Hannah was actually the first vendor I hired — as soon as I saw her portfolio, I knew her natural, authentic style was exactly what I wanted. She photographed both our engagement s...
ession and our Hudson Valley outdoor wedding, and every image is more beautiful than I could have imagined. She has such an eye for light and the little, in-between moments that make the photos feel alive and real. The whole experience was so easy and enjoyable; Hannah made us feel completely at ease in front of the camera. Beyond her talent, she’s kind, calm, and such a joy to work with. We couldn’t love our photos more!
We just got our wedding previews back, and truly could not be more thrilled. The photos are absolutely stunning, and Hannah and her team managed to capture so many tiny details tha...
t really speak to us and our relationships with friends and family. Hannah was very easy to work with, and was very unobtrusive during the wedding - I really felt like we were able to focus on time with the people that we loved, and that photos reflected the spirit and beauty of the day. Strongly, strongly recommend working with Hannah!
Hannah photographed our wedding this past July and we could not be happier to have chosen her. Her work perfectly captured the joy that my husband, friends, family, and I felt on ...
that day and in her photographs we look like the best versions of ourselves which is everything that I could have hoped for. Throughout the day Hannah took documentary style photographs that capture the feeling and story of the event as well as some really fun editorial style photographs of my husband and I that made us feel like we were celebrities in a vogue wedding spread. She also took some beautiful traditional portraits of us and our families which was important to both of our parents. Hannah has an amazing eye for color and the wash on our edited photos came out beautifully vibrant and natural- not over edited or filtered which was something that I was most picky about in choosing our photographer. We also chose to add film photos to our package which was we are so glad to have as they capture something timeless, spontaneous, and nostalgic that is really special. My husband and I are not people who are necessarily used to being in front of the camera, and Hannah made us feel so comfortable and helped us have so much fun. We would also recommend doing an engagement photoshoot with her in the months before hand as a fun way to get comfortable and practice for the big day. We felt like doing this helped take the stress out of being professionally photographed for the first time on our wedding and we also love having the more casual photos of us in our favorite place before becoming a married couple. Hannah was also wonderful at navigating family dynamics during photos and helping the schedule of the day run smoothly- something I did not realize would be as crazy as it was! Overall I cannot recommend Hannah enough and am so grateful we were able to book her for wedding!

ential downpour that didn’t let up for a minute she was able to get creative and capture beautiful images. It also helps that she is a very kind and patient person who will really put you at ease. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Hannah! I would, and have, reccomended her to all of my closest friends. If you want your photos to feel like you, Hannah is your girl!!

ery easy. I had sent Hannah examples of photos I liked from pinterest or instagram as inspiration of what we were hoping for for our photos and she surpassed our expectations! Throughout the day of the wedding, she captured beautiful candid, natural shots of us, but then would take the opportunity to remind us of certain photos I had sent her that we wanted to recreate! Hannah is extremely talented and has an amazing technique with how she captures couples on their special day. The photos she took for us are timeless and perfect and I know when I look back on them in 50 years I will still be as happy with them as I am today!
We absolutely loved Hannah as our photographer! First and foremost, our pictures are stunning. We are truly blown away at the quality and quantity of moments she captured. There ar...
e so many amazing candid photos of our loved ones during the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and on the dance floor. Going through the photos was like reliving the day and getting to see it from so many other points of view. Our couple and family portraits are also so beautiful - it feels impossible to choose only a few to frame. Secondly, Hannah was such a calming presence during our wedding. She made our couple portraits super fun and it shows in the photos. She was also great to work with leading up to the wedding and always responded to my questions right away. I highly recommend Hannah as a wedding photographer! You will not regret it!
Hannah's talent in the frame is matched by her presence on the day. No fewer than 5x throughout our big day did I think to myself, wow Hannah is fucking crushing it. The results we...

