About this vendor
Based in Portland, OR, Hammie The Photo Booth is a photo booth company that provides its services for weddings and events. Brimming with fun features, this premier vintage trailer photo booth is sure to leave a lasting impression. Not only does it offer a source of entertainment at weddings but also helps couples and their loved ones make treasured memories.
Jeanette Schenk is the owner of Hammie The Photo Booth (and "Hamlet!"*). A photographer by trade, this professional also runs Shortcake Photo. Looking for a way to provide clients a unique service, she got the idea of a vintage trailer photo booth one night when out with friends. She purchased a 1964 Cardinal Trailer and transformed it into its current whimsical state. The name, Hammie, comes from its canned ham shape and the fact that loved ones can “ham it up” inside while taking photos. Charming, cute, and humorous, this trailer-turned-photo booth easily adds a dose of memorability to a couple’s gathering.
Jeanette, her husband, and their two kids devoted a lot of time to turning Hammie The Photo Booth into a blue-colored, Pacific-Northwest-themed dream. Raindrop motifs and patterns with bicycles, deer, beer, and other symbols reminiscent of the area can be found throughout the design. The photo booth is sure to make a statement at a couple’s chosen venue. The team offers a variety of packages, varying in hours of coverage. One or two attendants are present to ensure that things go smoothly. Other available services featured throughout some of the bundles include a digital copy of the photos, a custom playlist, retro camp chairs, and more. Each package features an online gallery and images are taken with a high quality DSLR camera and modeling ring flash.
*"Hamlet" is our NEWEST photo booth! It's a sleek, one-of-a-kind (of course!) wooden tri-pod photo booth that's just perfect for small, indoor spaces!

Because Hammie was so interactive we had almost all our guests sign our book. I cannot thank Hammie enough for keeping our wedding guests entertained.

Hammie is a creative, adorable, vintage camper turned photo booth. I first saw Hammie at a sailing venue. My eyes were drawn to the freshly painted & clean camper during the dayti...
me. As i stepped inside, I had fun choosing from a variety of props & smiling into the old fashioned tv monitor. Receiving my photos was easy. As the sun faded, Hammie dazzled with evening lights, again drawing my eyes to this cute camper. I overheard several people ask the owners where they purchased the camper because they wanted one (sorry folks, it's an original). The owner is helpful and there to assist. Highly recommend.
Hammie is the cutest photobooth with great accessories that result in fun pictures!
