wedding. Our first mistake was not looking at her more recent reviews. Our frustration with Hanna started a few months leading up to the wedding when we would ask her to send us an invoice to make a payment towards our final balance, it would take her 1-2 weeks to send it. Our calls and texts were rarely returned, until a week before the wedding for a meeting. Hanna requested that my bride to be select where in Downtown Modesto she would like to take pictures since Hanna was not very familiar with the area. When we were taking pictures in the area Hanna informed my wife that the areas she selected were terrible spots for lighting. During the reception we wanted to take group photos with each table when they were headed to get their meal. Hanna proceeded to roll her eyes between almost every group. Thankfully our guests were not paying attention to that, but as the person looking in her direction for extended periods of time it was extremely disappointing. After the wedding has been nothing shy of a nightmare. At our request Hanna did send us about a dozen photos a couple weeks after the wedding that we could use for Thank You cards. After receiving those photos in June we did not hear from her again until we reached out in the first week of October. She claimed we would begin to receive digital photos within the next week. Unfortunately it wasn't until October 20th that we started to get our photos back. It took her an entire month to get us all of our pictures back (6 months after our wedding). And only because we would try texting or calling her on a weekly basis (to which she rarely responded). Part of our wedding package included a canvas print and a coffee table book. We notified her in Mid-December that we had selected the images we would like to use. It wasn't until March that we finally received the last part of our wedding package (10 months after our wedding). All in all, if you are looking for a photographer who is responsive, responsible, professional and gets you your photos in a timely manner. I suggest going elsewhere. Sadly our family can no longer recommend Hanna

nd facebook. Never receiving a response after countless attempts of trying. Even my mother in law was sending emails to her and she still wasn't responding. She also ended up blocking my number which is very professional. Her Yelp page is technically closed but you can see other comments recently from her clients also ghosting them. And a few are actually seeking legal action. So hoping The Knot will take her off there list as well.

y we were able to get an engagement session scheduled. But hanna texted us a few hours before that she was in a car accident and her jeep was being towed. She even sent me a photo of the jeep on a tow truck. However when I saved this photo and checked the time stamp it said the photo was taken more than 2 weeks prior. After that I went on a deep dive into hanna and it seems like as of recently she just doesn’t care about her photography job. Everyone I talked to said the same things. Late photos, extremely hard to get a response of and full of LIES. After she photographed my wedding she tried to tell me I would get my photos in 180 days even thou the contract states 90 days. I had to harass her basically for the photos! At the 90 days I got to finally see a few of my wedding photos although i didn’t get my full album until about another month. I’m very disappointed with the photo quality as well. So many photos look straight out of the camera no editing at all. Not worth the price she charges. I wish I hired literally anyone else. Don’t make the same mistakes I did.

After COVID hit and we had to cancel our wedding, we contact her for a partial refund, WHICH IS STATED IN HER CONTRACT, to which she refuses and says she'll send me her "covid contract" which we never signed nor was ever given to us before. She never does, and after this, she stops responding to me. She literally refuses to respond to me now, multiple emails and nothing. I cannot recommend her for anything, and am extremely disappointed.