e photographer aspect of our wedding and all the photos that would be taken of us. But WOW did Hannah just put us right at ease! Hannah was so patient, informative, professional and friendly that by the end of the engagement shoot, we were genuinely giggly and enjoying having our pictures taken. Then on the day of she NAILED IT! All we wanted were photos that truly captured the day and the intimate moments - nothing too staged. The album she put together (which was a TON of photos) was flawless and so natural that we felt like we were right back in those moments. Literally the best decision made for this wedding was having Hannah be our photographer, we could not have had a better person capture our big day and make those beautiful memories permanent!
Hannah's photography is magical! My fiancé and I did an engagement shoot with her in Central Park, and despite the early hours and super hot weather, Hannah was personable, kind, a...
nd so much fun to work with! We were so lucky to have been recommended her by a friend, and found that the entire experience was seamless--she knew tons of hidden gems in the park to take us, provided a guide in advance to take the stress out of finding something to wear, and the whole thing flew by so quickly! Within weeks we had the full album of photos and I am STILL in awe at how amazing they turned out! We can't thank Hannah enough and I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for natural, artistic and beautiful photography.
Imagine having a vision for your wedding day photos. Now imagine your vision being delivered exactly the way you dreamt of your whole life time’s one hundred. This is what you will...
get with Hannah Jan. Not only did Hannah make all of my dreams come true, she was SO easy to work with. She was so relaxed the whole day, so professional, and so fun. There was not one moment that she didn’t capture. The photographs came out truly spectacular. Her calming presence and her helpful directions for posing us made everything so easy on our wedding day. We will never be able to thank her enough. She is Amazing with a giant capital “A”.
Everyone talks about a certain kind of blissful halo that happens on your wedding day but you don't quite know what they mean until you experience it yourself. I am so thankful we...
have the most amazing photos from Hannah to relive the day's magic again and again.
I was drawn to Hannah's work because of its candid nature, her creative use of framing, and ability to make the wedding couple look natural and unposed. Hannah herself was kind, available, patient, helpful and a true partner every step of the way. She made the process easy and fun which was a breath of fresh among the stresses of wedding planning.
On the day of our wedding, Hannah and Natasha (the second photographer) were able to capture the biggest and the smallest details throughout the getting ready space, our traditional wedding ceremony, our tea ceremony, the reception + speeches, and the dancing. They truly were able to reflect the atmosphere and joy in our photos. It was a total delight to see photos of moments we didn't witness ourselves in the whirlwind of the day.
Hannah and Natasha did not hesitate to go above and beyond. The kitchen hit a speed bump and our dinner timings and therefore the wedding schedule was running 30 minutes behind. Hannah gamely huddled with us and our DJ to problem solve and we quickly came up with a solution and averted a potential headache. We also unfortunately dealt with the passing of a grandparent a few weeks after the wedding and reached out to Hannah to request all photos of him be included in our final photos. She was so sympathetic, accommodating, and even offered to find a way to send photos sooner if needed.
We often refer to our wedding day as the best day of our lives and Hannah was a big part of the reason why. Thank you for everything, Hannah!
If we could give Hannah 10 stars we would! We were truly lucky to have found her work and were able to book her as our photographer. From the start of the booking process to the da...
y of our wedding, Hannah always came prepared, answered all of our questions in a timely matter, and made sure to make herself available when needed. Hannah has this ease about her that really makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. In addition to the formal photos, the way she is able to capture such authentic candid moments makes her so good at what she does. We can't say enough positive things about our experience working with her!
I had a very specific vision for my wedding photography: ie, I didn't want to look back and wonder how we got on the roof of our venue or how I climbed a tree in my wedding dress w...
hile taking super contrived photos. I knew that the longevity of our photos would lie in whether they captured the REAL joy and UNPLANNED moments of the day, and as an art person, it would be a bonus to have photos that looked like they could hang in a gallery. Then I found Hannah, who ended up not only fitting our vision in every way (I mean just look at her work) but she also ended up feeling like a friend, a bridesmaid almost, in the way that she dedicated herself to capturing the best of us and absolutely nailing her role. It was so impressive to watch Hannah do her thing - she is subtle yet assertive when necessary and really wants to make sure you receive the photos you've always dreamed of. Everyone is wildly impressed with our photos, especially my husband and me, and we have what feels like an art collection thanks to Hannah. Do not hesitate to hire her raw talent and professionalism. Love you Hannah!!!!!!!!!!
Hannah exceeded our expectations - she was extremely professional and agile, helpful and calm, and went with the flow of the day seamlessly. When reviewing our wedding gallery, we ...
laughed and teared up and smiled the whole way through. It's challenging to express with words how much having these pictures to remember our wedding by means to us. We couldn't recommend Hannah more.
TLDR: Our wedding photos are beyond what we could have dreamed of. They are perfect. They capture the unique joy of the day, the small and the big moments, and we can't wait to kee...
p looking at them for the rest of our lives.
When we first started planning our wedding, my partner and I had a hard time imagining what wedding photos could look like for us. We're not picture people. I think every photo of me highlights how un-photogenic and I am and my partner just feels awkward in front of cameras. But when I first saw Hannah's photos on instagram, I knew I had to learn more. Her photos are so intimate; natural, beautiful, and real and her website highlights that she often works with couples who are nervous in front of the camera. Now post-wedding, we are sooooo happy we chose Hannah as our wedding photographer.
On the day of, she was calm and flexible, making us comfortable during our couples session and working with us to get formal family photos even as parents came late or wandered away. The photos themselves are perfect and bring us right back to the special type of happiness we felt that day. Everyone keeps complimenting the pictures we share and even I love looking at them! We read a review before hiring Hannah that said the photos seem like she was a guest, but somehow you don't notice that she's there. That review was spot on. I don't know how she does it, but she truly captured the emotions of the night, the joy and laughter, and love, but she never got in the way and she seamlessly made sure we got the pictures we asked for with the people we needed (and way more).
While we wish we could literally relive our wedding weekend all over again, Hannah's photos give us the next best thing. Definitely hire her!
I can’t recommend Hannah and her work highly enough! The day of the wedding, Hannah was a knowledgeable, reassuring presence who wrangled everyone gracefully. Over and above how be...
autiful everyone looks in the photos (which they do!), she captured the warmth and happiness of that day. She has such a good eye for capturing people's personalities, and it’s been such a gift to be able to share these images with some family who weren’t able to come to our very small wedding.
Hannah was a perfect fit for our 100 person wedding. She quickly answered all of our (many) upfront questions and "got" our vibe, which is pretty low-key, resulting in some of the ...
most incredible shots we could have ever dreamt of while planning our wedding. We had a general idea of the locations we wanted to get shots at, but Hannah is incredibly talented and exceeded our expectations with the "sneak peak" photos that we have seen thus far. Highly recommend working with her!
Consider this a 20 star review for Hannah! We couldn't possibly recommend her more highly and are so deeply grateful to have had her with us on our wedding journey. Hannah did both...
our engagement and wedding pictures and was an absolute LEGEND throughout, from the smallest detail to the biggest. She is professional and organized to the highest degree (phone calls, run throughs, emails, step-by-step guides, you name it). She is thoughtful, attentive, calm and grounded, and deeply attune to each of the million balls that are in the air during a wedding. She made us feel comfortable, beautiful and special (we normally HATE being in front of a camera) and our entire families still haven't stopped obsessing over how amazing she was - everywhere and nowhere at once, capturing the most tender and candid moments. As folks who never like how we look in photos, we were shocked by how happy, comfortable and like ourselves we looked in each and every one. We could go on and on... Work with her, you will not regret it :) Thank you Hannah!!
Working with Hannah was amazing! Prior to the session she met with us to discuss our vision as well as discussing where and when we'd have the photos done. As two camera shy people...
, my fiance and I were pretty nervous, but from the beginning Hannah was so helpful and relaxed about the process. During the actual shoot Hannah was laid back, knowledgeable, and thoughtful about what shots would be best, as well as incorporating places and things we'd spoken about into the pictures. Our pictures turned out GREAT and we are so happy that we decided to work with Hannah. Would definitely recommend to a friend looking to hire an amazing, laid back photographer!
5 stars does not do Hannah justice. There are tons of photographers in NYC and I am so lucky that Hannah's portfolio caught my eye - we planned much of the wedding ourselves and Ha...
nnah not only took wonderful photographs, she helped us all along the way, even with tasks that may have fallen outside the scope of our contract. Her eye for architecture and mood is remarkable and our photos turned out looking like they were from a magazine. However, the best part of working with Hannah is that she never felt like a photographer that we had hired for the wedding -she felt like a genuine guest that we have the pleasure of inviting.
Hannah is an incredible photographer and we cannot emphasize enough how much we recommend her and how we feel beyond grateful to have found her for our wedding (and engagement phot...
os, which were also amazing!). She is so talented, makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and has an unbelievable natural eye for capturing both formal and candid moments in such a beautiful, authentic, unique way. Looking through our wedding photos has been such a joy and they feel completely like "us" - it is like reliving all the emotions and beauty of that day. Hannah is also extremely communicative and organized - she made a stressful wedding planning (and re-planning due to Covid) process so much easier for us. She is a true artist and perfect professional and we truly cannot thank her enough or have asked for anything more.

