About this vendor
Escape to Hale Wailele — a lush, secluded estate on the Big Island — for a dreamy, tropical destination wedding of up to 100 guests. With an abundance of tropical foliage and panoramic views of Keauhou Bay and the Kona coastline, it’s safe to say that the backdrop is breathtaking. Sunsets are a firey orange that sink into the sea and bathe the property in a golden light. Plush chaise lounge chairs sit on the French limestone floors surrounding the private pool. Exchange vows on this slice of paradise on the slopes of Mount Hualalai, and then spend your remaining time with loved ones as you soak in the sun. With a state of the art kitchen; charcoal grill and rotisserie; and wood-fired pizza oven, culinary adventures are not far from your reach. For a truly unique experience, you can even organize a private Luau, complete with hula lessons and fire dancers.
With this venue, you and your wedding party can enjoy the property for the days before and after your wedding. Visit our vacation rental information at https://www.vrbo.com/512534 or konahalewailele.com. The event fee is only $1250 in addition to a (minimum) 5-night stay.
Hale Wailele offers a truly open-air Hawaiian experience that you and your guests will alway remember. Please contact us with any questions here or through one of the above sites.

Hale Wailele is everything my family could have asked for, and more. The view, the architecture and the design of the home is truly mesmerizing. We had my wedding here, and althoug...
h it was a very small guest list, we heard guests say it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. The property manager, Annie, is so incredibly helpful and kind that we felt very welcome at Hale Wailele. It was the most magical day of my life and I’m so glad that I found Hale Wailele.
I stayed at this property for five nights and hosted my wedding in the front yard with 50 guests. It was the most amazing, luxurious, and fancy-without-being-pretentious home I hav...
e ever stepped foot in. I was blown away walking in the door and all my guests were impressed by the views. If you are looking for a rental home where you can host a beautiful intimate wedding this is the place for you. The property manager Annie is fantastic and helped with all our questions. The home is well-stocked and I managed to find everything I needed to host my wedding guests over multiple nights. The only thing I wish I could change is I wish I could have stayed longer.
Overall, this is a fantastic amazing beautiful dream venue. Please book this location if possible. There is no way you could be disappointed.
This was a perfect wedding venue. The house is absolutely spectacular-- truly a glorious place to spend a few days before and after the wedding. And it is a PERFECT venue for cou...
ples who want a beautiful and classy venue that doesn't feel stuffy and lets you tailor the event to your own tastes. We had such an amazing party and wedding week in general- and this venue was absolutely perfect for us.
Annie, the caretaker, is incredible- she is helpful without being overbearing, and is always there to answer questions or help out. She was almost an additional planner and helped suggest placement of tables, the DJ, and other wedding preparations. The house has everything you need, and more-- there are extras around the house like vases, some dishware (for smaller events), chafing dishes... and when it started to rain, Annie even brought out enough clear umbrellas for almost everyone to use! The attention to detail was phenomenal, and I cannot recommend this venue highly enough.
We used Hawaii Sound & Vision for DJ/lights, Big Island Tents for tables/chairs/arch, Black Book Hawaii for wedding coordination, flowers, and bartending services, and Kona Grill House for catering/desserts. I would recommend all of them wholeheartedly!
