend Hair on the Run!

Amanda, Jeri and Stephanie were amazing! My makeup and hair were exactly what I was looking for. They were all so easy to work with. Amanda was pretty responsive and so flexible with changes in the number of people in my group before my wedding day. Everyone's hair and makeup were great and lasted the whole night. I found Amanda and her team through a couple of friends whose wedding hair and makeup I just LOVED because they were beautiful yet still looked like themselves. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else over Hair on the Run—all of my bridesmaids felt SO beautiful and still have not stopped talking about Hair on the Run. Amanda, Gerry, and Alexa listen to exactly what you say and bring it to life. Everyone, including myself, looked so flawless yet 100% like themselves—nothing was overdone. The team was also so fun to have around on wedding day. Amanda was so communicative throughout the process to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of. I’ve already had multiple girls reach out to me because they are interested in having Hair on the Run for their weddings! I was so happy with Hair on the Run and will remember them every time I look at pictures from my wedding day.

The girls from Hair on the Run did such an amazing job!! They did hair and makeup for my wedding yesterday (12/15/18) and did such a fantastic job. My mom, maid of honor, and myself looked absolutely amazing because of them. And they’re so sweet too! We were unable to do a trial with them but they were still amazing. I will recommend them to everyone for sure!

Amanda and Stephanie are amazing! Seriously, just book them! I was unable to do a trial run with either of them, but they were so understanding and good at what they do that they day of, I showed them a couple pictures of the look I kind of wanted. I told them what I liked and didn't like and everything turned out amazing. It was great to be able to have them come to where I was staying with my bridesmaids. They did hair and make up for a total of 6 of us and we all looked great.

Hair on the Run was very professional and helpful in our wedding planning process. We booked them for hair for the bride, four bridesmaid and the mother of the bride and mother of the groom. My mother and I went to a trial together and our stylist made sure we got exactly what we wanted and even helped us pick our a style that we never would have thought of. On our wedding day, two stylists came to our hotel suite and they were fast, professional and very pleasant. The bridal party could pick however they wanted their hair and the stylists were great in helping them pick our styles that would look best on them. They got done in record time and our hair stayed all night. Based on research from other hair salons, their prices were reasonable, especially for a large party like we had. Would highly recommend.

My highest, highest praise for Amanda and Jeri at Hair on the Run! Not only are they some of the sweetest, most personable ladies ever, but they are incredibly skilled at hair and makeup. I had my hair done by Amanda, as did my maid of honor and matron of honor; Jeri did makeup for all three of us as well. They did a spot-on job for all three of us, especially considering that we came in with next-to-no idea of what we wanted. All three of us looked beautiful and were very comfortable the day of. In fact, Jeri did such a phenomenal job on my makeup that our photographer, a very experienced wedding photographer, remarked on how exceptional it was and how it must have been done by someone who has loads of experience in doing makeup for photography. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Amanda and Jeri!

One of the girls in my bridal party recommended Amanda to me. My trial with her went very smoothly. I didn't have any specific plans, just general ideas for what I wanted my hair and make-up to look like, but she took those ideas and ran with them. I left feeling very excited. I also went to her before the wedding to get my hair color touched up and trimmed. On the day of, she was a joy to have in the bridal suite while we were all getting ready and my hair and make-up looked even better the second time. It lasted all day and I got nothing but complements from everyone. I'm sad that I can't post a picture of my hair, because it was perfect!

This was one of my most favorite parts about the wedding. I felt like a queen and I loved how beautiful I looked with Amanda doing my hair and makeup! She has to be one of the most fun and bubbly people in the wedding industry. She is truly a pleasure just to be around. I felt like I wanted to pay her just for being amazing- no services needed. I have found my permanent go-to hair and makeup team with Amanda. If you are going to be near Lake Mary you would be doing yourself a huge injustice by not booking Amanda.

The girls at hair on the run are absolutely AMAZING! They are extremely personable, professional and completely genuine. They came to my event site well in advance to set everything up. They even took in a few last minute requests with no problem at all! To say that they went above and beyond is an understatement. They were always available, even by text message- which was extremely convenient for someone like me since I work ridiculous hours. Do yourself a favor, worry about all the other wedding stress and let Hair on the Run worry about making you into a wedding day princess- you will not be disappointed!

Hair on the Run did an amazing job on, not only my hair, but my bridesmaids and moms as well. Amanda did hair and makeup and I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved what she did. She worked with my budget and is willing to travel, too!

Amanda at Hair on the Run is super talented. As are all her girls that work with her. Amanda did my hair and Lisa did my make-up. My hair was mostly down with a little up on one side. It was teased a bit for volume and looked AMAZING!!!! The curls were so pretty and stayed through the night. My make-up was darker colors and looked so pretty. I had fake eyelashes also which came out awesome in pictures. Air-brush make up is so worth it. I had originally looked into the place where I get my hair done at but they were super costly and all my girls paid for their own so I did not want them spending way too much. I found Hair on the Run on the KNOT and am so glad I did. I also now am going to Amanda to cut my hair because she did a couple weeks before the wedding and it looked so pretty. Amanda works with you around what you can afford and what you want. She is one of the sweetest girls ever!!!! THANK YOU HAIR ON THE RUN!!!!! Pick this place! You will not be disappointed!!

Hair On The Run is extremely affordable, but without compromising quality Amanda is amazing with hair and Stephanie is awesome with makeup! I did the trial run which helped us tweak things before the wedding.

I expected my hair and make up trial to be stressful, but it was stress free and alot of fun! Amanda gave me airbrush makeup that looked natural for the same price as regular makeup. When I didn't like my eyeshadow color during the trial, I was shy about speaking up, but finally did and she changed it and told me I was right. So sweet! My hairstyle was exactly what I wanted, and she was able to replicate the trial hair and makeup the day of the wedding. We also had fun trading gossip about our lives while she worked. :P

Amanda Mejia did a fabulous job with hair and make-up. I would not hesistate to hire her again and would recommend her to anyone. She and her girls did such an amazing job on each of the girl's hair and make-up. Everyone was absolutely gorgeous! There were on time, completely professional, and kept the day moving on schedule!
