resented her with our hope for desserts to fit a hilariously chaotic outdoor BBQ wedding in early July, with a zillion kids running around, and a bonfire planned for late in the night, she immediately suggested a gorgeous dessert buffet instead of wedding cake. Our theme was (slightly) nautical, so our stunning spread included anchor cookies, French macarons in wedding colors, mini cupcakes, lemon-and-berry mini tarts, and a small bride-and-groom cake of deliciousness: carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Ginamarie also provided tin pails full of adorably packaged s'mores fixings to offer guests for the bonfire. In short: Ginamarie in her infinite wisdom knew exactly what we needed for 92 guests even when we had no clue! How amazing were the desserts? THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT OVER. Everything was gobbled up by our very happy family and friends (and the dessert setup looked stunning!). We seriously can't recommend Harbor House Sweets and Ginamarie highly enough...she'll work with you to find JUST what you're looking for for any occasion — not just weddings. Love her, love her, love her! AND: YUM. (Harbor House is also a wonderful place to visit if you find yourself in the NW corner of Wisconsin, on Lake Superior — her ice cream and chocolate confections are crazy amazing!)
