I would give more stars! When we arrived I was blown away at how many people were shopping for jewelry here. I thought it was a giveaway day or something. Come to find out this pla...
ce is just amazing and so many people come here because of how great they are. My husband and I traded in my wedding ring and Happy was very reasonable with the trade in value. We applied it to a new wedding set and that was also very reasonably priced. JJay was our attendant that day and was very patient and offered many options. We had to get the new ring made and it took about 6 weeks to get it in the mail. JJay was very courteous and kept me informed of any updates along the way. I did have to send it back for a minor repair and JJay handled the situation promptly. We live out of area and JJay made sure to get us fast shipping. I am definitely a very HAPPY customer with my experience and the customer service received.
THANK YOU JJay!

my fiancé while states away from Indiana. She helped me to locate and purchase a new and difficult to find Rolex for me to surprise my fiancé with. Lastly, it was a breeze ordering my fiancé’s wedding band to receive online.
10/10 would recommend, even if you don’t find yourself in the Orange County area! Thanks, HJ!
