Not reliable and not recommended. It took Hanne Ruhnau Photography more than 1 month to upload our wedding pictures. She does not answer any calls. She only replies to emails when you make pressure using an attorney at the agency where Hanne Ruhnau was booked. Regarding the Photos: a lot of pictures are overexposed. Would not recommend her services at all - if you want to have good pictures and be safe to get them with no hassle - don't go to Hanne Ruhnau.

Hanne was very professional and her work is remarkable. She did a great job of placing things to gether and capturing the smallest most intimate moments. I loved all the photos that she took and did not think that any of the pictures were a waste. She let us live in the moment as well as instructed us on certain poses. These pictures were beautiful and made me very pleased.

Hanne is so sweet and even acted as our wedding coordinator for no additional fee. I found her online and immediately loved her work and booked her before any other vendor. She worked with us thru email and on the phone. When we met her in person, she was like part of the family. She also got our pictures to us within a few weeks, which is great turnaround in this industry. When we got our pictures we were very impressed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great photographer.
