ade things easy and streamlined in the runup to the big day, so I never had to stress about anything photo-related. They were lovely and inobtrusive on the day - always there but never in the way. We were absolutely thrilled each time we got more pics back (from a sneak peek right after the wedding, to a mini gallery a few weeks later, and then the full gallery a bit later)! Even my Dad (who is notoriously hard to please and fancies himself a bit of an amateur photographer) was blown away by their work. And throughout everything, they have just been incredibly kind, generous, and thoughtful. You definitely want them for your wedding!

I think I was scrolling with my jaw open the whole time looking at how even more beautiful the day is in the pictures. Of the hundreds of decisions we ultimately made about our wedding, hiring the Hannahs was truly one of the best! Our wedding day was a perfect mix of tears and laughter, grand spectacle and quiet intimacy, and somehow Jacob and Megan managed to capture it all. With their cameras in hand, they had the magic power to slow down the swirl of light and color and to freeze every fleeting moment, so that we can relive it time and again. Our pictures are vibrant and real and brimming with life. We are completely in awe of their talents. Finally, we just want to mention how nice they are as people. Remember, your wedding photographers will be with you throughout the day, so feeling completely at ease is essential. Jacob and Megan made everything simple. They could not have been more accommodating throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced us to reschedule our wedding not just once, but twice. And on the day itself, they were not only organized, efficient, and friendly, they were unobtrusive when it mattered most, allowing us to live in the moment and fully enjoy the day. We relaxed, knowing that they would preserve our memories for us. And they did. Perhaps that is the best compliment we can give Jacob and Megan. They captured our wedding exactly as we remember it, down to every last emotion.

onal. I got the sense that these were people that I would actually enjoy being around on our big day…and this turned out to be so right! You will be so happy with the photos, I can’t even describe how well their pictures captured the joy and feel of our day. Also, they were extremely responsive to any of our questions throughout the process. Both Megan and Jacob were very open to doing the “staged” and silly photos that I wanted (while ensuring they look fantastic) - in addition to their superb “candid” and documentary style photos. Jacob did such an incredible job “seeing” and capturing intimate moments without being intrusive at all. Also, they are just genuine and kind people – we really enjoyed having them be a part of our celebration. They were both incredibly supportive and easy-going. We felt completely comfortable with the entire process because of their organic and personable approach to photography. One of our favorite memories of the wedding is when were able to take a break from our reception (phew!) and get a few more bride & groom portraits. I already plan to hire them again for our vow renewals :)

They took the initiative to check in with us many times before the wedding to make sure they fully understood what we wanted, from timing to shots to style, which left us feeling comfortable and confident well ahead of our wedding day. On the actual wedding day, they were not "in your face", but rather were part of the behind the scenes operations of the wedding. However, they still were able to capture all the moments we wanted, which was exactly the balance we were hoping for.

Having two photographers allowed for photographing special moments from more than one angle. I couldn't be more happy with the results of my wedding photos. They will be cherished forever.

e also being excellent at staging portraits. Worth every penny you will spend and then some. I really doubt you will find a more talented photographer in Vermont, plus they are just super nice. Difficult to beat that combination.

asy to contact and get back to you right away. Everything from our first Face Time meeting to our emails was professional, friendly, and helpful. We narrowed down the package that we wanted easily. There's a great survey that let's you give your "vision" for your wedding and makes sure that your favorite shots are included. We didn't really have a lot of "needs" photo-wise, we just wanted amazing pictures of our family and friends and ceremony, unscripted, and boy did they deliver! We've got - quite literally - fairy tale wedding photos (as EVERYONE who's seen the photos has told us). They are an absolute joy to work with. I will also add that the weather changed rather last minute, and it rained for the majority of the evening, ceremony and all (at an outside wedding). Jacob and Megan embraced the rain and totally calmed us, slogging right alongside of us all evening, and let me tell you - if you're fearful of a rainy ceremony/reception - don't be!! Romance and rain go hand in hand :) Again - (and again and again), we can't thank them enough for capturing exactly what we'd hoped for, and a whole lot more!

is amazing and contagious. Jacob has an eye to capture the most amazing shots and Megan was right there to help us with whatever we needed. We met Megan and Jacob in person the first time for our engagement shoot and had the best time with them that day. They worked so well with us… and with our horse and two dogs. On our wedding day, they were right where they needed to be, without being in the way! They are such an easy couple to work with and they made us feel so incredibly comfortable. We would recommend them without any reservation whatsoever. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did.
