When I wasn't feeling well a few minutes before the ceremony she made sure I got everything I needed and was ready to pivot if needed. It is clear she is very experienced! She helped to make the reception run as well, ensuring that everyone was where they needed to be, guests got their favors, and even helped with the clean up so everything was to the venue's specifications. She is a delight, very gracious and helpful! Would recommend!

The dress had a long train and it would have been miserable all night trying to walk and dance without it bustled. But Hannah was prepared and sewed it up. I never would have thought to be prepared for that! She allowed me, the mother of the bride, to totally relax, have fun, and talk with the guests. Never once was I anxious or worried about anything. She worked so well with the reception staff and they told me she was the best coordinator they had worked with. When my daughter got to the hotel after the reception she texted me and said the best thing we ever did was to hire Hannah. She is kind, organized, calming, efficient, and prepared for anything. I could NOT have done it without her!

e sure everything went accordingly. Any problems that arose on the day, she fixed with a wave of her wand and a gentle nudge to whoever needed it. Wonderful person! She also got along great with the vendors, which made everything else flow seamlessly. Absolutely would use her again, for a different event.

top of everything, I didn't have a SINGLE thing to worry about especially on the day of the wedding - I was literally stress-free (amazing, right?!?!!)!! Timeline was kept SO WELL. We had a daytime wedding with a hard cutoff time due to the reception venue having another event in the evening. Everyone was complimenting us on how everything was seamless and efficient yet didn't feel rushed at all even with the cutoff. Hannah is such a great communicator too - you'll find yourself at ease after talking to her for anything for planning. We had a lot going on (other than the wedding), and she made sure that we're on track. If you're on the fence about hiring Hannah, don't think twice, go with Hannah!!!!

irst considered hiring a coordinator everyone in my family was against me. However, I stood my ground and after the wedding everyone came up to me and said that was the best decision I made. Even my now husband who fought me tooth and nail on it went up to Hannah and told her that she was the best decision and that he was wrong! Truly truly as much of a type A person as I am I could not have done this without her. She kept my day going, kept my on schedule, and basically I was just able to turn off my brain and enjoy my day. If you ever consider hiring a coordinator the answer is YES and you HAVE TO hire Hannah!!! She is soo amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the weeks before the wedding, Hannah helped us create the timeline for the entire day, which definitely made me more comfortable knowing that every detail was accounted for. She also communicated with all the vendors to make sure everyone involved was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, Hannah made sure all setup was going according to our vision and was in touch with everyone from the florist to the DJ to keep us on schedule. We are so grateful and I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator!

She has the perfect personality for what she does as she is easy to get along with but can still be organized and to-the-point if it is needed. She’s the type you can see yourself being friends with, even after the wedding is over! If you’re hesitating about whether or not you need this service, my opinion is that you do. Hannah made my day stress free (or as stress free as a bride can be!) and I could focus on making memories with my new husband, not on making last minute decisions or worrying about logistics. She was prompt in responding to all emails or texts. She brought up questions that we did not consider and communicated with all vendors in advance. She attended our rehearsal that was at a church. She was on top of the rehearsal, wedding and dinner/reception. I truly had absolutely no concerns on the big day. She kept everything running smoothly and on time. She was professional in her words, her actions and her attire. We were so pleased that I tipped her to get her to her regular rate and more. If you need a coordinator, Hannah is the ONE!!

Her cookie table was magical and the 180 guests consumed over 2100 cookies in addition to the cake. Thank you Hannah for all your guidance, support and creativity.
