- Michele GiacomozziDirector of Catering SalesA graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, Michele Giacomozzi brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to her position of Director of Catering Sales at the Hampshire House. Michele began her illustrious hospitality career in the Banquet Department of the Newport Marriott which included offsite catering at the famous Newport, Rhode Island mansions. Michele then honed her skills at the Hyatt Harborside in Boston and the Hyatt Regency Dallas before bringing her leadership and expertise to the Hampshire House Catering Sales Department in 1998. Michele is a member of Meeting Planners International, National Association of Catering Executives, Greater Boston Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Michele has also served on the board of the Beacon Hill Business Association.
- Victoria CostaCatering Sales ManagerVictoria brings a refined blend of creativity, precision, and hospitality expertise to her role as Catering Sales Manager at The Hampshire House. With high-level guest service training from the Walt Disney Company, she is known for her strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to anticipate client needs with ease. She approaches every event as an opportunity to craft an exceptional experience, taking the time to understand each client’s vision and building meaningful connections through thoughtful communication and personalized guidance. With calm confidence, a solution-focused mindset, and a genuine passion for creating memorable moments, Victoria ensures a seamless and elevated planning journey from inquiry to final toast.
- Sydney TurnbullCatering Sales ManagerSydney Turnbull joins the Hampshire House sales team with 15 years of extensive experience in the service industry. She has been an essential part of the Hampshire House operations team since 2013 and is proud to consider it her "home." Sydney began her Hampshire House career as a Server and grew her skills further when she transitioned to Lead Bartender into Operations Manager. Sydney brings a wonderful breadth of operations knowledge to the sales team to assist each client in every moment of their event process from planning to execution. From translating menus with her foreign language skills to creating bridal bouquets from scratch when the original was left in the car, Sydney strives to make each client and event memorable and unique.
- Brittney WoodCatering Sales ManagerBrittney is an accomplished event professional with over a decade of experience in event production, design, and client service. Brittney began her career at a vibrant studio New York City leading event design and production for high profile clients, commercial shoots, and large-scale creative experiences. She later continued her work in Vancouver, overseeing external events and commercial filming projects at the Vancouver Art Gallery, where she collaborated closely with artists, cultural organizations, and community partners. Brittney is known for her thoughtful, steady approach and her ability to balance creative vision with seamless execution. Her background in design informs her eye for detail, aesthetics, and cohesive guest experiences. Whether supporting clients through concepting and selections or coordinating the behind-the-scenes logistics that make events feel effortless, she is recognized for being attentive, collaborative, and solutions-focused. Originally from Canada, Brittney now calls Boston home and continues to be inspired by art, design, and meaningful shared experiences.
- Savannah SmithCatering Sales CoordinatorSavannah joins the Hampshire House Hospitality Group after completing her degree at the University of Georgia. While managing numerous large-scale events for students, parents, and families, she discovered her passion for event planning and management. She loved creating memorable experiences tailored to a variety of personalities and establishing new traditions for the student community. After relocating to Boston, Savannah worked as a Day-of Wedding Assistant before beginning her career as a Catering Sales Coordinator. She is now excited to bring her creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to every event, while serving as a warm, welcoming presence for all clients.

classic Boston charm with warm, historic character that created the most beautiful backdrop for a sit-down luncheon. The Second Floor space felt intimate yet refined, and our guests could not stop commenting on how stunning the room was.
Sydney was exceptional to work with. She was organized, responsive, thoughtful, and truly invested in making the event special. From coordinating details to ensuring everything flowed seamlessly the day of, she made the entire planning process feel easy and enjoyable. Every detail was handled with care, and we felt completely supported throughout.
The food, service, and overall atmosphere exceeded expectations. It was one of those events where everything just felt right — elegant, warm, and memorable.
We are so grateful to Sydney and the Hampshire House team for helping us create such a meaningful celebration. I would absolutely recommend this venue for any special occasion.

relationship; planning and executing the wedding was seamless. Everything flowed like clockwork. Plus, the space is beautiful and was absolutely perfect for our intimate wedding. And the guests loved the food! That never happens at weddings! We strongly recommend them.

ing the Boston commons with an adjacent bar to host an open bar between the ceremony and lunch. All the guests were amazed by the food, but on top of the food and the setting my now husband and I are most thankful for the staff, service and attention to detail of the Hampshire House staff. We were running a little late with starting the ceremony and they adjusted the whole schedule accordingly - revealing quite a lot of stress on my side! The event coordinator at Hampshire House planned a min by min schedule with us in lead up to the event and ensured ever thing was organized and that we did not miss anything. Overall it was an incredible and low stress experience -highly recommended. We are sincerely grateful to Hampshire House.
