I went dress shopping at four different stores in Miami and Happy Bride had the dresses that I loved the most for the best prices. The dress that I ended up going with was on clearance for 50% off and it was so beautiful, you truly couldn't say no to it. I did need to have alterations done to let the dress out in my hips and thighs. I used the in-house alterations by Josefa and was very happy with the results. My dress has a layer of intricate lace over the whole thing. They were able to match the lace very precisely, so the added panels on my sides were nearly invisible. The cost for the alterations was $400 in cash. The shop owner was also very helpful in the transportation of my dress. She was able to put it in a plastic garment bag and fold it down so small that it could easily fit in one half of a carry on roller bag. This was great since I had to fly to my wedding location. I am only docking one star because I was not happy with my bustle. During the alterations, one hook was added in the center of my back/train. I asked multiple times if one hook would be enough to hold the weight of my train and each time they assured me that it would. This was not true. The bustle broke before my ceremony even started and then after my mom re-sewed it with reinforcements, it broke again. At least 4 times during my reception I had to have someone pin my train up with safety pins, but using only that one spot in the center of the train was too much weight and the pins broke each time as well. If you get alterations done here, I would recommend insisting on multiple hooks for your bustle so that this does not happen.

I am very happy with my experience with Happy Bride. I went to several different bridal shops and many other shops marked up their dresses. They provided me the same dream dress for much less than other bridal shops. Thank you Happy Bride!

Do NOT go to this place. I will make sure to write my experience in every outlet to save brides from this place. My best friend referred me to this place and never in a million years did I think I would be robbed of almost $ 900. The employee who assisted me was Barbie, who is intrusive and undermines everything you request or expect your dress to have. She was more interested in asking who was my breast surgeon and did not listen to what I kept requesting. She's also very sneaky and will try on huge sizes on brides and will not clip them to make them form fitting she will just say " IMAGINE" or gain & lose weight. The one dress that was form fitted and I tried on of course was my favorite ( Mind trick). I put a deposit but I told her if I change my mind what can I do ? She said " We (owners) place orders Monday after 12 noon, if you change your mind since its the weekend, call prior to that time frame and we will hold off on the order & give you more time to try on dresses. The deposit you made can be used as a credit if you change dresses since its before the order has been placed. That was a complete lie!!!!. I called Monday @ 9 am multiple times in fact. She said she would pass along the message and she never did to not lose the sale. I made my best friend call because I was so upset and the owner knew nothing!!! SO here I am down almost $900 and the owners & Barbie were unapologetic. DO NOT GO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place and everyone that works here. Nurit was totally amazing! From day one I called the store to stalk them every week to see if the dress I wanted had arrived. She was always so patient with me, then I finally arrived to purchase my dress and they were so professional and sweet. If you are looking for a dress and are unsure TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU, you will not be disappointed when you shop with Happy Bride! To the lovely ladies Nurit, Joanna, Marina and Yosefa I love you all, you made me the happiest bride ever. -Yaya :)

Maybe the customer service is better in person at the store, but over the phone it was rude and unhelpful. I called the store looking for a particular dress and color. The first person I spoke to - a sales associate was fine, nothing above and beyond. I called back to speak with a manager who was rude to me during the phone call, I was in shock that someone would speak to a potential client in that way.

Excellent shop! I got my wedding dress, veil and all coordinating accessories there. They have beautiful dresses at very fair prices and great customer service! Nurit is very warm and personable. Highly recommend!

My experience at this boutique was wonderful. I thought after reviewing their site that the dresses would be too expensive, so I only went to try some on. When I arrived, they had gathered the dresses I had chosen before hand and were totally ready to help me out! The women who work there make you feel like family and are honest. They helped me find the perfect wedding dress which was in my budget. Everything from the gown & veil selection, to the fittings, to the gown preservation after the wedding was seamless. They are very sweet and I would totally use them again. The absolute only negative thing about this place, actually has nothing to do with the level of service provided or gown selections, but rather their location. They are right off I-95 right by a strip club. Its not the easiest to get to and it's rather sketchy. Other than that though, it was perfect!

This place is amazing!!!! Every dress I tried on was beautiful. I went to David's Bridal first and the service was horrible and the dresses were nothing special. I came to happy bride and loved everything. The dress I got was so beautiful and they have veils to match every dress. They are very professional and the people that work their are very nice people. The seamstress is amazing!

I live by Miracle Mile which is known for their wedding dress stores. The dress I had fallen inlove with was unavailable at the store in Miracle Mile so I did my research and discovered that Happy Bride offered my dress. I drove out of my way to go to Happy Bride and it was worth it, not only did they have the dress of my dreams but they had it for $500 LESS than the store on Miracle Mile. They allowed me to take pictures when I was trying on my dress, something that a lot of stores on Miracle Mile don't allow (taking pictures of your dress trials is important because with all the dresses you try on you forget certain features that they had so a picture helps to refer back to). The seamstress lady was a sweetheart to work with. She was extremely professional and experience, I'm a petite girl and she made my wedding dress fit like a glove.

Thank you so much to the staff at Happy Bride! They were so welcoming and not the least pretentious, which was a nice change from some of the other shops I had been to. They did not have the sample of the dress I wanted in the store, but were able to order without a problem. My dress came in even earlier than expected and the alterations were perfect. I would definitely recommend Happy Bride to anyone looking for a wedding gown.

Happy Bride made my dream day come together with my beautiful gown. This was my ONLY bridal stop!I found my dress in less than one hour! Definitely make this store your first stop or final resort. No one tops Happy Bride. BTW, they gave me a free customized veil! Thank you Happy bride, I was overjoyed and my Groom was Wow'ed!!!

This place is located next to a strip club, but it is really nice and clean. The staff are really professional. If you are looking for a dress under a grand, they won't necessarily have a huge selection. However, I found an amazing dress on the sales rack and they gave me an extra discount.

I was very picky about my dress and Happy Bride made my dreams come true! I had 4 fittings but at the end of the day, I am so happy I made all the necessary alterations (all for a flat rate!). I also got my mother-of-the-bride dress there, as well as the bridesmaids dresses, and everyone was very happy with their products and the services.

Out of the "boutique lanes" this bridal store offered a great selection of dresses at great value! The seamstress altered my dress to perfection! I was very happy with my shopping experience here and can't imagine wearing any other dress.

I spent a full day going from store to store looking for my perfect dress and my last stop was Happy Bride. It isn't super fancy, but the people are great and the selection is vast. I ended up with a sample gown which cost a fraction of the price of a special order. They did all my alterations and cleaned the dress for me. My mom also got her MOB dress there. We would definitely go back next time we need formalwear.

My dress was a Mary's design dress that was very beautiful. They were very helpful with the fittings and the handling of this process and they have great selecction at very good pricing. And of course, the best feeling is the look on my husband's face when he saw me in the dress, speechless.

Before deciding on my dress, I went to all the over-priced bridal shops in the gables. Some of the stores had the worst customer service. Then I went to Happy Bride and the staff was warm, hospitable and friendly. They truly made me feel special. I also found my wedding dress there for $500 less than one of the shops in coral gables. Nurit and her team are excellent. I plan on getting my dress preserved with them as well.
