You can dance the night away on the dance floor in this light and contemporary space where every detail is intentionally placed to match your vision. In-house centerpieces such as votives and candles are at your disposal, along with a full banquet set, which includes tables, chairs, napkins, flatware, and glassware. A cake-cutting service is also provided. As well as overnight accommodations, this hotel has wellness and fitness facilities, a rooftop pool, and cabanas.

Halcyon has an amazing rooftop. If I were rating just the physical space it would earn 5 stars. Unfortunately, our experience planning and hosting our wedding reception in July was...
extremely disappointing. The event team is highly unorganized and mismanaged. Incorrect appetizers were served along with an incorrect amount of desserts (less than we ordered!). The bartenders put a tip jar out, even though we were assured this wouldn’t happen, as we were already paying gratuity. The lighted balls (decor that was promised to be in the pool) were “lost” and we were not notified until 15 min prior to the event. The hotel promises that guests to the hotel and Departure won’t have access to the rooftop, however, I personally had to ask two groups of uninvited guests to leave. I asked for a two-hour early check in the day of my wedding, and even though I was paying for a suite at the hotel (not to mention $$$$$ for the party itself) I was not guaranteed this and was even told by reservations that I should rent the suite an additional night. After the event they ran our credit card 6 times by mistake for the remaining balance of the party. I expected a hotel like the Halcyon to be much more organized and professional.
