kitchen workers, and all of the other employees working on our day, everything could not have gone more smoothly. There were so many last minute changes due to the cold weather and the coordinators, Ashley and Kay, swooped in and took care of everything! They made sure all of our vendors were taken care of and I’m truly blown away by their expertise. Going into our wedding day, I could not even keep my head straight as I had so many thoughts racing through my mind; I was so worried I was going to skip or forget something. However, I learned very early on in our day that these ladies had everything taken care of already and I was able to enjoy myself and not stress about anything! I kept having my guests come up to me throughout the night and mention how friendly and quick the bartenders were and how they never even had to wait to order a drink. We had a pizza and pasta buffet and our guests loved it and it was so delicious!!! Overall, I could never thank the staff at Harbour Trees Beach Club enough for all of their efforts in helping make our day so flawless.

ere professional, productive, and helpful. A minor issue we had was just in the turnover of some staff, but that's to be expected when you work with someone for over 2 years. Jeromy was phenomenal throughout our planning, and helped us make the important decision to postpone the week before our initial wedding date. Mary, the banquets director, and Angela were outstanding the day of our wedding. We dropped our decorations off and they made the place stunning, even down to the flowers on the cake. They tore down for us as well. The bar and kitchen staff were polite and fun. I couldn't be happier that we got to host our special day at Harbour Trees and I would highly recommend them time and time again to any couple!
We had the absolute best time at our reception! The food was delicious, the room was stunning, and the staff was great! I absolutely recommend this as a perfect wedding venue!
