ed up rescheduling our wedding celebration twice due to the pandemic. During each reschedule, Halee was unbelievably flexible and great at communicating about the changes. She never once made us feel like a hassle or a burden. In spite of the pandemic and our rescheduled wedding celebration with our family and friends, my husband and I decided to still get married on our original date in our backyard. Halee, being the absolutely amazing person that she is, offered to photograph our backyard wedding, in addition to our rescheduled wedding, for no additional cost! I mean, come on, that is absolutely phenomenal!!! Next, I'd like to speak to Halee's passion and talent for wedding photography. My husband is not comfortable having his photo taken, but you would seriously never know that about him after looking at a photo of him taken by Halee. She has this mystical ability to help everyone around her feel comfortable, safe, and beautiful! She is able to gently coax the most intimate moments out of a couple, just by saying a few compliments/words of encouragement or just by using space and silence to her advantage. I could tell right away that Halee was truly passionate about capturing our love story through her lens! Her talent and skill level are truly an honor to behold, and genuinely so much fun to be a part of. After working with Halee for an engagement session and two weddings, I can't wait for another reason to work with her again in the future! I would 10/10... no 1 million/10 recommend Halee Rene Photography to anyone in the St. Louis or Kansas City areas for their wedding!

g up early at the venue to get started. I felt like she was one of my bridesmaids, always in the dirt fixing my train but doing so efficiently. I remember after the wedding thinking of certain moments I hoped were captured (since Halee was often just a fly on the wall) and low and behold there are perfect shots in my collection!
