Even before that window, she checked in monthly, made herself totally available, and answered every text and email I sent her along the way. I had no idea how valuable her support would be until I was in it. She is unbelievably professional, organized, thoughtful, and calming. On the wedding day she ran the entire day flawlessly: she runs a tight ship resulting in our schedule being perfectly on time and everything being so buttoned up with not a single glimmer of stress around, but still so kind and warm, and beyond enjoyable to work with. The most amazing part is that she noticed every tiny need before I could even think of it. When my dress wouldn’t stay up, she appeared with pins to hold it. When my husband got makeup on his shirt, she had wipes and a fan to dry the wet wipe. At the end of the night she brought every item from the venue back to our Airbnb and surprised us with the most meaningful gift: a Christmas ornament filled with sand from the spot where we said our vows a few hours earlier. My entire family and my husband’s family were in awe of Lizzie and Zack. They truly made our day seamless and magical. Hiring Lizzie was hands down the best money we spent on the entire wedding, and I would encourage every bride to book her. Lizzie, thank you for everything and going above and beyond. I truly could not give a higher recommendation for my wedding planner, Lizzie. She was my absolute rock on my wedding day—the reason I was able to completely relax and enjoy every moment with ZERO worries. I can attribute the joy i felt on this day, the best day of my life - to the lack of stress I had because I knew I had the right groom, my family and friends were present, and because I knew Lizzie and team had all of the details handled. (Is the cake here? I don't know but Lizzie does. Did the groom remember to bring his written vows to the alter? No idea but Lizzie has a backup. Is uncle joe around for family pictures, i haven't seen him? Oh there he is, Lizzie found him) Lizzie handled everything seamlessly. She organized all of the family photos so I could stay posed in my dress, and she made sure I got every single shot on my list—something truly invaluable, since you only get one chance to capture those memories. She coordinated the DJ and the music, kept the entire day running perfectly on time, set out place cards, and even created my seating chart mirror with the most meticulous precision—each card perfectly measured and spaced. When it was time for the ceremony, she guided everyone—telling them exactly when it was their turn to walk down the aisle, where to go, and where to stand. No one was stressed or confused, and that peace of mind was priceless. She coordinated delivery, placement and setup of our dessert table, she bustled my super complicated and heavy dress before my first dance with my husband. She even added the flowers to our cake, making it look absolutely picture perfect..I could go on and on! Even in the little moments, Lizzie was there. When we went to take our couple photos, I turned around to find her right behind us with glasses of water—something I didn’t even realize I desperately needed after all the happy tears and nerves. Other guests even came up to me during the night asking, “Where did you find Lizzie? She's fantastic!” That says it all. She wasn’t just my planner; she was the reason my day felt effortless, joyful, and truly perfect. If you’re considering hiring her—do it. You’ll thank yourself a thousand times over.