le to find a way to get some great pictures.
Although we had to cancel our reception, we still did a standalone shoot with her that was an absolute pleasure. We had a blast taking the photos and they turned out incredible! Hannah gave a turnaround time of 3 weeks for the photos and actually beat that timeline by a couple of days.
We can't say enough positive things about our experience working with her!
Hannah was the PERFECT photographer for our wedding. We originally planned on getting married in 2020 but postponed due to the pandemic. Throughout the entire process, Hannah was a...
n amazing resource and incredibly helpful. She helped us navigate the entire process with ease.
We ended up doing a micro wedding with family in Vermont and feel so lucky that we had Hannah there to capture the entire weekend. Leading up to the wedding, she was extremely organized and provided great advice in what she had seen work best with previous weddings. During the weekend, Hannah made my husband and I feel so comfortable and captured the most breathtaking photos. Hannah was critical in creating the weekend of our dreams. I don't know what we would have done without her!
From the beginning of our wedding planning, we knew we wanted a photographer who would capture the small and candid as well as more significant moments on our wedding day. We were ...
so pleased that Hannah’s photographs captured all of these moments so perfectly in her unique mix of color and black and white photos. What we love most is that we look comfortable and just like ourselves in all of the photos and this is also exactly how we felt throughout our wedding day.
Hannah gave us enough freedom to give our suggestions of style and location for photos while also exercising her experience to guide us through the months leading up to the wedding (even with COVID) and the day of (even through the very cold temperatures).
We wouldn’t change anything about our experience with Hannah and have only positive things to say about her and her photography. She is kind, professional, and timely. Thank you so much, Hannah!

