Hannah Gervais Wedding Coordinator

is the perfect option for a bride who wants to plan mostly everything and then have a professional check it over, help answer questions/create the timeline and ceremony flow, direct rehearsal, and handle almost everything on the day of. I was able to relax and breathe knowing that Hannah was running the show. Hannah responds to emails quickly and even helped me change my timeline less than a week before the wedding. Her goal is to make things look how the couple wants, and I never felt pressured to do things one way or another. She’s professional, helpful, and kind!! I recommend her anyone who wants a day of coordinator! Wish I could give higher than 5 stars!!!

edding to change some stuff in the timeline and she talked me through things and reassured me everything would work out perfectly. And it DID!! Hannah, thank you for making our day run so smoothly and for being a special part of our wedding day!

ick to respond, incredibly helpful with vendor suggestions, and brought so much calm to a stressful process. At our rehearsal, she managed to organize our large bridal party with ease, and on the big day, I felt completely at peace knowing she had everything handled. I never had to worry about a thing, as Hannah handled it all with calm and efficiency. On the day of the wedding, Hannah truly went above and beyond. She was our lifesaver. I didn't have to stress about any logistics or coordinating with vendors on-site—she took care of everything. Not only did she ensure the schedule ran smoothly as planned, but she also took the extra step of making sure food and beverages were ready and waiting at our sweetheart table the moment we sat down. Her attention to detail was impeccable. Hannah was constantly checking in to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed throughout the day. necessary for our venue. On the day of, she showed up a calm and purposeful presence, helping to be sure all the details worked out and keeping me cool as a cucumber. When I wasn't feeling well a few minutes before the ceremony she made sure I got everything I needed and was ready to pivot if needed. It is clear she is very experienced! She helped to make the reception run as well, ensuring that everyone was where they needed to be, guests got their favors, and even helped with the clean up so everything was to the venue's specifications. She is a delight, very gracious and helpful! Would recommend!

st minute changes with timeline, and went above and beyond in helping our wedding run smoothly! I was able to move up the timeline when I began to get too tired to keep partying, she helped clean up the venue and bussed tables... she was always nearby ready to help in any way! She prioritized me and my husband the day of the wedding and even worked us in a moment alone after our ceremony. She immediately eased my mind at any moment of worry! This lady has it all together! She took charge at rehearsal and the wedding day so efficiently, and even gifted us a sweet monogrammed towel and thoughtful handwritten card the day of!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Hannah... She will be the best money you've ever spent! Thank you for making our day as easy as possible, you're truly an angel. ♡

a take-charge, assertive, professional attitude which is exactly what's needed to keep things streamlined and organized. She was our go-to person all day and she always knew what was going on with the wedding party, vendors, etc. We highly recommend Hannah for day of coordinator!

port and I truly can not thank her enough. We were blessed to have her and if we were to do it all again she would be FIRST on the list to have on our team.

Our wedding was absolutely wonderful and we highly recommend her for anyone looking for a coordinator!

e to manage all the details of things, but with Hannah, I had no worries on my wedding day; I was able to give her complete control and she handled everything amazingly. She is really kind but goes into boss mode when need be. Hannah is so great at what she does, and it is very evident in what she does for others as well. Couldn’t be happier with how my special day went!!

and she took care of details I didn't even know needed to be taken care of! An example of this is my daughter's wedding dress bustle broke. The dress had a long train and it would have been miserable all night trying to walk and dance without it bustled. But Hannah was prepared and sewed it up. I never would have thought to be prepared for that! She allowed me, the mother of the bride, to totally relax, have fun, and talk with the guests. Never once was I anxious or worried about anything. She worked so well with the reception staff and they told me she was the best coordinator they had worked with. When my daughter got to the hotel after the reception she texted me and said the best thing we ever did was to hire Hannah. She is kind, organized, calming, efficient, and prepared for anything. I could NOT have done it without her!

