Hanover Park began because two people fell in love, went on their honeymoon to the South of France and returned to their NC home looking for land to start a vineyard. We love to share what we have created with others and The Studio at Hanover Park is the perfect place to have your special day.

ir compared to some other wedding mill style venues we had visited. My husband and I actually met in Hanover, Germany, so the name held sentimental value, too. We were given the venue from Thursday evening until Sunday, which allowed for plenty of time for setup, rehearsal, and breakdown. We never once felt rushed, so we were thoroughly able to enjoy each moment of our entire wedding weekend.
"The Studio" is a barn on the property that was renovated to host events. It has an incredibly intimate feel in a beautiful rustic setting, with great acoustics for music. We even had friends and family comment that the Studio was the most beautiful and romantic wedding venue they'd been to. Amy was our bar tender for the evening, and did an awesome job helping us select Hanover wines to serve to our guests. Everyone had a fantastic evening, with lots of space to dance and converse.
The following day, we were set to breakdown the venue and fly to our honeymoon destination. We learned that morning that our flights had been cancelled, so we needed to scramble to book new flights and get to the airport with less time than expected. Seeing our panic, Amy jumped right in and started helping our team break down the venue. We couldn't have booked our wedding with better vendors. We will be back for many anniversaries to sip a glass of wine at the vineyard.

is a pleasure to work with and was a huge help on the days leading up to the wedding. Hurricane Matthew was sending lots of rain towards us and Amy put up extra tents along the walkways so that people could stay dry. Despite the rain we had an absolutely gorgeous ceremony and reception. The huge vaulted ceilings are stunning and the space easily accommodated our 175 guests. My husband and I used the white farmhouse building and the grape vines for some pictures as well. The whole property is so charming. I am so happy I was able to get married here. It was better than I had even imagined. Also..the wine is great! Looking forward to coming back here for a visit soon. Highly recommended!

is essentially a glorified barn - but with polished concrete floors and AC :) All the framing is exposed and there is low lighting and ceiling fans, so pretty. The space is filled with wood tables and ladder back chairs, that come with the space rental, that add to the space's simple beauty. You can also get married outside by the vines or up by the historic house that is home to their tasting room - both of which are equally beautiful. The winery is in a remote part of Yadkinville that used to be known as Courtney. The Heltons, who own the winery, are equally wonderful. I became friends with Amy as we planned for the big day and she truly went above and beyond, looking around the farm for things that I needed for the day that I had forgotten. She also served as bartender for the night, which was perfect since she knows her wines better than anyone else. Not to mention, the wine is delish. Great for vintage, rustic weddings. Even if your just considering, go check it out. You won't be disappointed. Plus, they'll probably give you a free tasting while your there! :)
