Hairs 2 the Bride, LTD

t later needed to add on an additional hair and it was so easy. I had a great experience at my hair trial with Haley and my makeup trial with Clarissa. After showing Haley the hairstyle I had in mind, we ended up going with extensions. It was so nice to have the option to purchase extensions on the spot! As a first time extension wearer, I really appreciated that I was able to drop off the extensions before the wedding so they could be washed & prepped professionally too. On my wedding day, both ladies were very professional and fun to be around. Everyone in my party loved how their hair and makeup turned out! As much as I loved my trial, on the wedding day, everything was even better! My hair held up all day and night thanks to Haley. Clarissa helped make sure to set my makeup really well, especially in my areas of concern! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

to work with. From the initial trial to the big day, Michelle listened closely to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. She brought such a calm, fun, and positive energy to the morning of the wedding, which helped me totally relax and enjoy the getting-ready process. My hair and makeup looked stunning, photographed beautifully, and literally lasted all day and night through all the dancing and happy tears. If you want a professional, talented, and stress-free beauty experience for your wedding, look no further than Michelle and the team at Hairs 2 the Bride! Highly, highly recommend!

ive the quality or skillset advertised. I booked the Just for the Bride package for $350. To ensure, the hair I had the day of my wedding, and to prevent any potential nightmare the day of, I also booked a hair trial for $120. During the hair trial, there was only one hairstyle that was attempted when it's advertised as many styles as time allows. The single hair style that was attempted, I was very unhappy with. I decided to go another route for the day of. On the day of, I provided two new styles to the stylist referencing the final look I wanted to achieve, and how I wanted the accessories placed. Prior to, I had my hair cut to ensure the style I wanted could be achieved exactly as shown. At no point did the stylist check-in during the process. The result was nearly identical to what I received during the trial that I did not like. With only a half hour to spare, I had to undo that work, and style my hair into a ponytail. In alignment with the quality and professional skillsets I was told I would receive, my makeup and hair was done simultaneously. While my makeup wasn't nearly as big of a nightmare as the hair, I still had to make adjustments there as well because by the time I had finished my hair, my makeup was already oily, and the cat-eye I specifically asked for was wobbly and not at all a cat eye. I also found it very unprofessional, to upsell additional services for an extra fee during my final session. Hairs 2 the Bride was the only cloud that hovered over my wedding day, after tips, I expected a lot more for almost $600 on hair and makeup for one person. While the email of my disappointment was addressed with a small refund. The refund for the day of hair services does not make-up for the quality or skillset I received on a very big day. Edit: (Response) Let's review the inaccuracy of your response. 1. At most five minutes was spent discussing any preference, your stylist quickly scrolled through my phone and settled on one herself. No modifications were made, nor variations provided. 2. Please review the photos of my phone your stylist took of what I asked for and compare to the photo of what was provided. Additionally, compare to the photo taken of the singular hairstyle provided at trial. I too have cameras in my home that refute any claim that she asked for feedback before completion. Not to mention my husband sitting in the room as a witness. 3. Your stylist asked if I wanted a facial, I did not seek one out, also again refuted by cameras and my husband. 4. I paid a deposit of $207. I paid the remaining balance of $150. I paid $120 for a trial. I paid an extra $25 for the sale of a facial. I paid cash to both stylists for gratuity. Again documented by cameras in my home and yours. 5. My review stands, and furthermore the blatant fabrication of what actually occurred and your inability to take responsibility let alone accountability is quite telling. It's no wonder you have your clients fill out the contract for you. I suspect it's a bait and switch at that stage as well.

nd our moms were all beyond thrilled with how our hair and makeup turned out. After my thorough trial with Michelle about a month before the wedding, I felt completely confident going into the big day. Throughout the planning process, the H2B team was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions I had. They even helped me in the studio with a hair emergency the week of my wedding! I would highly recommend trusting them for your special day 😊

ll fantastic. Thank you hairs 2 the bride!!! And thank you Haley for being the best of the best!!

re every detail was perfect, and we truly felt so supported throughout the entire day. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and could not recommend her more highly!

tion with the company was great from start to finish, which made everything so much easier. Everyone’s hair and makeup turned out amazing, lasted all day and we got so many compliments. We also loved chatting while getting ready it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend them—such a great experience overall!

antastic job as well. They not only made me feel beautiful and special, but they also took such great care with my bridesmaids, my mother-in-law, and my flower girl. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience felt so warm, calm, and joyful from start to finish. Their talent is undeniable, but what stood out even more was their kindness, patience, and the genuine care they showed to each person. They made the morning feel so memorable and stress-free, and I am beyond grateful for their work!

