Working with them was amazing. First of all, they're so chill, and you want that vibe around on stressful days. Second, Trevor helped me & my fiance pose - which is guidance we desperately needed. They were so helpful throughout the process & answered all of our questions, going above & beyond to make every one of my requests come true. The result is amazing. I was literally screaming as I saw the photos - they came out better than I could ever imagine! Also VERY FAST turnaround time. We went with the Light Photo package which is 6hrs of coverage/2 photographers/photos edited to color/contrast/lighting. This was perfect for us because we didn’t really want photos of us getting ready (like hair/mu or putting dresses on) so the timing worked great for us. They arrived at 2p and left around 8p. My wife and I had quite a few VERY specific staged photos (we wanted to match a lot of still images from our fav movies we love, with us and our bridal party and family members) that we wanted to get and Trevor and his wife (who was our other photographer on the day) made sure we got them all. When we originally told them this idea we had to do this for 8+ photos, they didn’t flinch. They were excited and even planned out the timing of to get each shot. Trevor’s wife even came with our spreadsheet printed out so everyone could see which poses to do which was BEYOND helpful. Trevor made sure the lenses he used would get the right angle/shot to match. And what was even cooler he was so fast with this part so wasn't like it wasted time or anything. Here is one example of Trevor going above and beyond: I wanted a BIG group photo of everyone at the wedding from a high up angle, normally you’d probably have to get a drone to do this, but Trevor made it happen by running up a big hilltop to get the shot. The photo turned out better than I expected and we can see EVERYONE that came to our wedding from such a cool vantage point. I didn’t ONLY want our staged photos, after all I knew from seeing Seeking Films website that I wanted photos that Trevor wanted to take and capture through his talented eye. I was blown away with the results. What I also loved was that Trevor and his wife got amazing photos that I could never even thought of and things I will always want to remember. Like photos of all our guests pre-ceremony and pre-reception so we could see what they were doing when my wife and I were off getting hair/mu done or taking couples photos. To top it all off Trevor’s color correction is so cinematic that your photos don’t just look like any ole photo, they look epic. If you are looking for a wedding photographer Seeking Films is it!

If you want to have bomb wedding/engagement photos that you can't stop staring at for hours and work with someone who is easy going and professional then they're the perfect people for you! We booked with Trevor for our wedding which included an engagement shoot. We really wanted our 5 yo corgi to be in our engagement photos and shared with Trevor that we wanted to do a city vibe shoot as well as beach photos, which he was totally cool with bringing our dog (extra points for that!). Trevor recommended different spots for us and even suggested to shoot on a Sunday for free parking and less traffic which btw was perfect!!! My fiance and I have never done professional photos before so I was a little nervous and hoped we wouldn't look awkward. Trevor helped us pose and gave us different prompts as well! Trevor has such a great sense of humor we were laughing and having such a great time. We even got to meet his wife and his baby who also helped to get our corgi to smile in photos as well! I was surprised to get our engagement photos back so quick - like in a week! Trevor gave us a link to our photos and each photo was edited so nicely and the quality was chefs kiss*. I'm OBSESSED with our photos I literally wanted to cry when I saw them! If i could upload our whole gallery here I probably would haha. I can't wait to work with Trevor again in December for our wedding.

ding shots. A lot of wedding photos end up being lovely portrait shots, but I wanted more. I didn't want the typical beach shots (despite being in Hawaii), and I was especially picky knowing how much I hate being photographed since I feel like I look stupid 99% of the time. I went through dozens of Hawaiian wedding photographer options and axed all of them almost immediately. Then I found I found Seeking Films. The website portfolio really showcased the vibes I was drawn to: moody filters, beautiful lighting, excellent framing, with touches of bright humour. Trevor, our photographer, knew exactly what I was looking for and even helped map out our our awkward request of splitting up our session over two days and different locations. He was a professional to the fullest during a time where anxieties and stress levels were running a bit high, which I am so grateful for. He knew exactly how to direct us, found us the best spots and best lighting, and basically helped make wedding photography magic. Months later, people I barely know come up to me and let me know that they are blown away by our beautiful wedding shots I posted on social media. I couldn't have manifested a more perfect collision of worlds. Our only splurge on our destination wedding was photography - we skipped and skimped on almost everything else - and it was 100% the best call. I can't recommend Trevor and Seeking Films more.

ur trip to Hawaii. We went through full albums of multiple photographers who are well known on instagram. However, none of them blew away like trevor’s photos did. Our wedding planner in Miami had her sister's photos taken by Trevor and highly highly recommended him. We cannot be happier with our decision. Trevor is incredibly talented and very passionate about his work. He went above and beyond when taking our photos and editing them later. We would be wrapping up in one location and he would RUN towards sunlight to get amazing photos. We had so much fun with him. We got our album back in a week (!!!!) and couldn’t stop smiling and laughing throughout the whole album. He sent us SO many photos. It looked like he was at multiple places at once. He got photos from different angles and lights, our photos just look AMAZING. Our friends and family are all blown away too. After seeing our photos, my friend also booked him right away. I can't thank Trevor enough and, if you are looking for a photographer, just BOOK him!!

