Not to be completely critical of the people at Hansen Films, they are quite pleasant people, however, I am giving this group two stars because of the experience and quality of the video that I got while trying to work with them.

that the couple running the cameras may need a little more practice at holding a camera still while moving to be able to create a steady video for newly-weds. Also, trying to communicate with Hansen Films was a huge burden on my wife because they did NOT make creating plans with them very easy during all of our wedding preparations. Not to mention that they went on holiday while we were preparing to be wed and left us hanging for a week wherein we weren't even sure if we had a videographer because they never responded to emails or phone notifications.
The two stars go to this company because they chose not to prioritze punctuality or professionality.
We adored getting to know the couple, however, overall, the product was not worth the price that we paid. In the end, I took the RAW footage that we paid for and tried my best to salvage short clips to recreate a wedding video that would be worth watching.
I, unfortunately, would not recommend them to my friends or family members, but that was also just my experience. It's a risk you would have to take on your own account. Good luck to anyone who reads this.

knew when we first started. Our equipment wasn't as professional as it is now after filming over 20 weddings since yours.
Every client is so important to us, and it is our goal to make a video they will watch for the rest of their lives. I believe you and your wife said you were happy with the video, and so I am very sad to see a review that isn't so happy. We spend a lot of time filming and editing, and so I am sorry that it was not what you had hoped for.
