We worked with Lexi at the Hard Rock Universal, and we cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and her ability to create magic! She was beyond helpful in finding vendors, getting ideas and putting down plans. We changed our mind so many times and even had a couple of last-minute changes that Lexi was more than accommodating. I cannot give Hard Rock, Lexi and the event staff enough credit. They blew our minds, went above and beyond, we are so thankful that we had a perfect wedding because of them. The venue was very flexible in spaces and things you could do to personalize it. If we got married again, we would always pick Hard Rock Universal.

We had a vow renewal ceremony and reception to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. Heather Kagan and her fabulous team at the Hard Rock Hotel made this happen in seven weeks! She provided me a list of vendors so that I could hire an officiant, harpist, DJ, and florist that provided top notch service! The team at the Hard Rock and Just Marry were always there to answer any questions- and they did so almost immediately! From the start of planning to the end of our reception, the staff at the Hard Rock ensured that our event was perfect! We are truly grateful and have memories to last a lifetime!

Nestled within the heart of Universal Orlando, this resort welcomes celebrations that are as offbeat, irreverent, or sophisticated as you are.. Located within Universal Orlando Resort, you can spend the weekend exploring CityWalk and the parks (valid theme park admission required), before tying the knot in one of several amazing spaces. Offering an iconic setting and Rockstar level services, this hotel is the perfect place to celebrate all night long. When your guests arrive at Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando, you can greet them in the Velvet Bar with handcrafted cocktails. From here, they will head to one of two breathtaking ceremony sites. Larger soirées are held on the Woodstock Lawn, named for the famed 1969 music festival. On this tree-lined greenery, the stunning Bel Air mansion will serve as your backdrop as up to 150 people gather to witness your special occasion. You can also tie the knot on the Lagoon’s Edge, which can accommodate up to 100 people around the spell-binding Resort Waterway. Afterward, you and your loved ones will retire to the Avalon Ballroom for a night of dining and dancing. This red-accented banquet hall pays homage to the history of rock ‘n’ roll with its music note carpeting and band memorabilia, which is adorned throughout. Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando provides comprehensive wedding packages that will ensure your big day runs smoothly. These include a choice of linens, votive candles, a dance floor, and discounted room rates for your guests. Catering comes with four passed hors d’oeuvres, a plated or buffet dinner, a champagne toast, and a custom-designed wedding cake. Intimate ceremony and reception packages are also available for those planning an elopement or minimony but who still want a spectacular show-stopping wedding.

er $6k. Which is amazing considering that includes a wedding planner to help with the venue and the ability to hire all the vendors directly through their website. Also the cake and reception food was amazing. We had a brunch wedding (11am) and did a Champaign and Cake reception with a rockstar tea party added on. Larisa with Just Marry was there day of coordinating everything and Heather with Hard Rock catering got all the food set up for us, they were wonderful. Hardrock definitely has a custimer for life as far as aniverseries and if we ever renew our vows!

planned very last minute. Everything was booked and planned 24 days before the wedding due to pushing up the wedding for health reasons. They were all very accommodating. The chef was fantastic and made out tasting a very personal experience. He cooked full meals of 3 or 4 dishes from each course. The dessert chef who made and designed our cake blew us away at the tasting with an actual 3 tiered sample cake. We wanted a little more almond flavor and the day of the wedding she did not disappoint. Our wedding happened to be on a day they were having a concert there but heather assured us that our wedding would not be affected. She was so right. We got married on the side of the Woodstock lawn. We did photos on the stair case and outside and our reception was in the Pantry and it was the perfect size and we couldn't hear anything from the band upstairs. Our DJ Adam (Orlando lighting and DJ) referred us to Heather and we are so glad he did. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The food, the venue, the staff, all of it was amazing.

very small detail was in place for our big day! We are a gay couple and know there are some venues that aren't so friendly or open to the idea. But Heather and the entire staff at the Hard Rock were so welcoming and amazing! We really shared the best day of our life with the whole team that assisted us on our Wedding day! Heather even had an amazing surprise gift delivered to our room for when we returned! It's amazing small gestures of kindness that mean the most! And the Heather NAILED IT! We would highly recommend Heather, and the Hard Rock to any LGBTQ folks looking to tie the knot with a friendly, professional staff!

ery classy and the grounds are absoloutly beautiful for wedding photos. From making the decision to have our wedding at the Hard Rock, Heather McMillan has been on hand to guide us through everything and I cannot praise her enough for her service. The whole wedding was arranged over emails and Heather would always answer any of our questions in a very times manner and often recommend alternative ideas etc to suit our budget. If you are thinking of getting married abroad and want a hassle, stress free wedding that's a bit different to the traditional church wedding then I cannot recommend anywhere any better.

the staff are so courteous and helpful, making our stay really something quite special. The room was spotless and newly renovated, large with fantastic decor that made you feel very at ease. The facilities at Hard Rock were second to none. The pool was amazing, the bars and restaurants were amazing, in fact I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel. I must also note our wedding organiser Heather who I can not praise highly enough. She took unbelievable care of us before our stay, during and after. She sorted out anything and everything with a professional attitude and manor. She is a real credit to Hard Rock and both of us can not thank her enough. We are going back to spend our first anniversary at Hard Rock as there is nothing that compares to it.

The Hard Rock bundles everything together, so that you don't have to worry about things like renting chivari chairs and linens, hiring a cake baker, paying cake cutting fees, and paying per consumption drink rates. A day of ceremony coordination staff was provided, which made the wedding day even easier. The venue has rock and roll everywhere you turn, which made the event lots of fun and very memorable! I highly recommend!!

ast a week later. Then we were transferred to a new person (whom I loved) right before the wedding. Her name was Courtenay. She was SO much help through out everything and was really attentive. She made our experience much better at the hotel.
