is Billy Stone Band. They were extremely kind and professional and coordinated extremely well with our venue so the whole reception was one effortless party. Each band member was immensely talented and they knew exactly how to keep the dance floor packed and all of our guests having so much fun! Working with the Hank Lane team was a great process- they helped us pick a band best fitted to us and we intentionally did not give them much guidance in terms of songs to play or not play, and they knew exactly what to do to give us and our guests the party of a lifetime. Prior to our final decision on a band, Hank Lane was really resourceful. Because they have such a wide range of bands to choose from, we did not feel like we needed to reach out to any other companies.

For the reception, they kept the mood upbeat all night with a range of amazing hits for guests of all generations. The horns were an amazing bonus; all our guests raved about them the rest of the weekend.

Josh was the perfect DJ the rest of the night. His voice was amazing. So many people came up to me asking where I found him because my guests loved him. His song selection was perfect for every aspect of the night. The equipment he brought was perfect and everyone could hear our outdoor ceremony. Even the older guests said they were relieved the music for the night was not too loud. Hank Lane was so organized and a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding itself. Highly recommend. Everyone was up in the dance floor and had a great time. Also, even our venue was so blown away by his professionalism and loved having him. They wished to work with him in the future.

When I first proposed to my husband and we began planning our wedding, the first thing that he said was, “the only band I would ever want to perform at our wedding is The Michael Hart Band.” At that time we were unsure that this could ever happen. When they graciously and generously agreed to participate, we were beyond happy. As we’ve spoken to our wedding guests since Friday, the number one thing that we have heard is how incredible the band was. Our families, friends, and everyone in attendance, were overjoyed. Perhaps “astonished” might be a more accurate description. Not only was the music amazing, but their showmanship, and interaction with the crowd, were what really made for an incredible night. Lorretta’s (lead singer) renditions of You Gave Me Something and I Choose You, practically brought us to tears. This brief review does not begin to adequately describe our appreciation to them, for helping to create a memory that will last a lifetime. he performance they put on for our wedding. Throughout the entire night and the next day, people, both old and young, were coming up to us just to tell us how awesome they thought they band was. The talent in the band is unreal and they all bring a contagious energy to the party that gets everyone going and keeps them on the dance floor. Throughout the night they did a great job of reading the crowd for what to play next, making sure to play all of the requests we had made of them in advance as well as one or two on the spot requests from our guests (One of the groomsmen requested some Prince and Marcus absolutely nailed a version of Kiss, people are still talking about it) Marcus Reid band is not the typical wedding band, it’s a live concert at your wedding. We could not be happier with having Marcus Reid steal the show at our wedding, to have everyone out on the dance floor sweating the entire night is beyond what we could ask for. It was incredible! Keep on rocking Marcus Reid band!

very first visit to Hank Lane's office - he was super nice to talk to and even brought out his guitar and sang us a couple songs - we were hooked! He and his band have great energy but at the same time they're not always bouncing off the walls - they oscillated between high and low-energy songs and adapted them to the course of the evening depending on the activity/mood of what was happening. Marcus even helped coordinate a surprise song I wanted to sing for my husband - they did a great job! There were many times when my husband and I stopped by a table only to find it empty since everyone was on the dance floor! Highly recommend this band - you will not be disappointed!

original artist—and when some of those original artists were Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, and John Legend, you know the band was phenomenal. All of our guests were on their feet dancing the entire reception- even those that usually refuse to dance! My only wish was that the reception was longer and we could have enjoyed more music from Pete Saunders Band!

d Band for your wedding. It was undoubtedly the best decision we made, as they were the reason we had such an incredible wedding. My husband and I got married at the Village Club at Lake Success on July 24, 2016 and there is no question in our mind that Marcus and his band made our wedding from start to finish. From the first moment we met Marcus we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. Marcus is not only one of the most talented people we have ever met but one of the nicest people too. Planning a wedding is insane, and he made it so easy on us! We cannot say enough how much we love this band for the performance they put on and making our wedding a big hit. Having this band for our wedding is like having a live concert right in front of your eyes. I can’t even begin to tell you how many people came up to us that night as well as receiving phone calls and text the days following the wedding to tell us how much they loved our band. One of my favorite quotes a guest at the wedding said was “ I never really like bands for a wedding until now, they were absolutely amazing!). I promise you if you are fortunate enough to have the Marcus Reid Band at your wedding you are in for a night that you will never forgot!!!!!

before we ever got engaged...then once we heard them at a wedding, we made up our mind. For the type of music we wanted: Modern, Rock, Italian, Ballads, Bon Jovi, Journey, etc. Steve De Lisi was a perfect fit. The week before our wedding, we sat down with Steve and reviewed our song choices, I gave him a list of our top songs, and also gave him the phonetical pronounciation of our bridal party when he introduces them. It was very important for us to have him play a few Italian songs and he agreed, even learned a new Eros Ramazotti song, and played for us. I would say 70% of our songs we wanted. The band and Steve sounded amazing, they were very organized/professional, played the whole night while guests were eating and got everyone dancing. I still get compliments about the music. My only complaint is that we had a cocktail trio play during cocktail hour and I specified numerous times I wanted a sax to play in the trio. When we got our wedding video back, there was no saxophone playing only keyboard and 2 guitars. Also I requested a few "new york" theme alicia keys and frank sinatra songs to go along with our wedding theme and didn't hear them played by the trio or the band. Other than that, I am very happy we booked them and wouldn't have changed a thing.

band that is not amazing. Artie and his group were unreal. My husband likes a lot of classic rock/90s rock, which wouldn't really get anyone on the dance floor. Artie played Nirvana, Eagles, Oasis, etc. at our cocktail hour, it was so cool, everyone was so excited to hear those songs, just set an awesome mood for the night. When we got on the dance floor they played the best mix of music to get all age groups dancing. So fun, everyone said their feet were killing them the next day from dancing, which is always the sign of an awesome band and great wedding!

d sang every song we requested. They sounded EXACTLY like the real artists and kept the party going the whole night. Our guests were blown away by them. I had one of my guests ask for a CD from the Italian Specialist so she could play it at her son's wedding later that month. They are a little pricey but absolutely worth every penny. The music can make or break a wedding - this band will definitely make your wedding.

are huge music fans, we found it hard to concisely verbalize what we wanted in a band - we didn't want to be pigeon holed into just a Top 40 Band, or Oldies band. We wanted a quality mix of it all, but also the best, somewhat unexpected classics - enough Journey! Hank Lane made the selection process a breeze and fun. Now, Russ Bennett and his band are AMAZING. Our guests are still raving about how great they were. They totally read the crowd, played hit after hit all night, and maintained everyone on the dance floor for 4 hours. Russ also continually checked in with us to see how we were doing. They were phenomenal!

n, the best band they have ever heard at a wedding. I'd go even further and say that they are one of the best bands we ever heard live, wedding or not. Marcus was phenomenal. He and the band looked like they were having so much fun, which made them so exciting to watch. It was like being at a concert! He went back and forth with staying on the stage and coming out onto the floor. They even remembered how much we love Sweet Disposition, and dedicated the song to us when they played it. Not only was the band fun to watch, they sounded incredible. My husband and I danced almost the whole night, and so did our guests. We all had so much fun. They really made the wedding something special. I can't say enough good things about the band. Everybody was raving about them, and they still do when we talk about the wedding. They could not have been more amazing to listen to, or more fun to watch perform. We will be recommending Hank Lane and the Marcus Reid Band to everyone we know. I know that if we ever need a band again for anything, we will be using Marcus Reid every time! They really were outstanding, and made our night something truly special.