ngs about her. We had a billion things to transport to our reception site & she actually had her husband assist day of. With help from her assistant, everything was set up perfectly and looked amazing. We had a church "coordinator" that was less than kind & Hannah was so patient & really made sure the bride & groom's wants were still heard while she remained super professional. When my bustle for my dress broke during the reception, Hannah and her assistant immediately saved me by sewing it themselves! After she went so above and beyond for us, she also wrote us the kindest note & got us such a sweet gift. I cannot thank her enough. She is so kind and assuring during such a stressful event. Thanks to Hannah, my husband and I were truly able to be present and enjoy our day. She was by far the best decision we made for our wedding. Hannah, thank you so much for everything! Again, I cannot say enough good things. Attention all brides- do yourself a huge favor and hire Hannah ASAP!!!

everything in between! She is truly amazing. Thank you so much for everything, you helped make our day exceptional!

e sure everything went accordingly. Any problems that arose on the day, she fixed with a wave of her wand and a gentle nudge to whoever needed it. Wonderful person! She also got along great with the vendors, which made everything else flow seamlessly. Absolutely would use her again, for a different event.

top of everything, I didn't have a SINGLE thing to worry about especially on the day of the wedding - I was literally stress-free (amazing, right?!?!!)!! Timeline was kept SO WELL. We had a daytime wedding with a hard cutoff time due to the reception venue having another event in the evening. Everyone was complimenting us on how everything was seamless and efficient yet didn't feel rushed at all even with the cutoff. Hannah is such a great communicator too - you'll find yourself at ease after talking to her for anything for planning. We had a lot going on (other than the wedding), and she made sure that we're on track. If you're on the fence about hiring Hannah, don't think twice, go with Hannah!!!!

irst considered hiring a coordinator everyone in my family was against me. However, I stood my ground and after the wedding everyone came up to me and said that was the best decision I made. Even my now husband who fought me tooth and nail on it went up to Hannah and told her that she was the best decision and that he was wrong! Truly truly as much of a type A person as I am I could not have done this without her. She kept my day going, kept my on schedule, and basically I was just able to turn off my brain and enjoy my day. If you ever consider hiring a coordinator the answer is YES and you HAVE TO hire Hannah!!! She is soo amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ed and let me make changes as we needed to make changes. She is truly an organized person and is ready to put in the work where needed. I am beyond happy that I had her by my side.

to our wedding, recommended vendors, met with us for a site tour, and made countless drafts of our timeline as plans inevitably changed! In the weeks before the wedding, Hannah helped us create the timeline for the entire day, which definitely made me more comfortable knowing that every detail was accounted for. She also communicated with all the vendors to make sure everyone involved was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, Hannah made sure all setup was going according to our vision and was in touch with everyone from the florist to the DJ to keep us on schedule. We are so grateful and I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator!

e was a rockstar!! I found out my Nana was in the hospital and needed to end the wedding early and Hannah took care of everything for me. I seriously can not recommend her enough. AND she is affordable!!

ng. I was able to enjoy the wedding knowing that Hannah and her assistant were in control. She kept the flow of the evening going, handled all vendors, made sure that the bride and groom had food and were taken care of throughout the evening. No detail was overlooked by her. I highly recommend her.

Hannah I had a feeling she could handle it. She actually exceed it! You would think she had done this before. If you have any doubt about hiring Hannah, just book her while she still has the availability. I have no doubt that she will soon be booked for many months to come. I can’t thank her enough for everything. Our wedding flowed effortlessly thanks to her. Thanks so much Hannah!!

would have done without Hannah. She made our planning, rehearsal, and all our day-of wants and needs so much easier and organized. She has the perfect personality for what she does as she is easy to get along with but can still be organized and to-the-point if it is needed. She’s the type you can see yourself being friends with, even after the wedding is over! If you’re hesitating about whether or not you need this service, my opinion is that you do. Hannah made my day stress free (or as stress free as a bride can be!) and I could focus on making memories with my new husband, not on making last minute decisions or worrying about logistics. Hannah was fabulous and I would recommend her to every bride and groom.

