I really love this store! My husband proposed with a ring that I absolutely love, but it was purchased from Zales. One of the corner diamonds in the ring kept falling out and I took it to Zales for repair twice and they “fixed it” both times. T...
he third time I took it in (three times in five months) for the same stone falling out, they told me that they couldn’t fix it and I had to pick a whole new ring. I was distraught because I love the one that my husband picked for me. I happened to meet an employee of this Hannoush store and he asked if I would like them to try fixing the problem setting, so I said yes and haven’t had an issue with my ring since! You can’t even TELL that work was done on it and all of my stones are secure! Hands down I will do all of my jewelry shopping here from now on. They’re honest, kind people, and they clearly know what they’re doing, far more so than the “jewelers” at Zales. I’m so happy that I get to keep the ring that I love and SO thankful for the remarkable work that this store was able to do to fix my flawed setting. They really go above and beyond to make people happy. I’d absolutely recommend this place to ANYONE looking for beautiful jewelry and amazing service.
