From arranging a tour of the boat, to responding quickly to my texts, to always making himself available (and promptly getting back to me if he wasn’t), Kevin provided nothing but excellent service. He was courteous, pleasant, professional, and truly a joy to work with. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients’ experiences. Kevin also introduced me to Kim Spucces, who was on deck the day of the event, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Whatever I needed, she handled with ease. She checked in with me often, made sure everything was running smoothly, and offered help before I even had to ask. Her professionalism and kindness were exactly what you want in a team during such an important event. I also want to acknowledge the rest of the staff—from the bartenders to the catering team from Gladstones. I feel bad I didn’t get all their names, because every single one of them delivered outstanding service. And the food? Hands down some of the best—our guests are still raving about it. From start to finish, Harbor Breeze Cruises exceeded every expectation. I couldn’t have asked for a better team, smoother experience, or more beautiful celebration. Would I recommend them?