saw Trevor’s profile, we knew we found the one! We loved the candid, glowiness (is that a word?) and natural feel to all of his photos. I reached out via email and his response was very prompt! We even had a chat over the phone (still in a pandemic & I’m from the mainland) to discuss my millions of questions lol. The entire time it felt like I was having a conversation with a friend. Finally, day of the shoot my family and I were so nervous! We had never done a professional family shoot, and we were worried that our poses and facial expressions would match that. We met Trevor on location and he quickly helped ease our fears. He gave great prompts and tricks to make us feel like we were just hanging out at the park with our kids. Throughout the entire shoot he always made sure each of us was okay and even offered the kids breaks. During our adventure it was awesome to see his spurts of inspiration when the right lighting would peak through the clouds and/or through the trees. By the end of the session it had felt like we were just hanging out with family and taking photos! We also got our photos back much faster than I expected!! The moment I opened the album I cried actual tears lol. I had been so worried about my hair and possibly looking so awkward, but there was NONE of that in any of our photos. My family and I all agree that finding Trevor/seeking films was/is such a blessing! We even decided on the spot to hire him for our wedding! like Trevor to capture our wedding day. I had researched a number of photographers, and ultimately went with Seeking Films since I loved the style and tone of their work. Trevor was kind enough to coordinate with my husband in the surprise engagement shoot, texting throughout the day, and being flexible with the timing. He shot every moment beautifully, from the moments leading up to the proposal, to family members coming out of hiding, and everyone's excitement during/after the proposal. We took couple-photos as well, and although my husband and I are no models, Trevor's super chill and funny, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. We thought we'd receive the footage weeks after the engagement, but Trevor sent them over within a few days! Once the wedding day came by, Trevor arrived early to the venue, and was a true professional and so helpful from beginning to end. Through the wedding chaos, he calmly directed everyone, and had amazing attention to detail, knowing everything from where each person should stand, to which side the wedding dress train should be on. After the ceremony, I was already so impressed and grateful for Trevor's work, but he further surpassed all my expectations when he recommended a nearby spot for a spontaneous sunset shoot! He generously took the time to photograph from a variety of settings, and we couldn't be happier with the photos! He truly has an amazing eye and gift for photography. to details was spot on. When I found out they were available on my wedding date, I had no choice but to book them right away for our endgame to shoot and wedding day. Trevor, our photographer was so easy to work with. He was responsive and accommodating towards any suggestions I may have. We were so excited and looking forward to having their good energy at our wedding. On our wedding day, they were just the same as on our video call. They are such a pleasure to work with! So professional and friendly! They worked hard all day and night long to capture all of our special moments. Trevor and Yuyu are such a sweet photography couple and made my now-husband and me laugh so much the entire day! I had a dress malfunction at one point where one of my off-the-shoulder sleeve attachments popped off (it was attached through a bit of a complicated button arrangement), and Yuyu was so sweet and helped me fix it. They also gave us awesome wedding advice since they are a married couple themselves! They really made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. We just got our photos back and we are so thrilled with how they turned out!! I seriously can't stop looking at them. They are so, so beautiful and they took us right back to that wonderful day and they perfectly captured our happiness! We will cherish these gorgeous photos for the rest of our lives. engagement shoot was stressful but Trevor and his wife Yuyu made it so easy to contact and work with that it was a breeze. I showed Trevor the type of photos we wanted to do and right away he knew of different locations that would be perfect for our shoot. He even went to scout the location beforehand to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The day of our shoot we started in a studio because I wanted up close photos of me and my fiancé. I had a Pinterest board of inspiration poses we wanted to do. Trevor and his wife made sure we got every single pose I had on my Pinterest board. They made us feel so comfortable to be in front of the camera. They made us laugh and smile the entire shoot. Trevor even got my fiancé who is super shy to loosen up and smile for the camera. Which is rare for my fiancé. It didn't even feel like we were doing a photoshoot. It was the easiest and most fun shoots we ever done. After the studio we moved to an outdoor location which was so beautiful. It was exactly what we wanted. Our shoot was on Saturday and by Thursday we received a full gallery of all our photos. He said it would take more than a week but we got it right away. Which I love ! When we got the photos I cried !!! It was the most beautiful photos Ive ever seen of me and my fiancé. These photos will last a lifetime and Trevor did such a great job capturing us. The photos were clear and in high resolution. Even single photo captured us and who we are as a couple. We are so excited for Trevor and Yuyu to shoot our wedding.

Throughout the entire wedding planning process, he was very understanding and flexible for what we wanted to have captured in our wedding. We met Jack and Lina for our concept engagement shoot at Lulumahu Falls Trail. They made us feel very comfortable and despite it being a very windy day, they managed to capture some amazing moments. On the day of, the Seeking Films team arrived on time and ready to go. They were very accommodating and even asked if we wanted any special shots. Trevor was great with taking photos with the kids! During the reception, they showed our Same Day Edit coverage which was PERFECT. A few days following the wedding, they provided our Same Day Edit online (with a few more edits) which turned out EVEN MORE PERFECT. They also provided a sample album of the photos they took which were BREATHTAKING. They captured all of our favorite moments and made it into art.
