onths later, and she hasn’t replied to a single text, call, or email I’ve sent asking about a timeline for the photos to be complete. I understand editing takes time, but it feels wrong to hire and pay someone upfront only to be completely ignored for months. It’s very disappointing as we’re in a new year and I haven’t seen any photos and have no idea if or when I’ll receive them.

left me with many questions that didn’t get clear answers. The contract I had wasn’t updated with their new policies and prices nor was I notified when she updated her website and lost access to an album of photos. Some of this may have been my misunderstanding but upon trying to figure that out responses to my questions were few and are between and sometimes not answered at all. If you choose them to photograph your big day I would ask for all photos to be on a usb and keep track of your time frame yourself.
