With so many dj's to choose from, our photographer Schaler photography recommend hard at play. We could not have found a better dj for our wedding. Tommy was great from start to finish. Even with a baby on the way, Tommy still took the time to meet with us at a moments notice. We also added the photo booth, and it was well worth the money, our guests loved it. It was a long reception, and Tommy kept everyone dancing till the end. He also would look over to me to see if I was ready to start the flower/garter stuff. We can't say enough about hard at play. AMAZING!! Tommy was the best DJ, he kept our guests dancing all night. Everyone was having a wonderful time. We also used their lighting and Photo Booth services. The look and feel of the room was beautiful and elegant. The Photo Booth was a big hit! Everyone used it over and over and had such a blast. We received a copy of every photo in a scrap book with a note from our guests as well as all the pictures on a flash drive, this is great to look back on to see how much fun our guests had! Tommy and his staff were so nice and accommodating. They helped our guests with whatever they needed. They made sure myself and my groom were happy! They also worked our ceremony and did a great job, making sure everyone made it down the aisle at the right moment! Hard at Play was a great addition to our wedding, we have them to thank for our guests and ourselves having a wonderful time!! I couldn't have been happier with their services!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Tommy & his crew! We had the Dj, Uplighting & Photo Booth package and it was WORTH IT. The colors of my wedding were "Tiffany blue" and with the wide variety of colors for the uplighting, he was able to match my wedding colors exactly! Not to mention that the photo booth color, and all the photo strips were the same color. My guests thought the photo booth was amazing, and when the time came for everyone to get on the dance floor, not one person left all night (what an awesome work out!) Between the mix of classic rock & todays hits, he played a little of everything so every guest was able to enjoy themselves. I am truly thankful for Tommy, Rob & Hannah for making this a truly special night!

We just got married a couple weeks ago and had Tommy as our DJ at the reception. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service Tommy provided. The dance floor was PACKED - everyone was out of their seats dancing. During the planning meetings, Tommy listened to our ideas and what we wanted and from there offered honest, professional and EXPERIENCED advice and ideas. Thank you Tommy!

Tommy Plante did such a great job DJ'ing our wedding. The music choices were right on the whole night. He's a loveable guy and was a pleasure to work with. As a photographer myself, I've worked with many DJ's over the years and I have to say that he is definitely one of my favorites. So when it came time to pick a DJ for my wedding, I already knew who to call. I highly recommend Tommy!

Tommy played great music for every part of the night. Once the dinner was over he had the dance floor packed all night. He went with song choices that seemed to fit which people were out there.

I was a little dissapointed in my wedding DJ. Was very set in his ways and did now want me to do things I wanted to do or play songs I wanted to play. When the bride requestes a song and she is told to wait...and it is not played...I find that a take back. Other than that it was ok

The staff of Hard at play, specifically Mark, were outstanding. They tied up every detail of our day and kept the guests out on the dance floor all night! Everyone had a great time!

Hard At Play, specifically Mark, was awesome! He played music that kept everyone dancing the whole night, from the youngest to the oldest of our guests!! They remained profesional throughout all of it and were resonabley priced.

Tommy Plante rolled with our musical selections (Oldies, 80's, indie, specific ethnic -- Uzbek -- music) and created the tenor of the party we wanted. He dealt with my general last-minute-ness. Had a great "wedding planner" worksheet. We saw them at the Connecticut Wedding Expo and they seemed polished -- not seedy or overly flamboyant (so many freaking flashing lights from the other guys) as did many of the other DJ vendors. We were quite happy!
