They made everything so easy for me, I didn't have to worry about the food at all!

They food was excellent! Definitely 5 star food! Everybody absolutely loved the food! The tent set up crew was pretty good, too. My only complaint is that they did not leave the leftovers like we had discussed. When I mentioned this to them I did not get any sort of response.

The food was AMAZING! All of our guests complimented the food. The amount we paid for the food was reasonable. We had about 240 guests. Everything was perfect! They had numerous menu options and we didn't find anything that fit us perfectly, so the caterer let us mix and match! We were able to make our own menu and they even made special mashed potatoes which were dairy free. Happy Day Catering is easy to work with and so helpful.

We had problems at first with the lady that we were working for, but they fired her and Terri took over her role. SHE WAS AMAZING. FANTASTIC HUMOR AND VERY EASY GOING. She is very flexible to a bride's needs and will give you suggestions if you request it. She has made it so much easier for me in terms of planning the food and drinks. She is never too busy for me and is always been friendly with me. I have never had a bad experience with her, with how many times we had to meet face to face. This catering company seems like they can do anything. Just make sure you iron out the details of "take down" as things might get overlooked when what needs to be done with putting stuff away (if you choose to save money and take down stuff yourself).