Hannah Jan was INCREDIBLE! It was important to me to have beautiful momentos from our wedding, but I was not willing to sacrifice a ton of time from the celebration to get them. Ha...
nnah Jan delivered!!!! She got incredible candids throughout the night, but even more incredibly, she got a number of gorgeous portraits within about 15 minutes. And she did it on a speedy, rainy walk from the first look to the ceremony. All the while calming nerves and putting the two of us at ease.
Hannah was a prompt communicator, before during and even months after the wedding. I’ve genuinely enjoyed working with her. She is funny and kind and has a great design eye. My parents, who are fairly picky, have bought a number of her photographs apparently not just because I’m in them, but because they said “Hannah captures shadows really well.” She’s a crowd pleaser!
I haven’t even mentioned the engagement photos! They are bangers. Seriously. All her work is absolutely wonderful.
I am so, so thankful that we got to work with Hannah.
From the very start of our wedding photographer search, we stumbled upon Hannah's work and were immediately drawn in by how beautiful and organic her shots come out. You can tell f...
rom the photo composition and editing that Hannah is just a natural storyteller. She has the ability to capture not only the formal and elegant portraits but also the candid moments that feel genuine and effortless. If you're normally uncomfortable getting photos taken of you, you'll find that the results look even more graceful and beautiful than you might think. We were looking at other photographers' work and couldn't help but feel that many photographers showcase a couple nice shots on their homepage, but the galleries in full are subpar. In comparison, Hannah's shots are consistent and hold up in quality (even across 500+ photos!). You can see for yourself :)
Aside from the photographing, the best thing about Hannah is how present she is. People who are present are warm, available, great listeners, and super reliable. Wedding planning was tough for us, but Hannah listened to & catered to all our needs, communicated with us clearly & promptly, and made sure that no detail fell through the cracks. And let's not forget how nice and fun she is!
Thank you Hannah for the unforgettable experience and the magical photos for us to cherish forever.

