Diana & Team were incredibly easy to work with! They took the stressful destination wedding process and streamlined it for us, thus removing any and all worries. We cannot express enough how much we would recommend Happily Maui'd for your wedding needs. By filling out a questionnaire we were able to provide Diana with the information she needed to set us up with whatever type of ceremony we wanted. To say that our expectations were exceeded is an understatement! They took the info we provided and delivered the most wonderful experience we could've imagined. As a pair of control freaks, we were a bit wary of letting go of control. However, having the ability to hand all the tasks and anxiety to an outside party, led to an absolutely worry-free, magical day. Diana has been the key factor in our successful wedding day. From the start, she was incredibly patient and amazing at fast/prompt communication. Since this was a destination wedding in Maui, a lot of our family members were coming from all over the world. Because of that I was very stressed and nervous about the wedding. All through this process, Diana went out of her way to make our wedding day as seamless as possible. Without her wedding planning, I don't think I could've had my dream wedding and I am SO glad that we spent extra dollars to have her as our wedding planner. If you are second guessing about whether or not you should have a wedding planner in Maui, please look no further! Diana will have your back and will make sure you and the groom will feel comfortable and you don't have to worry about a thing! Aside from her amazing planning and organization skills, I also felt ensured and comforted by the network of people that she has in Maui such as caterers, photographers, videographers and etc. She has a group of amazing people that you can choose from so it really cut down my need for research and price comparing. She has your best interest and will make sure you have your dream wedding! Thank you Diana for this past year and half and I feel sad to say goodbye after the wedding! If you are planning on getting married in Maui you need to have Diana as your wedding planner. Diana always responded promptly to any of my questions and kept me and my husband in the loop throughout the whole process! I have been going to Maui every summer since I was a little girl. Seeing so many Maui weddings it became my dream to one day get married on Maui. Thanks to Diana that dream was able to come to life! We got married at Makena Cove early in the morning. It was so beautiful, the beach was quiet, and Diana met us there with everything ready to go. When looking into a Maui elopement I had found a photographer on Instagram I was very interested in. Diana was extremely accommodating in allowing us to bring an outside vendor photographer. I sent Diana pictures of what I imagined my bouquet and flower crown looking like. All I can say is WOW! The flowers were so beautiful and even more perfect than I could ever imagine. From the waves in the background to having our first dance on the beach, the morning was so magical. We are so beyond grateful for everything Diana did for us. She even surprised us the day of with an incredible petal toss. The entire process with Happily Maui’d was perfect and stress-free. It was so nice to not have to worry about the little details and rather be able to enjoy our time on Maui before our big deal. I cannot recommend Happily Maui’d enough. Thank you, Diana!!!!

I could not recommend Happily Maui’d enough if you’re thinking of getting married/eloping in Maui, it’s all in the title! Diana made it such an easy, fun process. She listened to everything we wanted and made it all happen! She handled everything, all we had to do was choose between the options she would lay out for us. Diana talked us through each step of the way and kept it very organized and easy. Julia was our on-site coordinator and she was just as lovely!! She kept us organized and on track during the ceremony and was an absolute delight to be around. We loved our officiant Kuya, he kept everyone relaxed and in good moods with his contagious positive energy. Our wedding ceremony exceeded all expectations and was the most perfect day ever. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! From our initial consultation with Diana to the day of my parent's 30th wedding anniversary vow renewal ceremony on the beach in Maui, the team at Happily Maui'd has been perfect to work with. A special shoutout to the officiant, photographer, and ukulele player Diana selected, along with her day of coordination team. My parents said that the vow renewal was so great, it was even better than their actual wedding day. I cannot thank you all enough for making our family memory so special and seamless from start to finish.

I called Diana with just two weeks to plan our wedding. With little time to organize and prepare she was able to pull it all together. From the flowers to the location to the wedding official, and photographer Diana was able to pull off the impossible. She was professional and answered all my questions either by phone or email in a timely manner. My husband and I were incredibly pleased and happy with our wedding and all Diana did to make a day we will never forget.

