Highly recommend! Rashad is extremely professional, personable and assembled great music. After a horrible DJ experience at our wedding, it was refreshing to have a pro! DJ HardShard arrived early, kept everyone on the dance floor the entire time and was a huge bundle of pure "awesomeness". He immediately put me at ease that our music would be fantastic. I was able to enjoy the celebration of our son's birth with friends and family. It was refreshing to work with him. In the near future, we will be working with him again. DJ HardShard is our go to DJ for all our events moving forward. Love, love, love him!

Wedding date: 4/8/17. I came across Rashad as a recommendation from my best friend. I was overly pleased with the result. Rashad was the ultimate professional. Not only did he come for my rehearsal (which was quite a distance for him), he also came for the final venue walkthrough in March with me, the groom and the wedding coordinator so that he had a feel for the space. He was pleasure to work with. He made sure that I had the music I requested for my ceremony (which consisted of 4 songs...a lot, I know) and he played everything on queue. Also, during the reception, he played a great mix of old and new school which kept my guests on the dance floor. Me, the groom and all of my guests had a great time. Even the groom, who hates to dance, was on the dance floor. I would highly recommend Rashad for any event. If I ever need a DJ again, I'll definitely be giving him a call!

I attended a wedding last weekend and since I “may” and I use the word lightly be looking into having a wedding in the near future, as soon as I got there I start pointing out what I would do or not do. And though this may not matter to some, I appreciated the DJ was dressed for the occasion too. A lot of times the camera person and DJ just show up and do what they do. I was also impressed with his delivery of music. Good DJs to me are like good actors, they know how to time what to do and when. He did not overkill with the rap music, he recognize when the guest were growing restless and he bought it back alive. He knew when to slow it down a little because people were literally started to sweat. After all, this was a wedding not a club. I got the dude’s card and wanted to share my experience. I told him, “if” I make it to the alter, I’ll definitely will be calling him to do my wedding. Good Stuff, DJ, Good Stuff.

Event Date 10/15/16 - The Wimbish House Rashad forgot about my rehearsal, drinking at my event, flirting with my guest, chilling in my photobooth area with drinks and my guests while supposed to be on the clock, arrived late and tried to leave early, showed up not prepared and had to download my ceremony songs an hour before the wedding (and still srewed them up, did not play our first dance song and blamed me (the bride), played his song list not mine like we discussed and to top it off, he hasnt even responded a week later about his non-chalant attitude, lack of service, professionalism or honesty to my wedding coordinators and me the bride. I asked him at the end of the night if he would play our first dance song, since we hadnt gotten one earlier and his exact words to me were "What song, I dont have a first dance song and NO, I cant play it". after I sent him a detailed song list in July and again Oct 10...SO Thanks DJ Rashad, my husband and I didnt even get a first dance b/c of you and you still arent concerned (i sent him an email last week - but still havent heard anything)

Super on top of it, and ready to go on the day-of! Set up early, so no surprises occurred. Complete and ready with equipment, lighting, microphones, etc. Great job changing through all of our music files during the ceremony. Kept the dance floor going through the reception. Very nice personality - assuring to know you are in good hands on the most important day of your life! :o)

Wedding 7/10/16 We couldn't have asked for more, he was professional, prompt, and personalable. Our guests had a blast jamming to all of the music that was played. Thank you for bringing the party to our wedding :)

We recently had our wedding on 9-20-2015. DJ Hard shard entertainment did a fabulous job, I was worried because I'm from west Africa and my husband is American, and I wanted some home music played, I gave him all the song and he did a great mix. All my guest had a wonderful time dancing, will definitely recommend him to everyone. Thank you for making my special day extra fun!!!

Hello, We were married on Easter Sunday, 4/5/2015. Rashad did a phenomenal job as a DJ!! We met several times for him to understand my vision, gain his pricing and service offered. He was courteous professional and included lighting in the price which other dj's did not. He made great suggestions about how to space the music and had actually performed services at my venue, so he knew the set up reducing my stress level as the bride..... He put my mind at ease and allowed my husband and I to enjoy our day!!! He was on time or early each time, and beat me to the venue on the wedding day!!! I knew that I was in good hands. I was very impressed with how this young man operated his business. He requested the music playlist 2 weeks early which gave us time to reflect on songs important to us based upon our confirmed guest list which ranged from 2 years to 87 years old. We had an absolute ball!!!... dancing to... I think I want to marry you by Bruno Mars, You are so beautiful to me by Joe Cocker, Love and War , by Tamar Braxton to Let it Go, by Idina Menzell. He played music that all age groups could enjoy! I have already referred him to two people, and would not hestitate to use his services again. This young man will book quickly, so I recommend securing his services as early as possible. I was referred to Hardshard Entertainment by a long time friend. I have to say that I really really enjoyed my wedding reception and mostly because I danced the entire night away. The DJ kept myself and my guest on the floor. My husband and I seriously do not remember sitting down to eat. The only reason we stopped dancing was because of all the other festivities that had to take place and if that did not have to happen my guest and I would have stayed on the floor. I love music. Especially Old School. During my consultation I shared this with DJ Rashad and to my surprise he DID NOT let me down. Man oh man. I would reccommend this company to any Bride that is looking to truly enjoy her reception, Party. Thank you so much DJ Rashad for making my night memorable not only for me but for my guest as well.