his being our first photoshoot ever, we felt we were really awkward and messed up most of her shots but she turned our awkwardness in to amazing moments. Through her light hearted games and dance we had the best experience and day celebrating.
Hannah Jan is the absolute BEST! We were so fortunate to have found her to do our engagement shoot as well as our mini-wedding this past October. She was extremely professional, ...
responding in a timely manner to all of our questions. We had several phone conversations to prep for each shoot and she made us feel very comfortable with the process. On the day of our wedding she was there to capture absolutely everything that we needed and wanted from our wedding photos, and she blended seamlessly into the backdrop so as not to intrude upon the ceremony itself. I was amazed to see that she was able to be everywhere without being noticed. The photos are beyond stunning and we are able to really see exactly as the day played out through her lens. I recommend her so highly - she is a fantastic photographer and lovely person.

To give you some background -- my (now) Husband and I are less traditional in what we wanted for our wedding. For one thing, when COVID hit, we saw it as the perfect reason to move UP our wedding and scale down from 150 guests to 20. But when it came to our wedding photos, we knew we didn't formal portraits, but rather a photographer who would capture the moment in time in an organic, and candid way. And lastly, I just wanted someone I could trust the day of the wedding.
And Hannah was ALL OF THAT AND MORE! She felt like having a BFF capturing all the more crucial moments of our day. OH, and the best part - the photos are INSANE. Literally took my breath away and exceeded all expectations. Anyone who has seen my photos has been stopped in their tracks, and it's all thanks to her!
If you're looking for a photographer to create beautiful art, understand architecture, and bring a unique and non-traditional POV to her craft -- look no further!
Happy Wedding Planning!

Hannah is INCREDIBLE! We originally hired her last year for our engagement session and we were in love with those photos.
We had initially planned to have a destination wedding ...
in New Orleans, so we chose to go with a local photographer instead for the big day. Then COVID-19 happened. All of our plans were up in the air! We knew that we had to have something much smaller and local to New York. In all of this confusion, we turned to Hannah -- our trusted and favorite NY area photographer. She was so so so helpful and provided us with vendor ideas and other planning tools. Thanks to her input, we ended up planning a last-minute microwedding upstate in July and it was absolutely beautiful. We are both super grateful that we were able to have Hannah capture this weekend for us. It ended up being a silver lining in all of the plan changes and postponements.
Hannah trekked through the woods and fields of wildflowers to showcase the best parts of our day. She is so kind, charming, and talented at what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxed, yet professional photographer for their special event. Thanks, Hannah!

g us to breath easy knowing that this important moment in our lives would not be totally flipped upside down, but instead captured so skillfully through her lens. It's easy to see that Hannah's photos are amazing; you look at her website and her work really allows peoples personalities to shine. More than anything though, Hannah's calming presence is really what made our experience so wonderful. She was so great navigating our family and inevitable wedding tensions; and really allowed me and my partner to relax knowing that she had it all under control. I couldn't recommend Hannah more. I've actually been recommending her so much to my friends, that that might literally be true. We love Hannah <3

