the ring i got was gorgeous! first one received was too tight and not as wide as I thought it would be. I had no hassle return and exchange for a wider larger size. the replacement is just as gorgeous as the original and was shipped quickly and I absolutely love my ring! can't wait to wear it in September!

We received my fiance's ring at the end of January and it was beautiful. Gorgeous craftsmanship, exactly what he wanted, and we were both very impressed. However, the ring was too big for him (fiance swore up and down he knew his size and clearly was wrong) so I reached out to the company via email to see what we could do (I had it engraved as well). No one got back to me.. I'm a very understanding person and I know things get overlooked sometimes, so 10 days later I sent a second email explaining the situation once again, hoping they could resize for us, whatever the cost was. I finally got a short response 5 days after my 2nd email explaining they could resize the ring for a $45 fee, it would take 2 weeks, and it would have to be re-engraved. I replied immediately saying that I would like to proceed and asked for instructions on how to do so.. and got no response. I sent a 2nd email a week later asking once again how to go about getting this process started and that I was worried that I wasn't hearing back and about timing (I sent this on February 20th, we are getting married April 20th).... never heard back from them. Really such a shame since we were so happy with the work when we received it (which I emphasized in my first emails), and they seem to have such good reviews.. not sure why my customer service experience was so incredibly poor. :(
