Megan and Jacob are such talented wedding photographers! Our wedding photos are absolutely stunning and we couldn’t be happier with the prints and wedding album that we now have in...
our home. The documentary style that they shoot in and the bright use of color really made them stand out. They were very professional and communicated with us every step of the way. I 100% recommend Hannah Photography for your wedding or event photos!
Megan and Jacob were a joy to work with for our wedding! I knew as soon as I checked out their portfolio that they were the ones we wanted. They bring such unique angles and have t...
he eye to capture striking and heartfelt moments. Their system made things easy and streamlined in the runup to the big day, so I never had to stress about anything photo-related. They were lovely and inobtrusive on the day - always there but never in the way. We were absolutely thrilled each time we got more pics back (from a sneak peek right after the wedding, to a mini gallery a few weeks later, and then the full gallery a bit later)! Even my Dad (who is notoriously hard to please and fancies himself a bit of an amateur photographer) was blown away by their work. And throughout everything, they have just been incredibly kind, generous, and thoughtful. You definitely want them for your wedding!
We booked Jacob and Megan to photograph our wedding in August because we really loved their documentary-style approach to wedding photos. We searched and searched and could not fin...
d any other photographer that had a comparable style and eye that they had, so we were so excited to have them (even though they weren't local to us) because we loved their work so much.
They absolutely did not disappoint. Our photos came out so perfectly, and they captured so many beautiful moments between our guests as well that were so fun to look back on after the fact. Looking back at the photos I can still feel the feelings I felt that night, and I will cherish them forever.
Jacob and Megan were also just so friendly and lovely to be around. Don't wait to book them if you've fallen in love with their style - you will not find a better team of photographers to capture the feelings and special moments of your wedding day.
When we were looking for photographers their style of work caught our eye. The way they capture the day was awe inspiring. We knew they were the ones. Megan was always very kind,...
available for any questions and easy to work with. The day of, they were on the money and the pictures! oh my goodness... They could not have been better. I think I was scrolling with my jaw open the whole time looking at how even more beautiful the day is in the pictures. How they somehow made the pictures even more breathtaking than the real thing is a true gift. The way they capture is stunning and I'm so glad we went with them!!! Will recommend them over and over. Don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed!!
As anyone who has ever planned a wedding will tell you, it all goes by so fast. From the start, my husband and I were determined to make photography a priority in our budget. We kn...
ew that we wanted timeless photojournalism, and we knew what we wanted to avoid—artificial poses with trendy Instagram filters. That search led us to Jacob and Megan Hannah. Of the hundreds of decisions we ultimately made about our wedding, hiring the Hannahs was truly one of the best!
Our wedding day was a perfect mix of tears and laughter, grand spectacle and quiet intimacy, and somehow Jacob and Megan managed to capture it all. With their cameras in hand, they had the magic power to slow down the swirl of light and color and to freeze every fleeting moment, so that we can relive it time and again. Our pictures are vibrant and real and brimming with life. We are completely in awe of their talents.
Finally, we just want to mention how nice they are as people. Remember, your wedding photographers will be with you throughout the day, so feeling completely at ease is essential. Jacob and Megan made everything simple. They could not have been more accommodating throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced us to reschedule our wedding not just once, but twice. And on the day itself, they were not only organized, efficient, and friendly, they were unobtrusive when it mattered most, allowing us to live in the moment and fully enjoy the day. We relaxed, knowing that they would preserve our memories for us.
And they did.
Perhaps that is the best compliment we can give Jacob and Megan. They captured our wedding exactly as we remember it, down to every last emotion.

ed the love and beauty of our day. They made my husband (who is quite camera shy!!) and I so comfortable and were warm, friendly and professional. All of our guests have also remarked at how wonderful a job they did photographing our day. They went above and beyond (literally, even climbing trees) to get the best angles and views. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

