Happily Ever Adventure Co

edding coordinator, hiring Rachel will be one of the best decisions you make. Her talent, dedication, and professionalism are unmatched. Even though we booked Rachel as a day-of coordinator, it felt like she was with us every step of the way. We reached out to her often with questions, concerns, logistical details, and requests for vendor recommendations — and she always responded promptly, with positivity and a smile. She took our timeline into her own hands, reached out to all our vendors on our behalf, and handled everything with total confidence and care. She was worth every single penny — and then some. Before the wedding, Rachel scheduled multiple meetings with us to go over everything — our priorities, the vision we had for the day, how we wanted things to flow, and more. She asked thoughtful, detailed questions and then created a timeline that she shared with our entire vendor team. We incorporated a lot of DIY elements into our wedding, and Rachel made sure everything — from centerpieces to desserts (P.S. Costco cookies were a huge hit!) — was laid out perfectly. She took care of setup before the reception, so the only thing left for us to do was relax, have fun, and make memories. She even coordinated clean-up and helped get everything packed into cars at the end of the night. We had zero worries on our wedding day — and for that, we are forever grateful. On the wedding day itself, not once was I bothered with a question, a vendor issue, or any last-minute problem. I’ve planned corporate events before — so I know how many moving pieces need attention — but unlike those, this event was incredibly personal. And thanks to Rachel, everything just flowed. She handled all the tipping and final paperwork with vendors, so we didn’t have to think about a thing. When my dress bustle broke (because I may have been dancing a bit too hard!), Rachel literally got down on the ground and pinned it for me — mid-YMCA — so I could keep dancing without missing a beat. She made sure we always had food and drinks, and when I realized I forgot a purse for the money dance, she found one for me on the spot so I didn’t have to pause the celebration. One of the biggest things that stood out to me: I knew Rachel was truly in our corner. We had hired a videographer (not one of her recommendations), and they were barely communicating with us — to the point where we weren’t sure if they would even show up, despite having a contract and paying in full. Rachel supported me through it all — listening to me vent, cry, and stress — and still found ways to offer real, actionable solutions so that we wouldn’t miss having our wedding captured. She took on communicating with the videographer herself, going well beyond what her contract required, just to make sure we didn’t have to deal with the stress. Bottom line: You absolutely need to book Rachel for your wedding. She was, hands down, one of the best vendor decisions we made — and we have no regrets.

n to detail and her ability to elevate our vision into something extraordinary were truly remarkable. Her dedication and expertise were evident in every aspect of our wedding, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless. ich goes with the theme, but I ended up choosing her over others after our consultation because everything seemed to be aligned in expectations. Plus I loved how personable and authentic she is! Even though I told her I only needed help day-of so I could enjoy the event without playing "host", she still helped follow up with vendors and make sure I had everything ready to go even a month before. I dropped off the decorations at the venue the day before so she had everything to set up. I'll be honest and say I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted the decorations to end up looking like, but whatever expectations I had she blew me away! I almost cried seeing the sweetheart table come together so perfectly. Throughout the night she and Mallory were on top of helping the vendors get set up and striked, took care of any issues that came up flawlessly, kept me and the groom on our timeline (in a nice and somewhat flexible way that ensured everything got done but we still enjoyed our time), and always made sure I had a drink in my hand (whether our signature cocktail or water). They definitely helped my vague vision of what I wanted the night to be become something better than I could ever have hoped for. They even were able to clean everything up and packed away without me having to worry about anything. They were a huge help, and more than that, they were so fun to work with that I'm willing to hang out and grab drinks with them at some point! Everything went so smoothly on our big day, and 90% of that is because of Rachel and Mallory. I can't thank them enough!

ing ceremony, and we were only looking for a day-of coordinator to assist with our local wedding reception. We were fortunate enough to get in touch with Rachel who went above and beyond the typical day-of duties. She spent time collaborating on our vision, offered to complete a venue-walk through despite needing to drive several hours away in less than one week’s notice, and was always so responsive with any questions or concerns we had. We established a positive rapport and trusted her with our special day. Rachel is very experienced and coordinated our reception with ease. She and her assistant set up the venue so quickly. Rachel executed most of the minute details and checked in with us throughout the day. Rachel has a positive attitude and is amazing to work with. We highly recommend her!

inute, she went with us (and by herself) to different outdoor venues to help us figure out a plan B. She took the time with us before the day to think through each detail and communicate with our other vendors, and everything went so smoothly. We had some complicated logistics because our ceremony was in Joshua Tree National Park and, and we had to bus everyone in/out and pack everything in and out that we needed for the ceremony. Rachel was amazing with the setup and breakdown of both the ceremony space and the reception space. Every detail was taken care of and it took a lot of stress off!

o fully enjoy our special day without the fear that we'd need to handle any of the hiccups along the way made our night so much better. Trust me, just book the wedding coordinator, you won't regret is. We can't recommend Rachel enough!

mail away before the wedding with any questions I had even with her wedding just a month before! From my mother in law needing to be sewed into her dress to plates being forgotten for the cake, Rachel and her team stayed calmed and assured us everything would be okay. I would hire Happily Ever Adventure Co without a doubt time and time again. Truly wonderful people.

. She thought of every detail for the event, and made it come together beautifully. Rachel was also so fun to work with, and so sweet. I would recommend her to anyone needing help with their wedding!!

Cal FB wedding groups for recommendations & multiple couples suggested Rachel from Happily Ever Adventure Co. We checked out her page & ended up requesting a consult. She was so prompt & friendly to work with right from the start! She said she could meet the next day which was such a huge relief considering we were only about a month out from our wedding. Rachel got to know us & learn what our wedding vision was. She did a venue walkthrough with us, attended our rehearsal, & was always available via text or phone! She honestly made my worries fade away & was confident that she would make our day one to remember. The day of our wedding was absolutely wonderful! I am very grateful to her & her team for being so pleasant to work with. I would 100% recommend her! If you are on the fence about it, do it! You will not regret hiring her. P.s. honestly if we could give her more than 5 stars…we would!