Booking with Happily Maui'd was the best decision we made for our beach wedding/elopement in Maui. Diana was a pleasure to work with and you can count on her completely to handle all the details of your wedding. She made the entire process easy and stress-free (just what we wanted) and the outcome was perfect! She is responsive, has great suggestions, and ultimately booked us the best vendors we could have hoped for! We loved our officiant (Kuya), florist (Petite Maui), ukulele player (Jimi), and photographer (Deelia Nelson). Additionally, our on-site coordinator, Julia, was amazing! Julia arrived on the beach with a big smile, helped with the set-up and even took pictures and videos with my phone during the ceremony, which was great to share with family and friends immediately afterwards. Diana and Julia were the best. We also loved Ricardo, the officiant and Jess, the photographer. It made our 50 th anniversary vow renewal with our family very special.

This was the best investment for our wedding. Diana and our coordinator, Julia are the absolute BEST!!!! They were on top of everything, very organized, and made it a fun and stress free experience. Julia made sure the actual ceremony went as planned and the pictures were so amazing, I could not choose which one I liked best(out of 275). The video was also amazing and the story they told will be cherished by us as the best part of our 2021 Maui Wedding Ceremony.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Diana. It is NOT easy to get married during a pandemic and even less easy when you’re planning the wedding thousands of miles away!! My husband and I live in CT and had been dreaming of a Maui sunset wedding! Diana made this possible (and then some). Despite only being responsible for our ceremony she went above and beyond to help us craft our boutique and intimate event. She suggested villas, locations, vendors, and ideas. Without her it wouldn’t have been possible! She understood our vision and amidst the COVID chaos and many changes she made sure it would be possible. From the bottom of our hearts, mahalo Diana. Diana was amazing! So professional and very caring. Having a destination wedding is stressful having one during COVID even worse. She took care of everything. All we had to do was show up. My husband and I recently booked a wedding package with Diana from Happily Maui’d. We chose the beach elopement package with photography and videography. We absolutely loved everything about our small intimate wedding. The location suggested by Diana was beautiful and the officiant was the best! Our photos and video were stunning and I LOVED my bouquet. We decided to have a small elopement due to COVID-19 and I am so happy we chose Diana to help us coordinate everything. My now-husband and I live in Ireland and we were originally drawn to Diana from the pun in her business name. We found her very easy to work with, even across timezones, and we really appreciated her flexibility meeting with us very early Hawaii-time. Diana arranged for us an absolutely magical day including a special venue, a vegan cake, the marriage license appointment, beautiful flowers, and lots of little details - it all came off perfectly. The logistics on the day were like clockwork, including the makeup and hair, the ceremony, the musician, and the photographer. We would highly recommend Diana for your Maui wedding!

Our wedding took place in March of 2020 on Maui. Living in So Florida we needed Diana to be our boots on the ground. Diana was very prompt and responsive from our very first interaction. She was a delight to work with, very knowledgable of the local area and the license process and gave us all the precise steps to follow. The officiant she hand picked for us exceeded our expectations, he was very personable, warm and made us feel so comfortable. His energy was something special. The photographer that Diana chose for us was really great, very upbeat, genuine and very good at her craft. I'm really grateful to have Diana as my day of coordinator for my wedding at Olowalu Plantation House in November 2019. She has been very helpful and responsive since the first day I contacted her. As a wedding photographer, the number one recommendation I always give my wedding clients is to hire a coordinator. Whether you need full coordination, or day-of, this is one of the best decisions you can make - especially if you are having a destination wedding! I recently worked with Happily Maui'd on a wedding and the bride mentioned to me just days before the wedding how grateful she was that Diana was her planner! Diana shared the bride's schedule, updated me on any changes, and made the day of run soo smoothly for the bride & groom! She put out any potential fires (hello, getting red wine stain completely out of the bride's dress at the reception! ) and was just such a calming presence throughout the event. Diana paid attention to every little detail, and I saw her doing everything from making decisions on the fly for the caterer to heavy lifting so no one else had to do it! You will love your experience with Happily Maui'd - I look forward to working with her again in the future!