y!! She was very responsive to emails and phone calls. She was quick with suggestions, but also let you be in complete control and wanted to execute your vision. I really can't say enough great things. She was so helpful, and I really appreciate her! You better book quickly, shes the one! I see big things in her future!

best decision I ever made! Hannah is on point, as detailed as I am (that's a big deal), and carried out all of the dreams we had for our wedding day. Not only was Hannah obviously a professional, she was an advocate for the wishes we had on the most important day of our lives. I was way less weighed down & able to focus on the meaning of the day knowing that I had Hannah running through the details for us ❤️ She was truly there for us & the wedding guest🥹 Hannah will never be forgotten as a key part of making our wedding day run as perfect as it did!

s executed beautifully. She made sure we were within timeline since that was very important for me. Hannah i just want to say thank you for making our special day the most special. I can honestly say we couldn’t have done it without you.

! She was excellent in everything she did. We invited her to attend our tasting to see the reception venue and meet the venue coordinator and she took notes during the 2 hour meeting. She was prompt in responding to all emails or texts. She brought up questions that we did not consider and communicated with all vendors in advance. She attended our rehearsal that was at a church. She was on top of the rehearsal, wedding and dinner/reception. I truly had absolutely no concerns on the big day. She kept everything running smoothly and on time. She was professional in her words, her actions and her attire. We were so pleased that I tipped her to get her to her regular rate and more. If you need a coordinator, Hannah is the ONE!!

th. She is calm, has great suggestions, and is on it. My mom and mother-in-law are very good with questions (and have a lot of them) and Hannah was always so kind and on it with her responses. Hannah definitely exceeded more of a day of coordinator role in our wedding. We had multiple conversations beforehand, she made schedules, she made the day of timeline, she reached out to my vendors, and a lot more! Our day was perfect and to mention we were ahead of schedule the whole time which was such a relief! Hannah was amazing and I will recommend her to all future brides!!

ted all the other vendors to make sure everything went smooth and ran on time! She worked extremely well with our photographer who was our other main vendor! Everything ran smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend Hannah to any couple. If that’s how she ran as a day of only coordinator for us I can only imagine how smoothly things would have went from the very beginning!! Thank you Hannah! Todd & Brooke Crenshaw

er was a fiesta theme and she created a beautiful paper flower arch and many other special touches. The event ran smoothly and the guests loved it. Her cookie table was magical and the 180 guests consumed over 2100 cookies in addition to the cake. Thank you Hannah for all your guidance, support and creativity.

top of every detail, made sure everything ran smoothed. Guest continue to talk about how the day went off with our any issues! Guest personally asked who Hannah was and how amazing she was at her job! If you go with Hannah I promise you won’t regret it!

s our family. I cannot express this enough, if you think you can get through your day without a day of coordinator, you a wrong. You NEED Hannah by your side for a stress-free day!!

verything we wanted it to be thanks to her coordination and incorporation of all the details we requested. She was proactive and easy to work with ahead of and during the wedding and always responded quickly. We would highly recommend her!

or but she helped me through plans prior to the wedding to make sure everything would go smoothly. She helped make last minute changes possible and anything that didn’t go to plan, I didn’t notice thanks to Hannah. She went beyond expectations and my wedding day wouldn’t have been perfect without her. She even was willing to help me contact vendors after the day! I could not recommend a better coordinator, Hannah is everything you’re looking for and more.

hout my husband and I even knowing or worrying. She has excellent communication and she’s extremely professional. She’s the best!!!

She handled my 250 guest count wedding with ease and if something went wrong she made sure to fix the issue without me even knowing!! I definitely would recommend her for your big day.

n. Hannah was very professional, savvy, helpful and super nice. We hired her as our day-off coordinator and she couldn’t have done a better job. She communicated in advance with all our vendors, was available for anything we needed throughout the reception, helped like one of the family, and kept the timeline going like we needed it to. Totally recommended. You can’t go wrong by having Hannah coordinate your wedding day.