he contract, but I was never told that my venue required that travel fee. I also think given the price of the services, that this fee shouldn't be put on the customer and there shouldn't be a traveling fee per stylist. Pay your stylists more to cover costs of gas.

lutely fantastic from start to finish! Our two stylists, Lisa and Eva, were professional, incredibly talented, and honestly just so fun to be around on the morning of my wedding. They were great communicators, very fast to respond during planning, and super accommodating with any changes or requests along the way. They even created a detailed schedule that worked perfectly with our wedding planners’ timeline. On the day of the wedding, they arrived right on time and kept everything running smoothly. Even with one of our flower girls showing up late to her hair appointment, they still managed to get everyone done on time without stress. Everyone looked and felt beautiful, and our hair and makeup truly lasted all day and night (over 14 hours!). My bridal HAMU trial was also amazing. Lisa brought my Pinterest inspiration to life, and I felt so pretty. She even told me exactly which lipstick they used so I could buy it for touch-ups on the wedding day, which I really appreciated. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the Chicagoland area, and the quality of service was outstanding. Overall, Hairs 2 The Bride was wonderful to work with, and I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for a talented, reliable, and fun HAMU team.

ntire wedding party. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and so enjoyable. Eva truly brought my vision to life and made me feel confident, beautiful, and completely myself on my wedding day. Cathy and Kristin were equally wonderful. Everyone’s hair and makeup looked flawless, photographed beautifully, and lasted all day and night. They were calm, organized, and so fun to be around, which made the getting ready process stress free and special. If you’re looking for a talented, reliable, and kind team that will make you and your bridal party feel amazing, I highly recommend Hairs to the Bride. I’m so grateful to have had them as part of our day!

s who helped us and I couldn’t recommend them more! Hair and make-up lasted all day and it is definitely thanks to them.

very reassuring and energetic. I even let him know when I read the negative comments I laughed, they had nothing to do with the work the company did ,they were irrelevant. This company is so accommodating, easy going, and so sweet! When I received our schedule times I got push back from one of my bridesmaid's and also had to end up adding another person. I spoke to Michelle and she was so understanding. She got it all figured out with no problem. The day of my wedding we had Michelle, CJ, and Haley! We got so lucky that we ended up with such a fun group. Not only did they do a fantastic job on me (making me feel so beautiful), the moms, and my bridesmaids they were jamming out to music with us (side note even with that being said they finished us up in plenty of time when I said we had to be done)! They had great personalities but yet were professional which made for such a nice experience. I can't recommend them enough for a great experience! -KATIE K.

ly accommodating — truly a dream to work with. Hailey did hair for me, my mom, and my sister, and she exceeded every expectation. We showed her our inspiration photos, and she went above and beyond to bring each vision to life perfectly. Every hairstyle looked elegant, secure, and picture-perfect throughout the day. Hailey is also a wonderful listener — she took the time to understand what each of us wanted and made sure we felt confident and beautiful. My mom can be quite particular about her hair, but Hailey’s kindness, patience, and attention to detail made her feel so comfortable and cared for. It was such a relief to be in such capable and genuine hands. For makeup, we had the pleasure of working with Eva for our first event and Chrissy for our final one. Eva’s airbrush makeup technique gave us a flawless, glowing finish that looked natural yet radiant — it photographed beautifully and lasted all day without needing touch-ups. Chrissy, on the other hand, was a true magician with her brushes. Her blending skills are unmatched! She created soft, stunning looks that enhanced our features perfectly without feeling heavy or overdone. Both artists made the experience relaxing and fun — they chatted with us, listened to our preferences, and made us feel like we were getting ready with friends. A huge shout-out to Mike, who is an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with. He managed our schedule seamlessly and ensured we were always on time without ever feeling rushed. The night before our second event, we called to see if it might be possible to get earlier appointment slots — and to our surprise, Mike made it happen effortlessly! His flexibility, organization, and calm demeanor made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes great pride in making sure everything runs perfectly. The studio itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well-equipped. It’s such a comfortable, welcoming space — bright lighting, clean stations, and a calm, organized atmosphere. Everything felt professional yet cozy, which made getting ready such a joy. We honestly felt like we were getting services right at home surrounded by people who cared about making us look and feel our best. Overall, the entire Hairs2theBride team deserves all the praise. Each person — Hailey, Eva, Chrissy, and Mike — played a part in making our special events even more memorable. They’re not only talented professionals but also kind-hearted people who make you feel at ease the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for a team that listens, delivers outstanding results, and makes the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free, look no further. I would highly, highly recommend Hairs2theBride to any bride, family, or bridal party. They are simply the best!

