On the wedding day, the video team was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, professional, and fun to be around. They had so many creative ideas for positioning and shots that we never would have thought of ourselves. Most importantly, they made us feel completely comfortable in front of the cameras, which meant so much to us. When we received our wedding film, we were absolutely blown away. We love how it turned out—it captures just the perfect amount of each moment throughout the day. We’ve already watched it multiple times since receiving it, and every time it truly brings us right back to all of those special moments. Being able to relive the emotions, the laughter, and the little details we might have missed means everything to us. We’re beyond grateful for their guidance, energy, and talent, and we would highly recommend them to any couple looking for an incredible videography team!

ly amazing the weekend of our wedding! Our wedding was on an island so we had more logistics related to travel/accommodations than your typical wedding. They were able to work with our specific timing and transportation schedule. Our videographer was kind, funny and enjoyable to spend time with. He was also very go with the flow. We are so so happy with how our video came out- it captured our day perfectly and we couldn’t be more pleased to have such a perfect memory of our wedding. The only reason we didn’t give them 5 stars is because our video was delivered after their contracted timeline, which was disappointing. It was worth the wait, though, once we got it! 

er, much of the overall experience was disappointing, which ultimately led us to a 3-star rating. One of the biggest challenges was coverage logistics. The two videographers do not travel separately, which created issues since we did not do a first look and had two getting-ready locations. A significant portion of our paid coverage time was spent commuting rather than filming. Our photographer was able to split coverage, but videography could not. We were also required to provide final addresses two weeks in advance. On the wedding day, unforeseen construction forced my husband to change his getting-ready location. Despite notifying the videographers immediately, they went to the original address and never captured his getting-ready footage. Our first dance was one of the most important moments of the day for us — we invested months in dance lessons. Unfortunately, both videographers filmed standing next to each other behind us, resulting in no usable front-facing footage. Key details were missed, and the only front view we have is from a guest’s phone. While parent dances were filmed from different angles, the first dance footage was already lost. Communication after booking was minimal. We had one call prior to booking, and everything afterward was handled via questionnaires. Because the company outsources shooters and handles editing separately, there was little opportunity to align on vision with the actual videographers. Ceremony footage was particularly disappointing. Audio did not match the officiant’s speech, clips were shaky, background noise from the videographer is audible, and important moments were missed. We are extremely grateful our church provided its own professional recording. Delivery took the full 16 weeks stated in the contract, during which clients are discouraged from requesting updates. Additionally, while we paid upfront to include raw footage, initial delivery did not match expectations, and although the individual clips were eventually shared, access was permanently lost due to unclear communication around download deadlines and the absence of reminder emails before deletion. While we truly love our highlight film, the overall experience did not meet expectations given the cost and importance of the moments being captured. We strongly recommend that couples ask detailed questions and fully understand coverage limitations, communication structure, and file retention policies before booking.

Wonderful to work with and the videographers were very personable. Prices are very reasonable and well worth it!