Hannah’s work is top notch. We can’t stop looking at our photos. She does fantastic work. She was able to capture some great candids and memorable moments. She is the best!
Hannah is fantastic! She has an exceptional eye for candid moments and will make you feel very at ease while being photographed. She is prepared, present, easy to communicate with ...
and ready to jump in if you need a witness at the last moment. We are so happy with the collection of photos she made for us, they are honest, beautifully composed and we absolutely recommend her to all!
I'll start by saying that my fiance and I are not AT ALL comfortable in front of the camera, and we selected Hannah as our photographer because her portfolio of work is so natural,...
beautiful, and relaxed. We did an engagement session in hopes of shaking off some of that on-camera awkwardness ahead of our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The photos are truly beautiful and capture us as we are (no weird poses!), but the best surprise was how much fun we had during the session, which we were admittedly dreading. Hannah's a total pro at making people feel comfortable, both with each other and with her as a photographer. We're now even more excited to have her shoot our wedding. She's a terrific presence and her gorgeous work speaks for itself.

ah was able to capture all the joy of the event form small candid moments to the ceremony and speeches. Yes, she is a fantastic photographer, but beyond that she is a wonderful person to work with. She was professional, prompt and communicative. She was able to think quickly on her feet, make needed adjustment and on top of it, she was able to corral all of our family for portraits (which in itself is an impressive feat). I'll end this review with a quote from a guest at our wedding after seeing Hannah's work "Never . . . never have we enjoyed wedding photos like we did those of Justine and Jordan. So very heartwarming, beautifully photographed, creative, and full of the emotion and joy of the day. I doubt we've ever seen so many pictures of so many people with truly unfeigned smiles."
Wow. So much to say about Hannah. She is truly a star. As my now husband says, she is SO GOOD at her job. Seriously. SO GOOD. Of course the most important part of hiring a photogra...
pher is the photos themselves, and having now worked with Hannah on both our engagement photos and on our wedding day, we can safely say that we are totally infatuated with her style and in love with her work. We haven't stopped swooning over our engagement photos, and though we have only seen a sneak peek of our wedding day, we are already ecstatic and can't WAIT to see the rest!
Incredible photos aside, Hannah is exactly the type of person you want around on your wedding day. Something we didn't consider is the amount of time you spend basically one on one with your photographer(s) (we actually had two, Hannah and Drea, and Drea was also AWESOME.) throughout the course of the day. We were so excited to have Hannah with us. She was the perfect addition to the day. Her even-keeled disposition is so calming and effective, and she is so good at accomplishing what needs to be done in a time-efficient manor, all the while achieving gorgeous results. We, of course, were super stoked about this, and we also had newlywed relatives specifically comment on how impressed they were by her efficiency. She made sure that we were able to enjoy the night to the fullest, which was incredibly important to us. Hannah is simply the best.

tely out of our comfort zones posing for photographs and Hannah put us both at ease, made us laugh, and took away any nervous energy we had about the process. Her photos were beautiful and captured our special day perfectly. On a personal note, Hannah is kind and thoughtful-- exactly who you would want to invite to share in such a special moment in your life. We recommend Hannah without hesitation and know she will do a wonderful job capturing your wedding!
Hannah was a fabulous photographer for our wedding and I heartily recommend her to everyone! Long before the event took place, she made sure we were all on the same page about the ...
process and what she would be capturing. She held our hand through our dealings with difficult family members, and made everyone feel great during the portraits. She is extremely professional, discreet, and was honestly the MVP of our wedding team, offering welcome advice along the way. The photos she took are beautiful, energetic, and we're so happy to have them.
We JUST got all of our pictures back from Hannah and I have to say we are beyond blown away! We chose Hannah because we loved her aesthetic and her prices were reasonable. And, she...
was super down to earth, fun, and easy to talk to. Working with her was also great. I was not a very organized bride, but Hannah makes it really easy--she sends you a whole form to figure out what's important to you and helps you think about who you want pictures of, and then she creates this amazing detailed timeline (that all of our vendors ended up using). The day of, we were able to get all of the pictures that were important to us. All of our friends & family could not stop talking about how amazing our wedding photos are! Don't hesitate to hire her.
Simply put, Hannah was incredible. I originally hired her for some simple headshots, and based on my experience during that time, I immediately booked her for my wedding.
She not ...
only created wonderful pictures that my wife and I will have forever, but she made the process completely seamless and fun. All of my family and friends mentioned they loved how she worked the crowd, helped get people together, and most of all, the pictures are amazing.
I highly recommend Hannah for any photography services, in fact I've already referred 3 of my closest friends!

