If you opt for the Semi-Planning wedding package, Haley Grace Events Company provides unlimited email communication, custom timelines, ceremony/reception coordination, and a day-of rehearsal. Alternatively, the Full Planning deal includes additional budget management and up to four vendor visits. The Day/Month Coordination package is perfect if you've done most of the planning yourself. It offers assistance with vendor communication and 12 hours of on-site coordination for both your wedding ceremony and reception.

d Haley was not only the first to respond, but also the most thoughtful and detail-oriented from the very beginning. Her communication was fast, clear, and made us feel immediately at ease.
In the months leading up to the wedding, she scheduled several planning calls to walk through the timeline with us. She was incredibly organized, attentive, and really listened to my vision while helping shape it into a realistic, seamless plan.
On the day of the wedding, Haley and her team showed up early and took charge of the setup—even as the weather gave us some challenges with rain off and on. She handled everything with such calm professionalism, and somehow still made the ceremony space look absolutely perfect. She also flawlessly managed the ceremony music, which was something I was really nervous about going in.
After the ceremony, she and her team helped set up the reception space and made sure every table was styled exactly how I imagined it. If anything went wrong, I never knew about it—because Haley had it all handled. She was truly exceptional and brought immense value to the day.
I’m so grateful she was part of our wedding day. She made the whole experience effortless and exactly how it was meant to be. Thank you so much Haley and team for everything you did for us!!

There are many difficult decisions to make when planning a wedding, but your coordinator doesn’t need to be one of them— Haley and her team are incredible and absolutely crushed it...
! They made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free. We worked with Haley as our day-of coordinator, and had a couple of virtual meetings with Haley ahead of time to nail down details (including the timeline, which was super helpful) and relay our vision and details of the day. She made sure all of our vendors stayed in the loop and that we had everything we needed from them ahead of time. Communication was always clear, quick, and easy! When our wedding day came, Jordan and Julia were our coordinators and I cannot say enough great things about them. They were always one step ahead of the game, making sure things were handled before we even had a chance to think about it or ask. They headed-up flipping our venue between the ceremony and reception, working with our DJ/MC to be sure the timeline stayed on track, and even handled the details of turning up or down the lighting as the night progressed. They were so professional (and fun too!) and genuinely are the reason we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing over the details. 14/10 recommend.

nned every detail myself. It got to a couple months out and I realized I needed some help day of with some details that as a bride, you should not have to worry about. Haley and I had several phone calls and she thought of things I had NEVER even thought of to plan! (Ex. Who gets our food for me and my husband, who grabs our drinks, who carries my lip gloss, who gives bridal party and dj cues, etc…) Haley made sure every single detail was exactly how I had envisioned it, if not better. My Type A, bride anxieties were melted away all day on my wedding weekend all because of my amazing vendors like Haley!!! If you are debating on having a coordinator, just book with her. You won’t regret it. She is very reasonably priced and knows exactly what you need. She’s been a bride herself and works at a wedding venue so she knows about details you never would think to plan.
