Wow! Our wedding was absolutely everything we envisioned and MORE and these beautiful photos totally allow us to relive it all over again. We interviewed multiple photographers for our wedding and were shocked by how difficult of a decision it was to make. Realizing that I, as the bride, would likely spend as much or more time with our photographer on the wedding day, it was not a decision that I took lightly – it didn’t matter how beautiful of an Instagram feed the photographer had (which Hannah’s is beautiful!) - we wanted to make sure we watched from a personality perspective. Hannah wowed us from the very beginning. She was the only photographer to create a customized brochure for us and seemed genuinely excited to work with us. One of her first questions during our initial call was, “are you doing anything special culturally for your wedding?” (knowing that my fiancé was from Hong Kong), and it meant the world to him that she cared enough to ask. We ended up booking her for the Friday before our wedding as well to capture a traditional tea ceremony with our parents. Hannah’s number one priority is capturing the emotions of the day, and while we have only received our sneak peek, she completely delivered. We approached our wedding day with zero stress or concern about photography because we knew Hannah had it covered and was working closely with our wedding planner (Ellen from Ellen Thomas Events!). On the day of, she was such a calming presence and made sure I was able to soak in the moment rather than worrying about being posed for a specific shot. When we received our engagement photo gallery, my mom could not stop gushing that she had never seen my (now husband!) so relaxed and happy in photos. Hannah is not only talented in film photography, which was another requirement for us, but is a rare human being with a heart of gold – and that shines through in her work. Hannah was amazing to work with! She made every step of the wedding process easy and seamless, even with COVID postponing our wedding date. My husband and I are generally both “awkward” at posing for photos, but Hannah made us feel comfortable and gave great guidance during our engagement and wedding photos. Hannah is an incredibly talented artist. She has a great eye and a style that captures the feelings and motion of her subject. She'll make sure that you get the posed "christmas card" (as she calls it), but what makes her work exciting is that she's there to capture the rest of the moments that you may or may not even think about. Hannah has now photographed 4 events for me and my husband, including our wedding. While a common theme runs through them, the photos from each event came out completely distinct. I think it's because Hannah captures her subject, as they as, and you can feel that in her photos. Of course, I can't wait to send my christmas card out this year too. I couldn't recommend Hannah more highly. She is also a pleasure to work with. With her, you can trust that you'll have a seamless experience and beautiful photos.

Hannah was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We were handed the unlucky, and very difficult, circumstance of having to postpone our wedding twice. We decided to elope last minute and keep our wedding date for the future. We found Hannah to photograph our elopement. Where do I begin?! We originally were set to be wed on April 18, but clearly 2020 had different plans! We postponed until June 13th, and Hannah was a light of positivity through the entire process. From periodically checking in on her 2020 brides who she knew were struggling, to going above and beyond to make our day so incredibly special. Hannah never once questioned our decision to reschedule later in the summer. On the wedding day, Hannah was incredible. A calming presence on a hectic and exciting day. She captured our love, memories, and laughter so incredibly well. To have someone as incredibly talented as Hannah capture our day allows us to relive this day over and over through her photography. She is organized, kind-hearted, responsive, and flexible. Thank you so much Hannah for your incredible work! We will miss walking through this process with you.

There are so many wonderful things to say about Hannah I don’t even know where to begin. I’ll start by saying I often tell people choosing Hannah as our wedding photographer was the single best decision I made in wedding planning. I took choosing a photographer very seriously. After all, why invest so much in creating your wedding day vision if you aren’t going to choose someone who will perfectly capture that vision? And Hannah did indeed capture our day perfectly. The photos far exceeded my wildest dreams. But let me back up and say that Hannah did far more than artistically capture our vision. She was one of the first vendors I contracted, even before I had all my details in place. She patiently stood by my side and offered encouragement through every iteration of the wedding plans, especially once the pandemic hit and we changed our date multiple times. We ended up having a small elopement wedding, because we didn’t want to wait any longer, and postponing due to the pandemic seemed wrought with uncertainty. However, because we chose Hannah and a wonderful videographer to capture our day, that small elopement ended up looking, as my best friend said, “like a $100k wedding.” Hannah is professional, flexible, hard working, and sweet as can be. She will go the extra mile in every way possible. As an example I’ll end with this - on the morning of the wedding the buttons on my wedding gown proved more stubborn than anybody expected. We were running late to the ceremony and the dang things just wouldn’t button. Hannah stepped in and calmly managed to get every last button fastened. Without her perseverance, I seriously wonder if I would have even made it to the ceremony with my dress fully intact. I think this is an apt metaphor for Hannah’s overall work ethic. She truly loves what she does, and it shows in all she does.

She is EXCELLENT and was the vendor my husband and I were the most impressed by throughout the entire wedding planning process and on the day of our wedding, from start to finish. Hannah is worth every penny. We were so thrilled from our experience with her AND with the quality/aesthetic of our wedding photos. From her website and online portfolio, we knew she would create gorgeous memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. But it was the small details and the thoroughness to which she helped us plan and think through the details of our wedding, which we felt truly went above and beyond the expectations we had of a wedding photographer. Hannah is incredibly talented. She is so sweet, organized and professional. Through the phone calls and questionnaires, it's so clear that she really wanted to get to know who we were and our relationship so she could serve us in the best way possible. We decided to have Hannah shoot out engagement photos as well, and let me tell you that is definitely the way to go, too. If it's your first time posing for romantic photos with your fiance (like us), she does an amazing job to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera and focus on acting natural. On the actual wedding day, she was easy-going and managed the large families so well, particularly as we transitioned between bride family and groom family -- which is the one thing my mom really cared about -- and Hannah nailed it. Hannah is absolutely incredible. She not only takes the most incredible photos, but she pours time into each detail, making them absolutely stunning. I was living on the West coast while planning a wedding on the East coast and searching for a quality photographer. I read reviews and scoured the internet and social media before narrowing it down to Hannah and one other. It was so time consuming. Save yourself the time and hire Hannah! My daughter is a photographer and took a look at both portfolio's and without any hesitation told me to chose Hannah and pointed out the differences in editing that a regular eye may not notice right away but made a big difference. Hannah was amazing. Very detailed from the initial phone call all the way to the very end. She is also very calm and super polite. We are thrilled with the photos and we received them so quickly after our wedding. Working with Hannah has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Hannah photographed our wedding on 9/21/2018 and was absolutely wonderful to work with! I cannot say enough good things about Hannah. Her personality makes her so easy to work with. She is so sweet, calm, and genuine, she will automatically put everyone at ease. When we did our engagement session with Hannah, we wanted to include pictures of our dogs. One dog is very shy and doesn't like strangers. The other one was just a wild puppy who was only a few months old. She even got them to behave and pose wonderfully for photos! She has a natural talent for capturing pictures that truly show your personality and feelings. Each picture was beautiful and unique. Everything turned out so wonderfully. I know the pictures will be a treasured item in my home for years to come. Hannah really pays attention to her couples and understands what is important to them.
