He is down to earth, responsive and took time to do a walk-through of the venue the week of the wedding so he was prepared the day of. Second I must address the carts. THE CARTS!!! How awesome are these adorable, perfectly decorated dessert carts??! The coffee cart came with a TV screen which displayed several photos of my husband and I. Talk about a personal touch!!! My guests absolutely LOVED the coffee and were drinking it all night long (even before dinner was served). They are raving out the quality and variety of the gelato. The gelato was the only thing my husband ate all night!! And the cannoli's!! Out of this world! Even the staff at my venue said they were the best cannoli's they've ever seen and tasted. Hiring vendors like Happy Baristas are what makes your wedding that much for memorable. They are without a doubt one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning.