t just for hair, but they were so good that we ended up booking them for our second event as well. We had to change the time for the second event at the last minute, and Mike was so accommodating — he even offered to bring in a third stylist to make sure we were ready on time. That level of flexibility and professionalism was such a relief, especially being from out of state. Hayley was amazing to work with. She completely exceeded our expectations — the hairstyles came out even better than the inspiration photos! She was kind, personable, and funny, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the process. Eva did a fantastic job with makeup. Her airbrush foundation was flawless and lasted all night. For our second event, Chrissy did our makeup and absolutely killed it — the eyeshadow especially was beautifully blended and truly to die for. Honestly, the hair and makeup were even better than some of the artists I’ve worked with in NYC for other weddings! Overall, we were so impressed with the entire team. The prices were affordable, everyone was professional, and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect. It genuinely felt like getting ready with family — warm, fun, and effortless. For our first Illinois experience, Hairs2theBride set the bar incredibly high. We truly hope we get to work with them again in the future!

I needed to make my special day amazing. I want to thank you guys for making this experience so wonderful!

ecommend a better makeup / hair team for your special day! Lisa, Eva, and Maria were absolutely FANTASTIC for our bridal morning team. They worked very efficiently; however, took all the ladies needs into careful consideration. Could not recommend a better makeup / hair team for your special day!

I loved the studio for my trail; the team was accommodating for my day of services traveling to the hotel. I loved every minute working along side my team!!

o bring my mom and MIL along for their trials! Highly recommend.

ach one of us girls asked for. Our hair and makeup was flawless and lasted literally all day and night. Even throughout all the dancing not a single hair or eye lash out of place.

with everyone’s hair and makeup! My girls said they have never felt more beautiful. And above that, I felt so beautiful on my wedding day thank you to them! They were so quick and responsive and made this process so easy! Anyone thinking of having there makeup and hair done for there special day, should 100% choose them!

n responses, punctual (important!), and made my wedding day that much more special because all of us looked so stunning! Would highly recommend for any future brides.

alopecia. Thankfully her hair did grow but Lisa made her look like she had all her hair back and that made her feel amazing on her wedding day. Her makeup made her look like herself but elevated. She was professional, fun and easy to work with. Felt like she was part of the family after working with her all morning. She even helped my mother even out her foundation even though she wasn't doing her makeup. She is amazing. Highly recommend !!!!!

re grateful for the experiences I’ve had with them. I first met Haley for my hair and makeup trial and instantly fell in love with both her talent and her personality. She made me feel completely at ease, and her work was flawless — I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. Her warmth and kindness are truly the cherry on top. For my wedding day (and a month later, my best friend’s wedding), I had the privilege of having both Haley and Eva do hair and makeup, and they exceeded expectations each and every time. They were patient, kind, and made me feel so comfortable. On such an important day, trust is everything — and I had complete trust in them, not only for myself but for my bridesmaids as well. I knew we were in the best possible hands, and they delivered perfection. They were so accommodating with any changes or requests, and I honestly can’t imagine walking away with anything less than total satisfaction. Now I just need to find another event as an excuse to book them again — and to feel like the very best version of myself in the process! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Haley and Eva are beyond talented, professional, and wonderful to be around. Truly a 20 out of 10 experience!

future.

From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly kind. They made the whole morning feel calm and fun, even with a large group. They were also so patient and attentive, listening to everyone’s requests and making sure each person felt comfortable and confident with their look. I’m so grateful we had them as part of such an important day—they truly went above and beyond. I can’t recommend Lisa, Jessica, and Kat enough for any bride looking for a talented, reliable, and lovely hair and makeup team!

and beyond.

my hair and makeup held up perfectly from morning through the last dance, which was such a relief on a busy, emotional day. My girls were also thrilled by their hair and makeup done by Julie, Eva, and Maria. The trial experience was wonderful — thoughtful, flexible, and reassuring — which made me feel confident going into the wedding. The entire H2B team was organized, responsive, and easy to work with from the booking process through the wedding day, keeping everything running smoothly. On the day itself, Eva, Maria, and Julie were so sweet and fun to be around (they helped us get the party started at 6:30am!) — I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us feel radiant inside and out. I would wholeheartedly recommend H2B to any bride looking for a team that delivers both gorgeous looks and a stress-free experience.

n amazing job with hair and makeup not only for me and my daughter but also for all her damas. Everyone looked absolutely stunning! They really listened to what each of us wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. The hairstyles and makeup lasted all night and looked beautiful in every photo. The team was friendly, patient, and helped keep the morning of the event calm and smooth—which made such a difference on a big day like this. I highly recommend Hairs 2 the Bride to anyone looking for professional, high-quality beauty services for a special event. Thank you so much for making us all feel confident and glamorous!
