y do. Their eye for photography is amazing, and it’s easy to see why their business has grown so much. The reason I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars comes down to communication and timeline expectations. I noticed another review mentioning communication issues, and unfortunately, I had a similar experience. There were several times where I went weeks—or even months—without hearing back after sending emails and text messages. Haley did explain that she had been experiencing email issues and wasn’t receiving some of my messages, which I completely understand can happen. However, not receiving responses to text messages as well left me feeling anxious during the planning process. There was also an instance where our engagement session had to be canceled two days before because of a scheduling conflict, despite having been planned months in advance. I’ll be honest—it shook my confidence a bit leading up to the wedding. Thankfully, Haley was kind enough to work with us on an alternative, and by the wedding day everything came together beautifully. On the wedding day, they were absolutely wonderful. They were calm, organized, and made the entire day feel fun and stress-free. So many of our guests commented on how much they loved working with them, and I couldn’t agree more. At the end of the day, our wedding experience itself was fantastic, and that’s what mattered most to us. After the wedding, we ran into similar communication and timeline issues. We were told sneak peeks would arrive about a week after the wedding, but they ended up arriving about a month later. Haley did let us know they would be delayed because of the holiday weekend, which I completely understood—I just wasn’t expecting the delay to extend quite that long. I eventually reached out again because I hadn’t heard any further updates. Our full gallery was estimated to be delivered within 12 weeks. When that timeframe passed, I hadn’t received any updates, so I reached out again. Haley let us know everything would be uploaded by the end of that weekend, but it ultimately took about another week before our full gallery was complete. We have now received all of our photos, and they are absolutely beautiful—I truly love the final product. I just wish the communication and timeline had been a bit more consistent throughout the process so I wasn’t left wondering where things stood. I truly believe we may have experienced some unfortunate timing during a period when their business was growing rapidly. I have no doubt that Haley and Josue care deeply about their clients, and I genuinely wish them continued success. My hope is simply that they continue improving communication and setting realistic timeline expectations, because their talent absolutely deserves it. If you’re a couple who is flexible and doesn’t mind a more relaxed communication style, I think you’ll likely have a wonderful experience. If frequent updates and consistent communication throughout the planning process are especially important to you, it’s just something to keep in mind when making your decision.