s on her website and ended up having a really great conversation beforehand. She really dove into our vision of the day and made us really excited about making the day unique. I’d thought about shooting at the laundromat, and Hannah highly encouraged it! On the day of, we had so much fun with her — it was really like hanging out with a friend. We got some great shots of my fiancé pushing me around in a laundry cart and other patrons at the establishment were loving it. For the remainder of the day, she had fun little games for us to play to help us relax and it it really shows. The proof is in the PHOTOS y’all! Book Hannah! You will be so happy you did.
Hannah was a delight to work with, and her pictures are absolutely stunning. I have received non-stop compliments from friends and family on how well her photography turned out (an...
d how she was a pleasure to talk to and interact with during our wedding festivities). As a bride who wanted documentary-style photos, Hannah was able to see my vision through while still adding her own touches to the photos to give them even more character. I'd highly recommend her for any wedding photography.
Hannah was the best choice we made for our wedding! The photos speak for themselves and are stunning, contemporary, and true works of art! She put us completely at ease with her p...
rofessional approach and warm personality and we truly enjoyed every minute with her, laughing and taking photos. She worked miracles with our large family photo session and made sure we got all the combinations that are so important for posterity. Her assistant helped to capture things from all angles while we were on the move and in multiple locations and they worked together seamlessly. Thank you, Hannah!!
My husband and I live in London but love NYC and even planned to get married there. Eventually we got married in Poland where I am from, but went on our mini-moon to NYC after the ...
wedding and wanted to take some photos there. Hannah was recommended by a friend and I loved her instagram photos. We had a 2+ hours session with Hannah in June - 7 am, to avoid crowds. Hannah was amazing - very professional, fun and so good at putting us at ease. She had a lot of 'games' for us (such a genius idea!) to help us relax and make sure we look good in photos. The photos themselves are amazing - we love them, as do our families and friends. I would definitely recommend Hannah for a wedding photo shoot and I hope we can work with her again. Many thanks Hannah!
Hannah Jan is everything you could want in a photographer.
From the beginning, Hannah made the process easy and clear. She asked a lot of critical questions, we had several phone...
conversations, and she got to know exactly what we wanted from our wedding day photography.
That meant that when she showed up on the day of the wedding, everything went along on schedule with ease. Hannah knew when and how to take control of the situation to make things like groomsmen group photos and a picture of all 110 people at the wedding happen! But during the ceremony and reception she was extremely subtle while still managing to capture every key moment.
It is nearly impossible to believe that Hannah captured such stunning portraits and perfect moments in the brief time of our wedding day. We are so delighted that the gallery of photos she put together truly conjures the feelings and emotions of one of the best nights of our lives.
I am so glad I used Hannah to capture our proposal and engagement pictures thereafter. She did an unbelievable job (on a bad weather day), took amazing photos of our family afterwa...
rds, and was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with in the days and weeks leading up to the proposal. She was able to provide us with 20 amazing photos only 24 hours after it all happened. She when hid in the bushes for about 10 minutes to make sure she was out of sight. She is a true professional. I cannot recommend her strongly enough!
