Sean Telo is an acclaimed chef, culinary consultant, and private chef with a career shaped by some of the country’s most dynamic food scenes. He began his journey in Atlanta under mentor Richard Blais before moving to New York, where he served as the Executive Chef of Williamsburg’s Extra Fancy and the opening chef of 21 Greenpoint. Celebrated for his zero-waste philosophy and creative seafood programs, Sean earned a spot on Brooklyn Magazine's 30 Under 30 list. Now based in New England, he balances a corporate career in restaurant technology with bespoke private chef services, bringing fine-dining craftsmanship and sustainability directly to clients' tables.

This just might be the best smash burger in town, and I’m not usually a smash burger fan! It gave me serious '90s Jersey nostalgia, bringing back memories of White Rose Burgers in Highland Park (IYKYK). We tried both the Argenta and the Falafel...

The Argenta was everything you want in a burger, soft, buttery buns, flavorful meat, perfectly grilled onions, and just the right amount of messy. The pickled jalapeños gave it a kick, and the Argenta lager cooled it all down beautifully.
The falafel burger was tasty, with bold seasoning and a great flavor profile, though the texture was a bit flaky due to its thickness. Honestly, it could have had more hot sauce! But that's just me.

Whether you’re local or just visiting, you can also order ahead and swing by for takeout. There are so many ways to enjoy this gem, and we’ll definitely be back for another burger, falafel, and more!
The burgers are absolutely slam-town, and maybe the best fries I've ever had. Its a food truck next to a brewery so you can set the proper expectation regarding seating etc...
It was raining when I arrived and saw that Hank & Artie’s was a truck. I was a little dismayed - But not to be deterred, we ordered and sat inside at the Argenta Brewing, which was clean and dry and plenty of space to sit
Awesome Smashburger -...
Wasn’t so sure on the mustard and onions in the Hank - however, it was excellent. The smash had the right amount of sear and the taste was excellent.
I would definitely go back and highly recommend the food. As I am not a beer drinker - I can only recommend that this is a clean, neat well kept space which looks to have Great beer
