Happy Camper Bar Car

The Happy Camper Bar Car was an incredible addition to our backyard wedding. Matt work with us to make sure that we and our guests would be satisfied. He made sure he incorporated our likes and wishes while also guiding us through the menu process. Our guests still talk about the selection of drinks and the quality that was put into the recipes. Matt and his staff made sure that every guest was taken care if and that everyone enjoyed the day. Having someone set up, serve and then clean up was priceless. He and his crew helped make the day perfect.

The team of Happy Camper Bar Car are nothing short of exceptional. They catered the bar for our wedding shower. Since then, they have catered for several friends of ours. The service, professionalism, and personality of everyone is outstanding. And that ginger beer is delicious.

Matt was professional through the whole process. He and his team showed up on time to every meeting, and the big day. They were courteous and friendly to my guests, and they were very considerate of our requests. It was really fun professionally creating a drink that was one of a kind for my husband and I! Highly recommend!!

Matt and Happy Camper are simply THE BEST when it comes to bar tending services! I cannot count the number of times we heard "Wow, how cool is that" at our wedding in regards to the bar car! From start to finish, Matt gave us the best attention of all our wedding vendors. He was timely to respond to emails, open to our ideas, and overall very fun and easy to work with. Cannot thank him and his team enough for making our wedding day perfect! :)

We couldn’t have been happier with the Happy Camper Bar. First of all... that Airstream! (Swoon). It created a perfect atmosphere for our wedding. Moreover, Matt was responsive and fun to work with during the planning stages. He helped us design 5 custom cocktails with names and flavors that were meaningful to us. They were absolutely delicious and some of our guests said they were the best cocktails they’d ever had at a wedding. Matt helped us with our liquor order, picked up all the liquor, made fresh mixers, and even dropped our keg back off after the event. The bartenders were friendly and fun, and the whole set-up was just awesome. It’s definitely a premium service but SO worth it.

Matt and Brian were at the venue early, to set up, worked hard all nite to make sure all of our guests were well topped off, and stayed late to help break down. We had over 225 guests and not one was disappointed with the specialty drinks or service of the Happy Camper. Looking forward to my next event with Matt and his staff. 10/10!!

Matt Maroon and his team simply rock. They helped us create a unique cocktail experience that included local beers, delicious spirits, and a total of two bars, one for just specialty drinks that had the entire party talking all night. Matt was easy to work with and very patient as we worked through the details of both of our bars. We had a drink together at the beginning of the night where Matt’s entire crew celebrated our marriage, and then they got to work, keeping our guests full of delicious spirits, all serving them with speed. Matt Maroon the mixologist is absolutely incredible and so sweet to work with. I had not a clue the drinks I wanted for my wedding aside from a mojito. He was so easy to work with giving me so many options and ideas and professional opinions. It made planning that much easier. Now to go beyond how helpful he was the drinks were incredible. The absolute best drinks and best service I’ve ever seen at a wedding. All of my guests are still raving about them and how incredible the drinks were. Even our ‘expert’ wedding attending family member couldn’t stop raving at how it was the best bar he’s ever seen and how he goes to a wedding about every other month! The bartenders were also very sweet. The set up and design was gorgeous. Every aspect of the Happy Camper Bar Car is just incredible, I’ve already recommended them to friends and family and am dying for the blackberry mojito recipe because I’m a mojito snob and these were incredible! Don’t look any further, if you think it’s a little too expensive for your budget cut out of your budget elsewhere I PROMISE this is worth the splurge!

We hired Happy Camper for two wedding showers we hosted at our home. They provided outstanding craft cocktails and incredible service. Bar tenders were fantastic; friendly and talented. Our guests continue to rave about their drinks and service. For one event we had the air stream camper and for another the traveling bar. Would recommend either as the experience was excellent each time.

You cannot go wrong with the Happy Camper Bar - the pricing is great, the quality of drinks was way beyond expectations and the bar tenders were fast and friendly. I couldn't recommend them enough. And of course, the aesthetic of the camper enhances the event.

We could not have been happier about choosing Happy Camper Bar Car for our wedding! The drinks were top notch and working with Matt and his team was great! Matt is very organized and knowledgeable and was able to make our ideal drink menu happen! A month before my daughter's wedding, I began to have concerns on our bar set up. All other details seemed to be coming together except this one. A call to Happy Camper with Matt to the rescue. On short notice, the attention to detail, understanding of what my guests would enjoy with focus on the tastes of the bride and groom, Matt organized a far more varied and sophisticated menu that I had dreamed of without additional quantities or cost. He ensured a bar experience that far exceeded my expectations. The venue set up was a challenge in that there were two locations for service. Matt and Chris made the experience easy and seamless for the guests. Happy Camper Bar Car is a fantastic concept executed flawlessly with Matt's expertise and attention to detail. Much thanks Matt!

Early in the overwhelming process of wedding planning, my (now)husband and I decided to have our wedding reception in my parent’s backyard. This would require a lot of coordination on our end to ensure everyone at the party had enough food and especially enough to drink. Both my husband and I are born and raised in Ohio and have an ever-evolving, ever-growing, love for craft beer. When we began planning for the reception, we knew we would want local Akron/Cleveland craft beers available for our guests. What we never dreamt would be possible, however, would be to have craft beers on tap! When I first was introduced to the Happy Camper Bar Car I was worried about the hefty price tag. I wondered if the camper would be worth the price; I can report that it was absolutely the best money spent for our wedding and reception. Months later, people are still raving about the service, the unique atmosphere and the fantastic drinks. The only complaint was that I didn’t order enough barrel-aged Manhattan. What sold me were the 6 taps and handcrafted drinks on tap; that’s something you won’t find at any other beverage business. In addition to the excellent quality of drinks, Matt and Heather are extremely attentive, quick to respond to questions, and undertake the behemoth task of creating a menu and sourcing the ingredients with skill and ease. Matt was able to get us beer on tap from our favorite brewery (Platform Beer Co.) in Cleveland and he guided me through an array of other creative and festive drinks to have on tap. His familiarity with what people like to drink and the best beverages for a certain time of year is evident. In the planning and preparation process, I didn’t have to worry about anything. Matt gave me explicit instructions for ordering the beer (it’s a law thing) and otherwise, we just had to help pick the menu and show up! At the event itself, the HCBC completely brought together the mood and feel of our event. It created a unique, understated, clever backdrop for our playful and casual reception. Service from the camper was so smooth, and Heather created lovely menus so I didn’t even have to worry about that. I’m so glad we decided to book the Happy Camper Bar Car and I am incredibly pleased and impressed with their service. Thanks Matt and Heather!
