Heather and Carla led us in the right direction in every aspect and had the perfect recommendations for vendors that were reasonably priced and so easy to work with. We took their recommendations for our florist, catering, cake, and officiant, and it was seriously the most perfect day. We didn't have to worry about a single thing because they knew who to work with and how to work with them. Their wedding planning/day-of coordination package is 1000% worth every penny! My family and friends still talk about how effortless and seamless our wedding day was, and we couldn't agree more! If you are looking for an elegant, rustic venue with indoor and outdoor ceremony options and great people to work with, this is definitely the right place!

Carla and Heather. They were very attentive, upfront, easy-to-contact, and supportive from day one. There was no guessing with them! Whenever I had questions, they were happy to make my planning experience as easy as possible, suggesting last minute vendors or assisting me with choosing decor for my reception. Then, when our big day was finally here, they were rockstars! They made sure all the vendors got there on time and that everything went perfectly, even the decorating of the reception area (because I was unable to help). Everything looked beautiful, but more importantly, I felt so at ease with everything that day! They make sure that all you have to do is focus on getting married. Choosing them was the best decision my husband and I made during our planning process!

The location is gorgeous and has so many commodities that are expensive elsewhere but included in the rental here...Beautiful chairs, tables, table cloths, chandeliers, an outdoor and indoor ceremony location, etc. it's just a wonderful location. It feels as if it is isolated out in the country, but within five minutes you are back in the Hampton Cove/Huntsville area. We had some freezing weather come up quickly with some strong winds. Heather and Carla quickly moved the decor from the outdoor location to the covered haybarn location roughly thirty minutes before the ceremony to give our guests more comfort. Overall, this was just a fabulous experience and I'd recommend HCWP to anyone.

This was the first venue that I saw and I immediately fell in love with it! I saw another gorgeous venue, but it didn't compare to what we got with HCWP. This place is ABSOLUTELY worth the money!

I couldn't say enough wonderful things about this family especially Heather and Carla. They took care of making sure my husband and i's wedding went smoothly. They give you such a peace of mind which is really important on your wedding day. They also have made this plantation into a fun, beautiful and special place to be married from a love lock gate, the beautiful outdoor ceremony site with a picturesque fountain in the background and a rustic indoor option if you end up having rain on your wedding day. They have also added this year the option to rent their own personal photobooth, which was a huge hit at our reception and they also added a cozy open area with chairs and bean bag toss for your guest to play while they are waiting for the bridal party to finish taking pictures, which was also a huge hit. This family has put a lot of thought and effort to make this venue one of the best I've seen in the Huntsville/Gurly area. As a bride that was married there this past May I definitely recommend this venue for your future wedding.

Friday wedding as trouble, they made me feel special and was just as excited as I was. They helped watch the weather and had a wonderful back up plan. This venue has two beautiful ceremony sites as well as a gorgeous reception area. I would recommend them to anyone!