t in the most stunning way and always made us feel at ease. They moved through the day so perfectly and made sure to photograph every moment from the most important aspects of the ceremony to the candid dance shots. We loved every minute of working with them and would give them more than 5 stars if we could!
Megan and Jacob Hannah were a dream to work with before, during, and after the wedding. They were super responsive and flexible as we planned from afar. The day of the wedding, the...
y were laid back and made us feel very comfortable. Like many others, we were nervous about being the subjects of so many photos, but after a while, you forget they're there and they caught so many lovely candid moments. We got our photos back in a very timely fashion and the results are stunning. The angles and perspectives they used make for unique and breathtaking photos. We love that they captured our day so authentically. They are great photographers and great people!
BEAUTIFUL work! You will not be disappointed! Between Jacob's friendly personality on the phone and viewing albums of his work from weddings he shot at our venue, it was a no brain...
er to go with him for our special day! Jacob was delightful to work with from the very beginning. He was responsive in getting back to me either through a phone call or email. He is a super nice guy who is laid back and will do anything to make his clients happy. For people who could be considered a little camera shy, he certainly makes you feel comfortable at all times. I am super picky about photography and I often look for a certain style. Jacob exceeded my expectations and more with his work. It's beautiful, authentic and creative! Hannah Photography is a an excellent choice!
Megan and Jacob are the BEST! We absolutely loved their style and knew that they were the perfect team to capture our day. Megan and Jacob were such a joy to have at our wedding an...
d memorialized every aspect of our wedding beautifully. They went above and beyond to drive me and my husband to a covered bridge 30 minutes away just so that we could have the most magical Vermont wedding photos. We will cherish our pictures forever and can't recommend them more highly.
Megan and Jacob are beyond wonderful. If you are looking for the best combination of any qualities you would want in a photographer – look no further! From our first meeting, we fe...
lt that they were kind, considerate, down-to-earth, and professional. I got the sense that these were people that I would actually enjoy being around on our big day…and this turned out to be so right! You will be so happy with the photos, I can’t even describe how well their pictures captured the joy and feel of our day. Also, they were extremely responsive to any of our questions throughout the process.
Both Megan and Jacob were very open to doing the “staged” and silly photos that I wanted (while ensuring they look fantastic) - in addition to their superb “candid” and documentary style photos. Jacob did such an incredible job “seeing” and capturing intimate moments without being intrusive at all. Also, they are just genuine and kind people – we really enjoyed having them be a part of our celebration. They were both incredibly supportive and easy-going. We felt completely comfortable with the entire process because of their organic and personable approach to photography. One of our favorite memories of the wedding is when were able to take a break from our reception (phew!) and get a few more bride & groom portraits. I already plan to hire them again for our vow renewals :)
We fell in love with Megan and Jacob's photography style from looking at their work on their website, and were even happier to discover that they are the nicest people you will eve...
r meet. As a husband and wife team, they are able to capture multiple angles of the wedding day - not just straight-on portraits, but also intimate and candid moments that really capture the spirit of the day. They took the initiative to check in with us many times before the wedding to make sure they fully understood what we wanted, from timing to shots to style, which left us feeling comfortable and confident well ahead of our wedding day. On the actual wedding day, they were not "in your face", but rather were part of the behind the scenes operations of the wedding. However, they still were able to capture all the moments we wanted, which was exactly the balance we were hoping for.
Megan and Jacob are fantastic photographers. I am thoroughly impressed with their dedication, professionalism, and quality of their photographs. I met with multiple photographers b...
efore my now husband and I decided to book with Megan and Jacob. Having two photographers allowed for photographing special moments from more than one angle. I couldn't be more happy with the results of my wedding photos. They will be cherished forever.
Simply put, Hannah Photography created stunning pictures that will proudly be a part of our family for a lifetime. They are also very easy to work with, kind people. Jacob does a g...
reat job of mixing his documentary style to capture the day while also being excellent at staging portraits. Worth every penny you will spend and then some. I really doubt you will find a more talented photographer in Vermont, plus they are just super nice. Difficult to beat that combination.
We really can't rave about Jacob and Megan enough! We're actually sad that our wedding is over and we won't get to Face Time with them again, haha!

oked. Jacob and Megan are a wonderful, friendly couple who are easy to contact and get back to you right away. Everything from our first Face Time meeting to our emails was professional, friendly, and helpful. We narrowed down the package that we wanted easily. There's a great survey that let's you give your "vision" for your wedding and makes sure that your favorite shots are included. We didn't really have a lot of "needs" photo-wise, we just wanted amazing pictures of our family and friends and ceremony, unscripted, and boy did they deliver! We've got - quite literally - fairy tale wedding photos (as EVERYONE who's seen the photos has told us).
They are an absolute joy to work with. I will also add that the weather changed rather last minute, and it rained for the majority of the evening, ceremony and all (at an outside wedding). Jacob and Megan embraced the rain and totally calmed us, slogging right alongside of us all evening, and let me tell you - if you're fearful of a rainy ceremony/reception - don't be!! Romance and rain go hand in hand :)
Again - (and again and again), we can't thank them enough for capturing exactly what we'd hoped for, and a whole lot more!
We found Jacob and Megan Hannah through an internet search and immediately fell in love with their journalistic style of photography. After we met them the first time via Facetime...
, we booked them on the spot. Their enthusiasm for their work is amazing and contagious. Jacob has an eye to capture the most amazing shots and Megan was right there to help us with whatever we needed. We met Megan and Jacob in person the first time for our engagement shoot and had the best time with them that day. They worked so well with us… and with our horse and two dogs. On our wedding day, they were right where they needed to be, without being in the way! They are such an easy couple to work with and they made us feel so incredibly comfortable. We would recommend them without any reservation whatsoever. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did.
